Move in went very well. Leasing office very helpful. Love the new apartment. Such a quiet community and it’s built so well. I don’t hear any of my neighbors above or around me. Highly recommend. Looking forward to exploring the neighborhood.

The maintenance team has been excellent on the last few requests we put in. Extremely kind and respectful to resolve the requests within a timely manner. I’m thankful for their response to get out toilet unclogged before the weekend! Thank you.

Good construction and quality. 2 main issues: If you love the sound of leaf blowers this is your place! Monday through Friday leaf blowers All the doors to the building slam so hard you cant live near any entrance. Rattles every floor with a slam!

Love living in Lakeside Village and Elan! Beautiful community on the lake and delish restaurants all located in walking distance of my home. Highly recommend!

Elan Flower Mound is a very friendly community with an awesome location. The staff is helpful and courteous and willing to resolve any issues we might have. We have enjoyed living in the area which is so close to many activities.

Beautiful property and interior of apartment is luxury at its best. Close to the lake and trails with a beautiful private dog park. Restaurants on the property are amazing and the live music every weekend is so fun! I love living here!

I love living at Elan Flower Mound! The location cannot be beat and it is the perfect place for us to live with our puppies. It is so fun to have a weekly walk down to one of the many great restaurants and our dogs love the dog park!

the restaurants proximity is the selling point of the area, It is easy on the eyes and a community.

We have lived at Elan Flower Mound since January 2020. In the midst of a hard year followed by snowmageddon, the management has been very pro-active with everything in keeping their residents informed and safe. Any type of maintenance concerns were promptly attended to as well as any other concerns such as noise or trash, etc. Its a quiet neighborhood and it is very well maintained. Communication with management has also been quite fast and very much appreciated. We have renewed our lease as we have been happy living here. Thank you!

The pool is not kept nice. The business center is neglected with no working power outlets. The building entrance doors to the elevators are dirty and loud and a complete eyesore. Its embarrassing to have guests come through them. The management is not accessible when you need anything and does not follow through or seem to care about the property. Its being run into the ground with neglect. Beautiful location and community. Its a shame.

The staff alone has made me a long time resident. Very professional and personable. Any issues you have they are usually resolved within 24hrs.

Living at Elan has wonderful elements such as mix use buildings, walkable areas, up to date amenities and a feel safe vibe.

The best decision I made in late 2019, the day after Christmas was moving here. Its nit only a lovely community and I love the area and amenities but having someone else take care of all maintenance issues is the best.

We recently moved into a 3 bedroom townhouse at Elan Flower Mound. It is a bright and cheery unit, clean and contemporary. But we are really enjoying the community feel, with restaurants and other amenities all within walking distance.

Maintenance is not only helpful but have always been kind and caring.

Since I moved here, I have been welcomed by everyone Ive seen and have been enjoying the community. The leasing office has been very responsive, and maintenance has been great so far.

We have never been this happy anywhere else. Its like living at a resort. I love living at Elan.

Weve been here at Elan for 8 months now. Even in the middle of the pandemic, weve been able to reach out to the staff for any concerns and they were able to help us out. Given the difficulty with the restrictions with social distancing, etc., weve never had any issues hearing back from somebody in the office. The place has been quiet and we really have not had any issues with other residents. Yes, the trash collection may have had some issues but thats an outside contract. And theyve done their best to make sure that whatever the problem may be, it is promptly addressed. Looking forward to when all these restrictions are gone and we can have all those social gatherings again like the Food Truck or wine tastings, etc. Were empty nesters and Im hoping to not bounce around from community to community so were hoping to be staying here for a while before we go on to our next adventure.

Ive been thoroughly impressed with management, maintenance and overall the entire community and living experience at Elan. I am so glad I made the decision to move here. I love it.

Clean and spacious halls are well lit and provide a safe environment.

Elan Flower Mound is a great community. Jay rescued the moment and saved move-in day. When presented with a difficult situation, Jay stepped in to resolved all issues quickly. His professionalism and dedication to his clients is second to none. He was able to find us a beautiful apartment with everything that we needed to be comfortable. If you are looking for an apartment, Elan Flower Mound is awesome. Please ask for Jay, he is top notch!!

Elan Flower Mound is a wonderful place to live! The apartment homes are well designed and very comfortable. We especially love the kitchen and convenient elevators!

I love it here. The staff, from the office to maintenance, to the grounds person, cleaning ladies, have always been friendly, Always willing to help and do whatever it takes to take care of any issues you may have...which are very few.

Elan FM at Lakeside is an excellent home. Convienient to anything and everything with a small town feel that avoids the hassles of metro living.

If you are looking for quality housing and community, this is the place for you.
