I love the el segundo apts
I pay my rent on the website, my rent covers all utilities..I have any questions I get immediate response to by the site management. The neighbors are really good.

Nice unit with all utilities paid
The onsite managers are very good people and they let us pay rent online. It's so convenient. All utilities are included in our rent. The property is kept clean at all times.

Renters beware
Cockroaches, mice & other pest infestations. Building inspections have been out a few times every year to horrible reviews, that can be read on their website. Poor building maintenance, plumbing issues, mold. Gates (front & back & 'secure' parking hardly ever work properly) Washers & dryers only work sometimes & there are 2 each for the WHOLE building. The "owner" is kept a secret, even the 'mailing' address is a PO box. On-site manager changes every 4-6 months, no one lasts due to all of the issues in & around the building. Rental increase are many, yet nothing gets "fixed" properly. Plus they illegally charge late fees in excess that add up every day on top of an initial $75 fee. The area is shady, tons of illegal activities. If you must rent here, document everything emails, written & photos.

Pretty clean and attentive
So it took a while to write my review because we've been here for a few months and absolutely love it. Management is attentive and quick. They pay all utilities. The building is kept pretty clean.

Nice and quiet
I've been really enjoying my stay here and the best of all is they pay all utilities !!! I can also pay rent online on their website.

One bedroom
It's closer to LAX and it also comes with ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED. The apartment looks nice.

Absolutely horrible place to live
1. The management is kept a secret. The landlord changes consistently and they were not available and useless. You can't contact anyone above the landlord because they REFUSE to give you the management number. 2. They say it is a quiet place to live but I can tell you once or twice a week there is some kind of domestic violence situation or neighbors yelling at each other for no rational reason. 3. It is NOT a gated community. There are homeless people or drug addicts sleeping in the supposedly secure parking area. People purposely break the actual gated areas. 4. It is constantly roach and rat infested. No matter how clean you keep your place. 5. There are 4 laundry machines which are just as useless. They charge you $1.25-$1.75 to dry and wash clothes BUT the dryer is ALWAYS broken regardless of how many landlords you inform. So you have to dry your clothes about 3x. 6.

The onsite manager is great, it's a quiet building and I love staying here. The management team is responsive. The best part is paying rent online !
