Great location to live, just about walkable to anywhere in Bethesda. Gym is compact but has everything you need for a quick workout. Rooftop lounge has great views of Bethesda. Maintenance and office staff are very responsive and helpful.

Bad experience. Room very dirty never clean or checking before sending the room to new renter. Almost everythings broken and missing in the room.

My wife and I have lived at Element 28 for almost 3 years, and it has been a wonderful experience. The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. The amenities are top-notch, and we really get along with our neighbors. There is very little noise. The location cannot be beat with its close access to the metro and tons of nearby restaurants.

Love Element28 - great staff, excellent quality of facility, amazing location - can't complain! Compared to other apartments, these units were originally built for sale (as condos) so the specs are much higher. 3BR units are spacious and hidden gem is the rooftop terrace. We've hosted parties, BBQ, sun-downers - we've loved our life here in Element 28 very much!

The location and fittings can’t be beat. We rented this apartment sight unseen from abroad and couldn’t be more pleased. We love this building.
Living at Element 28 has been wonderful. The Bozzuto staff has been truly amazing and accommodating. The building is always clean and maintained, I seriously have no complaints!
I think we should go back to having 24 hours concierge services, but other than that, there is nothing to complain about honestly. I have not had any bad experiences since I’ve lived at Element 28.
Kirkland (property manager) and his team have made Element 28 an incredible place to live. We feel truly at home here because of their efforts. The location and amenities are top notch. We highly recommend!
My wife and I have been living at Element 28 for almost three years, and we have loved it. There’s nowhere else in the area where you can get this quality for this price. The events that Bozzuto puts on for the residents are top-notch. We will not be leaving any time soon!
Wonderful interior and fixtures. Feels like a home instead of an apartment when you step inside your unit. Can’t beat the location and accessibility to metro.
Element 28 has the best layouts and fixtures in Bethesda. Amenenties are a little lacking. Recent change of management to Bozzuto has made living here wonderful.
I love this building and its location. The maintenance is also great with requests being done very promptly. I have access to so many public transportation options and I love that there is a washer dryer in the unit.

Element 28 is an excellent apartment community. Everyone from the concierge to the maintenance staff is personable and professional and Management is quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

I lived at Element 28 for just about four years and highly recommend this building. The community is run by an excellent team and is meticulously maintained. The current property manager, Shaunice, is incredibly friendly and helpful. I was an original tenant and moved into the building when it was brand new and the facilities looked just as good the day I moved out. All of the staff members who work at the desk are incredibly helpful and assist however they can. On multiple occasions the front desk helped flag and track maintenance request for me making sure they were quickly resolved. Whenever the occasional maintenance request did arise, Jonathan and Sam went above and beyond. In my case, issues were always attended to immediately regardless of priority status. The units themselves have beautiful finishes and great kitchens with high-end appliances. The building is very well built, and I never had any issues with noise coming in from other units. My favorite amenity was the rooftop deck. It has great views of downtown Bethesda with Silver Spring and Tysons Corner in the distance making it a nice place to relax or work from if you want a change in scenery. All in all, the quality of the units and building itself is what I would expect of a community with units built for sale as opposed to being rented. If you are looking for a quality building with a wonderful location in downtown Bethesda definitely check out Element 28.

It's impossible to build a "community" when the Kettler/Element 28 employee turnover is so great. We experience a huge variance in the quality standards among the employees. It's unfortunate because the location, amenities, overall ambience could put this in the Excellent category.

Another happy renter. Found Element 28 online while searching for place from out of state. I researched 10 places in Bethesda area and talked with many rental offices. Element 28 felt welcoming right away. The staff at Element 28 were informative and helpful. The location is great. The building is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. While it was a bit high price wise for me, the flexibility and customer service made it worthwhile. I read too many poor reviews for other places. I am very happy I am renting here.
Enjoyed living here since its opening day says. Have met some cool neighbors, building is quiet, & the area is super convenient.
Element 28 is the best apartment I have ever experienced in my life.
I’ve looked at at least a dozen apartments and Element 28 by far is The best in Bethesda. Though they lack a pool, the other amenities are great. The rooftop and common areas are gorgeous. But what made this place stand out was management. I worked with Mark and he was very attentive and knowledgeable. You can find brand new apartments all over Bethesda, but management is SO important. Mark answered all my questions (I had many! Brand new to the area.) and worked with me through the entire process. Can’t wait to move in!
No car? No problem! I love walking everywhere. The staff is so friendly and the property manager is personable!
