Maintenance left there stuff in front of my door. Several lights in the apartment didn’t work. We still had roaches and on top of that the paint job in the bathroom was awful

Overall the move was very smooth. We didn't have any air for the first few days,due to the unit not working. I can say that the maintenance staff was on top of the problem and offered a solution until the problem could be fixed. I can say that if there is a need for maintenance they come in a timely manner. The staff is great just seems like they are understaffed and can’t answer the phones. Maintenance is great when they do show up but typically they never follow my notes to call since I work from home or need to know when to remove the security latch. I still have yet to have someone come by or contact me about my ticket for my garage lights needing to be replaced.

Roaches, break ins, amenities work at random or not available, gate never shut or locked, your charged $50 or more for trash monthly plus you still have to pay for the amenities, building is old, so mold everywhere! Property Manager lives in meetings, but then will walk off of her office and no one else is there and she’s not on the phone. She just never wants to talk to residents. For what you paying here, go somewhere else!!!!!

The grounds are well maintained. The office staff, Australia and Tony were pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. The apartment has good space and overall is well maintained. However, upon move-in, two appliances were noted to be broken; the refrigerator leaked and the dishwasher contained standing water. Both problems were communicated to management immediately. It has been nearly a week since our move-in and these issues have not been addressed. There were a few other small concerns. But, those two items are of the upmost concern.

The maintenance crew is amazing but definitely working off limitations last year I had asked about fixing and replacing my outdoor ceiling fan and they said they’d order the part but never did. Well winter hit so I didn’t care so much but now that summer is back I come to find out from other residents and maintenance that those parts were never ordered. I will be submitting another maintenance ticket but typically you have to follow up to get anything bigger done. The office staff seems to be overwhelmed too as it’s very hard to reach them over the phone without becoming an annoyance and sometimes there is quite a long wait if you drop by the office.

Process can be a little slow to start with the paperwork and logistics but once its processed the last parts like deposit, renters insurance, and such are pretty smooth. Australia has been great!

Everything is such so cozy and relaxing I can’t stay away from my apt. I might lose my jobs behind it…jkjk. I wouldn’t do that. The neighborhood is pretty and spacious beyond imagination. The staff are always friendly and nice. Assisting to my problems with patients and understanding.

Not a bad place to live maintenance is fast and Omar from the office is amazing. Pool, gym and gym restrooms are usually a little out of order from older gym equipment or missing weights to no toilet paper or hand soap ever being in the restrooms.

The front office staff is great as usual. However, though the maintenance technicians are very friendly they do not follow through. My heater has been malfunctioning. The maintenance tech from the neighborhood came on Tuesday and tried fixing it. He couldn't nor could he get a hold of his supervisor to help. He then stated that he would try to come back that day and if not the next day, with his supervisor. Today is Friday and no one has come or called. I contacted the front office and was told I would be on their docket today. It is after 6pm and no one came. This is disappointing.

This has been the worst apartment complex I’ve lived in. There are serious plumbing issues that requires the water to be shut off almost every month. When you put in service requests for repairs they do not come, they just delete your requests like it never happened. This place definitely needs new management.

I would give this place 0 stars if I had the option. My boyfriend and I applied twice, and had to pay so much money in fees, only to get denied twice. The first time they told us we needed a co-signer or guarantor, and didn’t bother to refund us or anything so they made us pay a second time to apply, and they would not look at our application for weeks. My boyfriend called at least 5 times to ask about the status of the application, and Omar finally was able to get in touch with him and told him that they were going to deny us because we didn’t have proof of income uploaded on the application, which was a complete lie. We have reached out to him since, and he still has completely ghosted us. Very unprofessional.

I do enjoy living here. It is close to my job and the environment is calm. I haven't had issues with any neighbors. My pet is happy with seeing birds near by. I do enjoy how it is here and we can trust at night. It is a friendly environment. I do say that maintenance needs to be improved since I did send like 3 work orders and no one showed up. Its coming to the point where I have to call management to be involved.

The front office staff has gotten much better. There are too many children roaming the neighborhood, making a lot of noise so perhaps there can be a letter sent to resident stating that children under 18, must be accompanied by an adult etc. The trash company is horrible. The landscape crew is dutiful but not friendly except for 1 gentleman. Everyone else rides around on the golf carts like some secret society. I miss community gatherings and events
