it has been awesome so far i have been here 3 months and dont have a single thing to complain about everyone is nice and quiet and i love how animal friendly it is i would recommend this to anyone!

It was okay the new management. Will never be like the old ones they were on top of everything and great. My only complaint are the parking and the trash

Compared to our last apartments, this community has been a huge upgrade.. the only part that gets frustrating is the Wifi going out constantly; otherwise this is a great community with peace and quiet

i am going on my 2nd year here and it feels like home. The neighbors are friendly and complex is quite. The staff are all professional and very attentive to your needs. I have looked at other apartments and feel like this place is the best for me.

It has been a very pleasant quiet clean community, The agent at the front office are just awesome really am happy. I want thank all staff. The offering at the lobby is beautiful clean having the pool open year around., it would been great if would of been a heated pool. But other then that I'm pleased with all.

It has been great ever since I moved in. Staff and maintenance are quick, attentive, and nice. Love all the details in my apartment with a nice view of the pool!

It’s very friendly community . It’s also dog friendly every walk there dogs around with no stress. Also very peaceful and relaxing. I like it.

Never a worry when you need Maintance. They are fast and dependable. I have several in my lifetime and so for this is the best. Never a worry if they will get the request or when they will be here. Notification sent make it all worry free.

My family is so happy to be at Elan Denton. We have been here over 2 years and have no plans to leave. Our apartment is wonderful. Any time we have to submit a maintenance request, it is completed almost immediately!

We love it here at Elan Denton! Our apartment layout is spacious, the appliances are top notch, the office staff is friendly, and our maintenance crew is top notch!

Overall I do like the community but there’s a lot of dog poop all around the property and they don’t have enough trash cans for residents to place their trash

Got our $500 with the look and lease special Elan had going on! So happy with our new home and can’t wait to buy something that will put the living room together!

My husband and I love living at Elan Denton. We have been living here for almost three years. We love going on daily walks around the neighbourhood, we feel safe. We would recommend this location !

The move in was smooth done in a professional manner and very efficiently. The staff ever smiling and helpful. Thank you Jamie and Gabriela for a worry free move.

Fetch package service is terrible, they don’t allow packages shipped to your door, the trash butler service forgets to get bags often, the dumpsters are always inaccessible due to trash piled around the gates, the internet goes out often, people don’t pick up after their pets, parking is sparse because towing isn’t enforced The staff is nice. That’s about it.

Nice place, internet connection is not great it stalls a lot. And management can improve enforcing the trash guidelines and noise on common areas.

They have such good customer service they really helpful for new comers that are getting there own apartment really great place to live in I love this place

Good community and nice area. I wish they cleaned the stair cases more, after a few weeks lots of spider webs, dog hair, bugs, etc take over if not maintained.

My wife and I have been living here for over 2 years and we love it here. Great amenities and the staff is very pleasant would recommend.

We absolutely love living here at Elan Denton, maintenance is always a quick turnaround, the communication on the property is great, and the amenities are amazing. We would love to see a playground on the property but maybe one day!

A very solid apartment community for a good price great for the amazing quality of build, lovely amenities, overall 9/10. This is a great community for couples who oriented toward job growth.

My apartment is so nice and spacious and I love it My favorite parts of the apartment is the closet in one of the bedrooms and laundry room My roommate and I have so much room in this spread out space

I just moved in less than a week ago so my opinion may not be the most valid, but from what I’ve seen so far Elan Denton has been very clean, respectful, and accommodating. They offer plenty of amenities, my room had good WiFi and was clean, although my balcony vent did have a screw missing. But besides that I have no complaints. Great place for the price.

This is a great place to live! I'm very happy with the complex and the management. The events for the residents are great and the people friendly. The complex is clean and pretty with nice landscape and amenities.

So far the leasing office has been very attentive and helpful throughout my experience from viewing apartments, to selecting a unit and even moving in. Although the whole delivery service fetch is inconvenient when it comes to larger packages being delivered during a move.

Elan has some of the best 1 bedroom layouts. It’s perfect for a couple looking for a nice space with decent amenities. Located next to dump so be aware of that. Leasing team is not great.

great facility, however at times it is hard to reach management. it’s a little overpriced however the amenities are really nice and well kept.

I enjoy living at Elan Denton. The amenities are great, the apartment is quiet. However, there is some construction going on around the neighborhood, hopefully it will be complete soon.

If I could give 3 and 1/2 stars I would. The leasing was easy, Staff is helpful and informative. The apartment is great, amenities are nice, complex feels safe, and maintenance is quick. However, after living here there are flaws to be aware of. 1. The apartment is LOUD. I moved here to get away from constant noise. I don’t know if I was burdened with a bad neighbor, but it is hard to sleep or relax with the constant noise. I submitted complaints and called the courtesy officer to little avail. 2. Lack of parking. You’ll be lucky to get a spot close to your building if you come home late. They started towing, but I haven’t seen it has helped yet. 3. Adjacency to the landfill. I brought up the concern before signing and was told me that there wasn’t a smell. I have had a few instances walking outside and almost gagging at the smell. 4. Landscaping. In the interior and on the outside it is unkept. It’s upkept at the leasing office and entrance, but not where residents actually live.

Elan Denton provided a great community of residents. The complex and management provide a safe environment for families and individuals living alone. The amenities are cleaned often and accessible year round. The dog friendly environment is enhanced with the great care they show to the multiple dog parks. Office staff on the property are incredibly kind and work with residents to ensure satisfaction. Nearby construction can at times be disruptive but the staff work to accommodate residents so they are not bothered by the surrounding environment. Maintenance is effective and efficient. Work orders are completed in a timely manner with professionalism. I have lived in multiple complexes and all I can say is if the cost is within your budge, this is the place to be.

No tengo mucho tiempo en la vivienda. El lugar me resulto atractivo, bonito y moderno. Es una comunidad pequeña y nueva y aunque hay una construcción cerca hasta el momento no presenta problemas. Los pasillos y paredes de las entradas (escaleras) necesitan un poco de mejor mantenimiento.

Elan apartments are well laid out and met all of our check boxes in what we wanted for our apartment. We love the many cabinets and closet space along with the separate dining area. The overall monthly rate in addition to the promotion that allowed us to get our first month's rent free along with the great location, confirmed to us that we would now call ELAN DENTON our new home!

I had some maintenance issues that sounded crazy but they listened and made sure I was covered until Maintance could fix it and that was the next day. Service here is the best and the office staff are great. I still love living here and feel safe. The complex is quiet and enjoyable
