As I’m driving through the parking lot you see a row of cars with plastic on the windows where the windows was busted out last night. This is an ongoing problem and not enough is being done. We still don’t have a courtesy officer so no I would never recommend this complex. They just sent out an email last week informing residents about another breakin and now we had another last night.
I love living here and the staff is amazing! I enjoy the amenities and the nice neighborhood. It has been a pleasure living here and I hope this place doesn’t change !
It’s a quiet community, love the easy commute to work and management and maintenance respond quickly to issues.
Overall a great experience. It’s was a bit timely getting into my home. So far, so good glad to be a resident as well as call Elan Sweetwater Creek home!
I love living out here. All of the staff workers are very accommodating and helpful. If I'm ever in need of anything, I always get the help I need swiftly. It also is a quiet neighborhood and there is always an event the staff is throwing for us.
Beautiful community, quiet, and clean. The location is great and the staff is amazing. I love the community events and perks that they offer.

I wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex to anyone. There have been several break ins here. Also air condition has broken and the complex is too new for any of these types of malfunctions.

Love my apartment and the layout. Love the amenities as well the walls are very thin that’s would be my only complaint. The pool area is very beautiful and a fun place to spend my summer. I also enjoy the workout are it’s always well kept up.

Nice & quiet neighborhood. maintenance very responsive. Up to date with pest control. Neighborhood feels safe and very well lit at night. Nice resort style pool area.
My move here has been the absolute best experience. The area is beautiful, the neighbors are friendly and quiet, my unit is spacious, the amenities are great and overall it’s everything I wanted in a new place to live plus more.

The community is great! The clubhouse is beautiful and functions so well as a calm and aesthetic working space. The property is new and so well kept from landscape maintenance to power washing corridors. The staff is friendly and maintenance is super prompt and informative. The apartments themselves are very spacious for a new build. The layout of the community is very pretty and feels very homey and tucked away despite being in a relatively industrial area. I highly recommend this complex for anyone looking in Douglasville/Lithia Springs.

Elan is the best rental experience in the state of Georgia when you factor in the location, amenities, cleanliness and value. It's a Resort atmosphere, tucked away from the busyness of I-20, SR6 & I-285.

Pretty quiet community and very well kept. It would be nice if all 4 grills on the property worked but only the ones by the pool have propane. There is only one trash chute for the entire building which piles up at times. Other than that, I’d recommend this property. They also have resident events sometimes which are also nice.

Elan Sweetwater creek is a great apartment complex. Very family engaging/friendly. The staff massages the community feel welcomed by always hosting events to get everyone out and together. When publishing maintenance request they get the job done pretty fast and I appreciate that.

This property is a wonderful, quiet, hidden neighborhood. It is also in an area where you can quickly get to the highway or access nearby stores. Management and staff are friendly and so far I am enjoying my home.

Since moving into Elan Sweetwater Creek apartments I have had no problems. Anything maintenance wise is always taken care of the day of the request or next day. The property is very nice and I would recommend to others. 10/10

Elan at sweetwater staff is by far the best staff I’ve delt with in awhile they make you feel like family especially when you get approved they have everything ready to go for you and make it so easy for you to get settled in

This community is a hidden gem for this area. Nolan and the leasing office has been awesome and always responsive. ELAN is relaxing and my apartment is everything I was looking for and more. The location is very convenient to I20, Downtown Douglasville and the airport. This was the best decision and hands down the BEST community in the area!

My husband and I saw the listing of Elan Sweetwater creek on Zillow and it immediately caught our attention. The place looked gorgeous in and out. We decided to visit without appointment and were received by Nolan who gave us a tour. Everything looked even more beautiful in person and brand new!!! The unit we wanted was still under construction but Nolan did his best to reduce our move in date by 1 week. He was also there on a Sunday morning to give us the key. The process was smooth and so far we are happily living there. Worth out noting that the maintenance team is very responsive and effective.

Elan is a great place to live. New units with awesome stainless steel appliances and cutting edge floor plans. Leasing staff is phenomenal, but have patience. As this is a new community so there is more traffic than an established community. So it may take them a while to get to you. But it’s worth the wait.
