Poorly kept

The super is wonderful, the company that owns the building is negligent- I have lived here for about 16 years now the building used to be wonderful, tenants leave garbage in the hallways elevator inside the trash compactor room there are rodent issues that property management just seems to refuse to address it’s NOT a clean or a safe building.
