I been living in Elara at the Market for over 3 years now. It's been a great experience. The apartment is well maintained and its in a very convenient location for activities. The apartment is close to many shops and restaurants but its far enough where we don't get many noise. The staffs here are all great people, they're quick to help with any issues that I might have with the apartment. It's a pleasure chatting with the staffs here.
Elara at the Market has been one of the best places I've ever stayed in Seattle. If there were any issues, they were resolved asap since property management is always there to help and answer all of the questions! All amenities are well maintained and clean, so it's a pleasure to spend time on the rooftop, gym and many other public spaces of the building. Overall, I would definitely recommend to check out Elara at the Market if you're looking for a nice place to stay in Seattle!

Been living in Elara at the Market for several years now. I am still here because the apartment keeps up with their maintenance. The building is always clean, and the staffs here are nice and helpful. The location is one of the best in the city of Seattle.

I have lived at Elara for over 2 years. I love this place, it's close to the things you want and far away from the chaos of DT Seattle. Locust Cider is right in front so I don't have to go too far for happy hour.
Unit is nice, but management communication/action and security of the building leave much to be desired. People don’t wait for garage door to close, allow anyone to walk into the front door at all hours, and generally don’t think of the other tenants that live here. The dog owners here continue to disrespect other tenants by allowing them to run freely on the roof, as well as using the ‘people grass’ area for their dogs even though management had asked otherwise and the dog run is literally right next to it. Frustrated at the lack of respect and consideration from other tenants that don’t understand this is a community and we all live here together. Adding outside groups such as a hotel or Airbnb would be a disaster to what is already a building struggling with security, ownership, and responsibility issues.
A waterfont Gem. Amenitites are amazing. The leasing staff are great, always keeping communication. The resident events are amazing. Guess that Kiss, Game Nights, Drag Bingo. The coffee machine and snacks are amazing. I just signed my renewal and the community manager asked for feedback, which is something I never experienced before. He truly cares about the property.

Things have declined since the end of last year. The familiar faces I used to see at the office have left. The community just doesn’t feel the same. I complain and get vague responses. The trash rooms get filthy and the trash shoot doesn’t work all the time. And then there’s car break-ins in the garage that’s supposed to be safe. Homeless people are let in by residents and packages get stolen. Also, the Peloton bike in the gym hasn’t worked for months. I’ve complained that I hear my neighbors walking upstairs and they don’t do anything about it.

I've lived in Elara at the Market for almost 2 years and I enjoy my experience here so far. The location is walking distance to many attractions like Pike Place Market, Olympic Park, Space Needle, Westlake Mall, and many restaurants and bars. Its close to attractions but far enough to not get the noise. The building here is new and luxurious with many amenities (2 lounges / wine room / gym / conference room / rooftop / dog park ). I use the amenities often and see that it is always clean. The management team here have been one of the best management team I've experience from all the apartments I've lived in. The management team is constantly hearing feedbacks to help improve residents' experience and theres been many community events. 10/10 rating :)

I could give the building and its amenities all of the praise in the world, but the staff is genuinely the best part of Elara. Venus, Habib and everyone else here have made Elara the easiest and most enjoyable place I’ve lived in.

Fantastic location, Elara is located just steps from the market and the Seattle waterfront. A quiet oasis in the craziness that can be Belltown. The building itself has great amenities and a welcoming feel to the front lobby. The building is well-maintained and designed in a way that it will always retain its original style and grace. 10/10!

I have good experience at Elara at the Market. The location is close to Pike Place Market. I like being able to walk to the shops at Pike Place Market since it is only a few blocks away. It is next to the waters and its surprisingly pretty quiet at night even though it is in Downtown. Some of the key things I like about the apartment is their amenities. There is a lobby at the entrance with free coffee and spacious area to do work. And there are 2 lounges at the top floor that have seats to do work or relax. The outside rooftop have a BBQ grill and nice view of the waters and mountains.

I had toured twenty-plus buildings in Seattle in various neighborhoods and chose Elara based on the proximity to Pike Place and work. The amenities were darling, though--I was really looking forward to using the wine room and the fitness center had a Peleton (which is really important to me). Sadly, the job in Seattle fell through and I'm actively pursuing other options in the city from afar. I will eventually live at Elara and remain in contact with Andrea. I feel like I have a home base in Seattle already. Perks: Great amenities (not as robust as the towers I toured, but more useful and more personal.) The vibe: I love the feel of the community and the residents I met in the elevators were really sweet! Closets: I have a lot of shoes and make no apologies. The custom closets are large and well-designed. I didn't expect to find this and Elara was one of a few buildings that met my needs. Pike Place: I love to cook--I've read that several local restaurants source from the market and that's my plan as well. I discussed starting a cooking group in the building with Andrea and she was open to it. Negatives: The Viaduct. I believe it has come down since I toured. Yay! Small: It isn't a tower so it has a few less amenities than some of the larger places I saw, but I weighed my needs and found that everything that I would use was there. I actually found the highrises overwhelming. I'm a little shy in that way. Budget: Elara was actually in line with Seattle rates, but I'm coming from the Midwest and still adjusting to my future Seattle expenses. I can't really blame the building for that. My sense is that Seattle is going to be worth the cost of living, though.
