Situated in west Texas along the Rio Grande, just north of the United States-Mexico border, El Paso embraces the past while building the future. Chamizal National Memorial, a museum and park, honors the peaceful settlement of the Chamizal boundary dispute while the University of Texas at El Paso fosters tomorrow’s leaders.
El Paso is known as the Sun City, boasting over 300 days of sunshine every year. There are plenty of venues to enjoy the frequent sunshine, including the El Paso Zoo, Franklin Mountains State Park, and nearby Wet n Wild Waterworld. The Rio Grande is a popular spot for whitewater rafting, canoeing, and fishing as well.
Should you want to head indoors, you have the option to catch a performance at the Plaza Theatre, indulge in authentic Mexican cuisine, admire the works in the El Paso Museum of Art, and tour the El Paso Museum of History in addition to the El Paso Holocaust Museum and Study Center.

Property Ratings at El Pavon Apartments
Don’t let this app lie to you like it did me. Loved here for only 3 months now and I absolutely dislike El Paso now because of the experience. Poor unprofessional and untimely maintenance. Loud obnoxious/ trashy neighbors. Constantly blasting music loud bass and mariachi. Uncontrolled pets and animals. None supervised kids that hit cars. Unprofessional management. Don’t live here unless desperate
This place is absolutely horrible. Management has no idea what they’re doing. These people would charge you for breathing if they could. The place is absolutely filthy, maintenance is lazy, and management is garbage. Never consider moving here, save yourself and your money.
Don't waste your time here. I thought this place was a great price for a lot of space and had great amenities but no it's horrible. The water is always turned off without warning, there are shady people everywhere with cops constantly being in the vicinity and gunshots are always heard. The management is never in the office and never got back to us about fixing our problems we even had mold under our sink. To make matters worse they didn't even give us our deposit back they made us pay them. Apparently it takes $600+ to clean carpets. Stay Away I promise there's better apartments.
-1000 stars. Management sucks. Grounds are filthy. Cops are ALWAYS here. Parking sucks because they have so many broken down cars. Cars get broken into. Random people digging thru dumpsters. It’s basically disgusting & forget having an AC in the summer.
I’m just Going to start off by saying DO NOT even consider this place. Management is horrible, maintenance is lazy. The drop box where you leave your rent gets broken into multiple times so you have to pay rent twice because they’ll say you never did, Kids running all over the property knocking on your doors, trash EVERYWHERE looks like a dumping ground. Walls are super thin no privacy whatsoever. Cops are here every weekend, never any parking spaces anywhere. You’ll wake up to a broke window or crash vehicle in the morning. NO AC so your apartment is hotter inside than outside. People doing drugs all over the property, your apartment WILL smell like weed because of neighbors smoking and it traveling through the vents. If you have an upstairs neighbor who has a pet.. I guarantee that poop will be in your yard and become YOUR problem. Sinks are broken and have a weird rotting smell to them, shower has no pressure. The owners simply do not care about their residents. Please save yourself the headache, money, and time. Find another place because these apartments should be shut down.

Thank you again for taking the time to let us know how we did. We hope you have a great day!
They are horrible. I have lived here for 1 year, the maintenance never fixes anything to include the ac when we finally got a ladder and looked at our ac units they were rusted with mold and looked like they haven't been changed in 20 yrs. take the time to check out the ax units before even filling out an application.
