El Greco Lofts

I stayed at El Greco Lofts in Westwood Village for 6 months. The building is excellently managed and cared for. The managers, Tom and Eric, are very helpful, warm, and friendly. The staff works tirelessly to keep it very clean and takes care of any issues promptly. It's a quiet and peaceful building. The location is a huge plus. Grocery stores/restaurants are all nearby. UCLA campus is a very easy, short walk. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay. They fill up quickly so book a tour as soon as you have an upcoming need for a place.

I moved in late July for my program at UCLA and had a really easy time moving in. My unit is on the first floor which is slightly elevated above ground level and the apartment condition is very clean. The managers Tom and Eric are super responsive and professional. The room is also more spacious than I thought. One thing to note is that at night the lights on one side of the building are kind of bright so you have to draw the curtains tight. It's 100x way better managed than any property I have lived in before.

I stayed at El Greco for about two years and really loved living there. The building itself is very nice; it's really modern, always clean, and right next to UCLA. I lived on the 4th floor and my studio had high ceilings and was super bright and airy and felt larger than it was. The apartment had just been renewed to everything was in mint state. The building is also really quiet, which is great when you need to work/study in peace. What makes these apartments even better is the management team. Tom, Eric, and Edgar are absolutely awesome. They are always so nice and friendly. Edgar, who takes care of maintenance always got everything fixed within a day! Tom and Eric really go above and beyond for their residents and even helped me organize my move out when I was stuck outside of the US due to covid. I am so grateful to have found such a great place to live in while in LA.

I like my apartment fairly well. I suppose there could be some improvements and I miss the old manager he was excellent. I wish he were back again he made this place great.

I brought my clients to view this property a few months ago. It was very easy to book an appointment to view this property. The staff was extremely accommodating with my erratic schedule. The upgraded units and beautiful layout was exactly what my clients were looking for. My clients especially loved the fact that it was conveniently close to every thing - from the grocery to target to UCLA - every thing was walking distance. I cannot comment much about what it's like to live in these units, but from a realtor stand point, it seems like a great place to rent. Gorgeous units, easy accessibility to every thing, a gym and a great staff. This property is definitely on top of my list of beautiful finds in Westwood.
