Was a little hesitant when first going through the process because of communication issues, but glad I made the move. Leasing manager named Goldie made everything easy and took any anxiety out of the leasing process. Minor touch ups were needed in the apartment which she had completed the same day! Lately maintenance has been a lot slower. It took me about four weeks to get a lightbulb change in my room because my ceilings are vaulted and I did not have the ladder needed and neither did they for the property. I had to continually follow up around the same time, my heater downstairs stopped working that took them two weeks to come and fix and when they finally did, it worked for a couple of hours and then stopped. I have tried calling the office however that’s also really hard to get a hold of and if you have packages delivered to you I highly recommend telling them to deliver it to your door because there is a huge problem with package theft

My experience living in the complex was tolerable for the first two years, but it deteriorated significantly in my third year due to frequent break-ins and the theft of my car. The gate has rarely worked during my four-year stay, and the lack of on-site security is concerning. I have found that maintenance issues are often neglected until I threaten to take legal action. Furthermore, the front office staff frequently makes promises they fail to keep and rarely answers phone calls, requiring me to send multiple emails or visit in person, only to be provided with inaccurate information.

There are many improvement that have been done to improve the property, such as the new lighting which I just love. They try had to keep the grounds clean. When I first moved here things were good but it just seems like things are going down hill. When landscaping comes they blow leaves in the corner of my garage area, there are nails always found close to garage I believe it’s coming from the foundation, and the trash that’s left around is nasty.

The communication lack and they tell you something different each time you talk to someone the outside curb appeal is horrible the stairwell doesn’t get blown or swept unless you do it yourself and the inside could use updating on some things with the amount they charge you and the gate never works and had been unworkable for months

This goes up and down but mainly due to communication and having a hard time with office follow up. Amenities would be second lowest at community especially the gym which needs a harsh upgrade to the cardio equipment

Impossible to get in touch with the leasing office unless you go in. I work during their hours and never have time to go in so I would LOVE to be able to reach someone by phone, I’ve also sent emails that have not been responded to. Maintenance takes a long time to do request, so that’s annoying. I wish they would fix the park. Other than that I don’t have any issues.

Maintenance left there stuff in front of my door. Several lights in the apartment didn’t work. We still had roaches and on top of that the paint job in the bathroom was awful

Overall the move was very smooth. We didn't have any air for the first few days,due to the unit not working. I can say that the maintenance staff was on top of the problem and offered a solution until the problem could be fixed. I can say that if there is a need for maintenance they come in a timely manner. The office staff have been very helpful and friendly.

The staff is great just seems like they are understaffed and can’t answer the phones. Maintenance is great when they do show up but typically they never follow my notes to call since I work from home or need to know when to remove the security latch. I still have yet to have someone come by or contact me about my ticket for my garage lights needing to be replaced.

Not what I expected at all! Roaches, break ins, amenities work at random or not available, gate never shut or locked, your charged $50 or more for trash monthly plus you still have to pay for the amenities, building is old, so mold everywhere! Property Manager lives in meetings, but then will walk off of her office and no one else is there and she’s not on the phone. She just never wants to talk to residents. For what you paying here, go somewhere else!!!!!

The grounds are well maintained. The office staff, Australia and Tony were pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. The apartment has good space and overall is well maintained. However, upon move-in, two appliances were noted to be broken; the refrigerator leaked and the dishwasher contained standing water. Both problems were communicated to management immediately. It has been nearly a week since our move-in and these issues have not been addressed. There were a few other small concerns. But, those two items are of the upmost concern.

The maintenance crew is amazing but definitely working off limitations last year I had asked about fixing and replacing my outdoor ceiling fan and they said they’d order the part but never did. Well winter hit so I didn’t care so much but now that summer is back I come to find out from other residents and maintenance that those parts were never ordered. I will be submitting another maintenance ticket but typically you have to follow up to get anything bigger done. The office staff seems to be overwhelmed too as it’s very hard to reach them over the phone without becoming an annoyance and sometimes there is quite a long wait if you drop by the office.

Everything is such so cozy and relaxing I can’t stay away from my apt. I might lose my jobs behind it…jkjk. I wouldn’t do that. The neighborhood is pretty and spacious beyond imagination. The staff are always friendly and nice. Assisting to my problems with patients and understanding.

Not a bad place to live maintenance is fast and Omar from the office is amazing. Pool, gym and gym restrooms are usually a little out of order from older gym equipment or missing weights to no toilet paper or hand soap ever being in the restrooms.

The front office staff is great as usual. However, though the maintenance technicians are very friendly they do not follow through. My heater has been malfunctioning. The maintenance tech from the neighborhood came on Tuesday and tried fixing it. He couldn't nor could he get a hold of his supervisor to help. He then stated that he would try to come back that day and if not the next day, with his supervisor. Today is Friday and no one has come or called. I contacted the front office and was told I would be on their docket today. It is after 6pm and no one came. This is disappointing.
