On the west side of the Clear Fork Trinity River, less than 10 minutes from Downtown Fort Worth, lies the West 7th neighborhood. The area radiates out from the thoroughfare for which it’s named, stopping at West Lancaster Ave. in the south, Monticello in the west, and University Park in the north.
At the center of the West 7th neighborhood you’ll find Montgomery Plaza and Crocket Row, two massive collections of stores and restaurants that are the calling cards for the area. Oyster bars, taco shops, natural grocery stores, and more offer plenty of options to enjoy for a night out. Off of the main thoroughfare there’s a lot of new development going on. High-rise apartments are going up, as are chic modular homes. There are still plenty of quaint bungalows in the area, however, if contemporary isn’t your style.
There’s more to enjoy along the river as well. Trinity Park provides 252 acres to explore, including parks, trails, playgrounds, and a fishing pier.

Management here has a no tolerance policy for any lateness or by not following the rules to the letter. I was late on my rent by a single day over the holidays and on that same day I receive a notice to evict! Thankfully I was able to submit the payment and get it in writing that I wouldn't be evicted, even though the form said that there would be no exceptions made and I might as well pack my bags. Also had a friend hang out for a evening, and thanks to the minimal guest parking, I allowed him to park near my car with the residents. Within 1 hour of him parking the tow truck hauled his car away without leaving any notice. We thought the car got stolen since the gate is never down and is seemingly always broken.
I have moved to this community recently. And I am so grateful for all what I have got! My apartment is nice and bright, with the newest appliances and fixtures. The floor plan is so perfect for my needs and wants. I have a wonderful view to downtown Fort Worth. The community is clean and well maintained. It is located in one of the best areas in Fort Worth! You are in the middle of everything, downtown is just few minutes away, but at that time aside from all city noise. You can walk to nice restaurants, Movie Tavern, LA Fitness (if you like big gyms), grocery stores (Target, Nature Groceries), clothing stores in just 3-5 minutes. As I can see there will be few new grocery stores and amenities in walking distance from our community. The gym has a great equipment. And I love towels from the cooling refrigerator. The "front desk" team and maintenance staff is superb! They were incredibly helpful from my first step to this place. Christie, a manager, is so amazingly attentive, kind and caring that her personal attitude influenced to my decision to stay with this apartment complex and not to go anywhere else. Justin was extremely obliging and taking care of all my questions and concerns. He showed the community and explained how everything works and goes. I could see that he wanted me to feel comfortable as much as possible. Philip was extremely helpful at my moving day and he made sure that all my belongings would be moved without interruptions, so he blocked the elevator for moving in time. They provided me personalized A service, and I don't feel like just another resident! I highly recommend this place!

Elan West 7th is the perfect combination of luxury and convenience. I live only 5 minutes away from school, and right across the street is a Super Target and plenty of restaurants. The building is brand new with top-of-the-line facilities. The gym has the best equipment and is 24/7. There is a great pool that is well-maintained and perfect for pool parties or grilling. There is also free printing and coffee during regular hours. However, I have friends at other Elan apartments and their club house is open 24/7 as well; I wish the entire club house was always opened. While the rent is a little steep, it is well worth it because of the extra perks of living here. Staff is attentive and polite. You cannot go wrong with staying here!

This apartment complex has great employees. I love the front desk people! They are very helpful and do everything in their power to help. I think the apartment is very very nice, but a little expensive. I have not had any issues, but I can hear every step the person above me makes.

This apartment complex is the perfect combination of luxury and convenience. There is still construction going on, but the club house and 24-hour gym are a great plus. There is a fantastic running trail around Trinity River which is only half a mile away from the complex and there is a SuperTarget across the street. You get the peace and quiet everyone wants in their home, and there are a ton of restaurants and shops along West 7th Street. Only downside is the staff could be less uptight and more inviting.
