The beachfront town of Encinitas is located about 25 miles north of San Diego between Carlsbad and Solana Beach. Property Ratings at Elan Seacrest Encinitas
This hasnt been the worst place I’ve at but it hasnt been the best either. 1) There were some payment issues with the office which caused us to have to pay an extra $500 for an account issue caused by the office, which from the tone of their email, they blamed us and not their incompetent manager. 2) Ive never seen so many freaking spiders in an apartment as much as in this one. They seem to come out during hot summer days and more or less dwindle out by winter. They range from small jumping spiders, parson spiders, and ive seen 1 or 2 black widows around. 3) there is a rat infestation in the parking lot area. The rats went as far as ripping into the cars. They destroyed the engines bays and the inside of two neighbors cars. They chewed the windshield wiper cable from my wife’s car and we had to pay repair it. The managements response was that they could not do nothing to address the issue other than placing traps in the tool shed.
