Combining the best elements of a modern metropolis with the rugged beauty of the American West, Salt Lake City has it all. “The Crossroad of the West” as its’ called, is ideal for folks who love the outdoors. Salt Lake City is surrounded by some of the most dramatically beautiful mountains and forests on the planet, perfect for mountain biking, hiking, rock climbing, and camping in the summer, and world-class skiing and snowboarding in the winter. Even if you’re not the outdoorsy type, the stunning landscape provides unbeatable scenery.
Pioneer Park is a popular hangout for locals, and in the summer months hosts a free concert series featuring major national headliners. There’s a nexus of Interstates and highways that make exploring the outdoor destinations outside your apartment easy.

Property Ratings at Eleanor Rigby
While the apartment units themselves are nice, that is about the only good thing. The neighborhood is full of homeless, trash, and people living out of their cars. I have had several interactions where I walk out the front door and there are people either shooting up or smoking meth. SLPD are in the neighborhood almost daily arresting someone. The management company is really hard to get a hold of and repairs take months. Not to mention there was a week when the front door was locked indefinitely and could not be used as an entrance or exit which is a HUGE safety violation. Building is also not ADA accessible. When I moved in the apartment was dirty even though they charge you a $200 cleaning fee when you move in. If you're looking for a clean, safe place to live this is definitely not the right place for you.
The management company is difficult to contact and terrible about making repairs. Heating was out for weeks and now the AC doesn't work in the middle of a heat wave, despite many calls to the managment about this. Also, they have mice. It doesn't really work well to trap the mice in your own apartment if the adjacent apartments all have mice as well--they need to be exterminated in the entire complex, but management does not respond to requests about this either.
The gate that separates the parking lot from the street is always broken so the parking lot is often full of homeless people at night which is not comfortable if you have any pets you need to take out. There isn’t any parking outside and the homeless population has gotten so bad on the street that cops seem to avoid it almost completely. There is almost no way to get ahold of management. Many of neighbors and my self have mice.
Unfortunately greedy and unhelpful. I would not recommend this property or company. I would suggest looking else where for a community that values people over money. Will switch up policies without notice and then use the excuses that they can do whatever they want with notice as it’s not “in the lease”. Classic greedy landlord vs tenant type of property. Stay away and keep you and your family’s safe.
