The apartment complex is very quiet. Clean areas. Property management staff is the best. Floor plans are great, apartment is very open and feels large.

New and nice apartments, no noise, pet friendly, pet park and walking trail. great amenities, very nice gym and pool, it could have had a jacuzzi. needs more parking space. Parking is very limited at night. Also pet fee is too expensive, they should lower the fee.

The apartment overall is good and especially the layout! Has lot of natural light and location its self is in quite convenient area where shopping center, restaurant everything is near by.

Love the location and amenities. The community is great and feels very safe. There’s a lot to offer, and the apartments are super nice. The parking can be bad sometimes. Not enough parking spots in my opinion - some times I cannot park in front of my building. That’s frustrating. But otherwise it’s great.

I’m happy I chose EKR as my home! The neighbors are friendly but not too friendly. It’s quiet in my apartment and I don’t hear any noise or disturbances from neighbors. Management is nice and keeps the property up and clean. Maintenance is quick. It was the best choice for my family.

Love this apartment as it is very modern. However the gate system is not so great they never open for the sticker and the visitor parking being so far away is such an inconvenience.

We have lived here for over a year. We have had no issues at all with pest except for some wasps on an eave that were promptly taken care of. The grounds are maintained and it is a quiet, and clean place to live

Very quiet and friendly neighborhood! My family and I are very happy to have been able to move here! They are a lot of parking spaces, the community area maintains clean and there are green places for dogs. The only thing this community is missing is a playground for kids, how ever there are hike and plenty of green space to play more than that. This condominium is perfect to live

I love living at EKR! Anjanette is very responsive to any questions I have asked. Maintenance work orders have been completed promptly. It’s a smaller community and that’s what I was looking for. I like having all the amenities in close proximity to my apartment. The walking trail has been relaxing and therapeutic with watching the wildlife as I walk the trail. I would definitely recommend living at EKR!

This place is honestly anything you’d want in an apartment complex. I’ve lived in places that are straight up awful and it’s so refreshing to live in a place where the management actually cares about their residents. It’s super dog friendly, residents are friendly and clearly do their part in picking up after their dogs and themselves. The place is beautiful and well up-kept ALWAYS. I love the amenities and how safe the area is. Food, grocery stores, everything you need is just a minute or two away. It’s perfect!

Don't complain about pest issues if it still persist. They will threaten to terminate your lease ASAP. Made them very unapproachable if other issues exist. Very nice in person but will be hostile over emails and phone. Wish it was different.

Very clean and lovely community. Minimal noise and everyone is nice. Dog barking is a bit annoying but getting used to it. Do wish there was more parking spots.

Overall, a great place to live. Wonderful amenities. Gym, pool, valet trash, etc. maintenance. Is pretty on top of things if you need something. Relatively a quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are pretty nice, every time you turn a corner. The portal is very easy to navigate through. The staff however, is why I didn’t give five stars. They let the phones ring, barely answer. Rude when they answer. Rude in emails. Difficult to deal with pretty much. I barely need them for anything, but when you do they act like you are a burden. Lastly, parking is hard in some months as well. The left gate is always broken. Outside of the cons, the pros make it a great place to live.

great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with parks and trails.

10/10 for these apartments and the staff! When we arrived, the curb appeal of the complex was so cute and the inside was even better! The property looks like it is brand new, the amenities are competitive (the gym is massive!), and the units are stunning and spacious! Cailee helped us and she was AMAZING!! If you book a tour or just walk in, I definitely recommend her to guide you through the property! She was so personable, funny, and took the time to really answer all of our questions as well as addressed any concerns we had regarding the application process.

Great convenient location, helpful staff, beautiful property. Cailee toured me and showed me a great option but what was nice is that she actually showed me exact unit I would be renting. It was nice to get to see the specific one instead of just the model. Cailee helped answer my questions and even looked at future availability so I could have options. She was a gem. I love the amenities and the unit finishes! I was referred by my friend that lives here and it is so nice

From application to move in everything was made so easy for us. The unit was nicely cleaned with no issues and we had a little move in gift along with a hand written thank you note. The ladies in the office are lovely and very professional. We hope to get to know the community and are excited for the next year here.

We have loved living here and are about to start our second lease with them. Cailee has been here from our first tour to move in to now and helping us with everything, the other office staff are friendly and helpful as well. Maintenance responded accordingly to our maintenance emergency in the middle of the night. We transferred to a new unit and have loved both of our units.

I heard about this community from a friends that heard about EKR from another residents. So far I have no complaints. Cailee helped me out multiple times when I could not decide on my move in date. The application process was very quick and smooth and everything I needed was communicated amazingly. My dog loves the walking trail and I am super close to work while still be in a great location. For what they have to offer the pricing is great compared to anything else in the area.

Elan Keller Ranch is amazing so far. I love my unit and all of the amenities that they have to offer. As I work from home it is nice to be able to get out and use the meeting room they have or just be outside by the pool since the wifi will reach. I look forward to learning more about the community and what EKR has to offer. Office staff is very friendly and helpful. Cailee was super nice and helpful on the tour and showed us multiple units so we can make the right decision.

I just moved in about two months ago and love living here. I applied before actually getting to see the community, but I am glad I did so I didn't lose my unit. Cailee was polite and took me view a unit similar once I had time to stop in. My dog loves to look off the patio and the walking trail. Great natural lighting and pretty good insulation for apartments.

I love the community so far. I just moved here for work and can tell already that this is a great location to be in. I toured with Cailee and she was very helpful and able to answer all of my questions I had. Maintenance completed a few little things very quickly and to my satisfaction. If you are needing a new place to live I would definitely recommend checking Elan Keller Ranch out!

When I first toured I knew it was the place I wanted to be. It has a great location and feels very safe. Being a single mom it is important to feel safe where we will. The unit we chose gets such great lighting and is very quite. I love it so far and have no complaints. Cailee was so nice to help me through the application process and work with me on when I would be able to move in.
