El Portal is a small, quiet village in the northern Miami suburbs, just a few blocks inland from Biscayne Bay. The landscape of the community is almost entirely residential, with quiet neighborhood streets lined with charming homes and the occasional apartment or condo. Just across the 2nd Avenue Bridge, Football Sandwich Shop is a longtime local favorite, unmistakable in its bright turquoise exterior.
Several nearby shopping centers allow you to easily run many errands on foot, and with Horace Mann Middle School on the west side, many of the local children have the option of walking to class. The close proximity to the coastline allows you to take part in favorite local pastimes like boating, fishing, and generally enjoying the beach, and with Miami just minutes to the south, a day or night in the big city is always close at hand.

Property Ratings at El Portal Village
Roach infested, one laundry room with one washer and dryer.
Property Manager at El Portal Village, Responded To This Review
Dont blame the landlord or the roaches, bugs love tenants that do not follow some simple rules of hygiene. We exterminate quarterly but if tenants do not do their part its an endless cycle. There is one set of laundry machines for 6 apts, above average.
