Jefferson Park’s proximity to Downtown Denver and Mile High Stadium makes this community an excellent place to live. The Jefferson Park – for which the neighborhood was named – overlooks the Denver cityscape - a perfect viewing point of roller coasters at Elitch Gardens and the Pepsi Center.
This area is convenient for residents needing to access Interstate 25. Locals enjoy biking to their favorite Jefferson Park attractions, like the Children’s Museum of Denver at Marsico Campus or Downtown Aquarium, from their luxury apartments. Crescent Park is also close by, a great green space nestled alongside the South Platte River.
Residents enjoy the ability to walk to local pubs such as Little Machine Beer or Briar Common Brewery on a Broncos game day. Jefferson Park is near tons of city attractions and the Metropolitan State University of Denver.

Property Ratings at Element 47 by Windsor
Element 47 is one of the best buildings I've lived in. I've had a great experience here across the board with amenities, a great apartment, and socially - I plan to renew my lease and look forward to more experiences here!

I’ve only been here a week and a half. The staff has been very welcoming and helpful. Maintenance has peen very prompt
Property Manager at Element 47 by Windsor, Responded To This Review
Thank you for making a home with us! We are glad our team has made you feel welcome. Enjoy your new home, and please reach out whenever we can be of assistance.
I moved to Denver from New York and selected Element 47 as my home based solely on a referral. I was so surprised when I arrived by how responsive the team was, how safe I felt, and what a nice building I was living in. Overall, I would recommend Element 47 to anyone moving to Denver.
Element 47 continues to be serve the residence with excellent amenities in a safe quiet neighborhood. Access to I-25 and downtown as well as the rail and trail system is outstanding - walking to events at Mile High or Ball Arena or Meow Wolf is the best way to enjoy Denver’s many entertainment options - E-47 is a really great community
Nice facilities that have clearly been run to the ground by a corporation. Everything that can go wrong, does.
I find it unfortunate that I was charged 75 dollars for this. I get it, just sad that it couldn't be forgiven. I always pay my rent on tie and have delt with the pool being unusable for months. I understand though money is money and it just is dissapointing.
Great staff easy access to move in. Nice neighbors so far. Friendly people!
It's been awesome living here, everyone is super friendly, the location can't be beat, and all common spaces are clean, and the pool/hotub are incredible!
I have lived at Element47 for over 2.5 years and absolutely love it. I have made a wide community of friends here and have referred many friends to move in as well. The amenities are awesome and Management is super friendly. As a young, single woman, I feel very safe in Jefferson Park.
Maintenance requests at Element 47 are taken care of promptly and with great work by the maintenance staff! Good job!
Element 47 has lived up to expectations. The apartment was spotless and a few minor maintenance items were taken care of promptly. The leasing agent Brett was professional and helpful through the leasing process and our manager Lydie Lo has been incredibly engaged and helpful with any detail. The common facilities are spotless and the services are very good especially trash removal at the common location. Parking is tight but doable and street parking is usually available if needed for unloading. Overall the security of the complex has been good and I feel secure. Dog friendly residents follow the rules set out by the management. Overall i give Element 47 high marks for managing this location and I am happy to be a resident.
Building seems to looks dirty all the time (old stains, old pool furniture, old smells). Water pressure in sinks and showers isn’t great. Overall I think it’s good for the price but could be better compared to some of the other buildings in the neighborhood.
Element 47 is in a good location to downtown and easy access to I-25. The apartments are spacious. The pool and gym are nice amenities.
I have loved living at element 47 so far! However the move in process was a little difficult with little communication for easy transition. The residents are friendly, my apartment is spacious.
An awesome experience, I had quiet a few maintenance issues moving in but the team was on it straight away. Very impressed with everything and the team
Love it! We walked in and found a few maintenance issue but they were resolved within 24 hours of move-in!!! I’ve lived in a bunch of complexes and that is the fastest I’ve ever experienced maintenance requests being fulfilled! We took a gamble on Element 47 and only virtually toured before moving in and driving across the country, we feel so lucky that it worked out and have an apartment staff that cares about the people who rent here!
Renters BEWARE! This is hands down the worst place to live in Denver. From the lack of building security to the inept management both on site and regionally, you can expect to regret living here. Starting outside, the occasionally functional garage doors lead to several unsecured entries, so anyone who can breach the garage can enter the buildings. Once you’re inside, you have the stench of garbage and dog faces ground into the carpet to look forward to. If the elevators work that day you can expect to wait a while after you call it. If you’re forced to take the stairs you can look forward to the occasional off-leash dog, some of whom are aggressive (we’re talking lunging Rottweiler). When you get to your unit, hopefully everything works. If you do have an issue, you can expect crappy patch jobs to cover up black mold in the walls if anyone bothers to show up. If you need assistance from someone working in the office, your best bet is to self serve as they won’t be bothered to look up from their cell phones when you ask questions. If you order something perishable regularly, I would consider a hub locker and your local grocery store as the package hub is overflowing and management will not assist you in locating your package even if you have photo confirmation of its delivery to their office. The gym also has consistently broken equipment and the pool is human soup from May- October. There is not a single redeeming quality here and living anywhere else would be advised.
Overall the experience was good. I felt like there were some pieces of information that were left out that we would have liked to know. But the apartment itself is good and since we are new to Denver we have no complaints.
Staff is all incredibly nice and accommodating. I always have great conversations with everyone who works here. They are great at remembering names and make you feel known. However, there is a molding leak in our hallway that maintenance had to walk by multiple times to complete my work order and I wasn’t given the impression they are going to do something about it proactively.
The apartments at Element 47 are very spacious and good quality for the price you pay. The amenities are nice and a good added bonus to the apartment! Great location as well!
Our apartment is good quality. Thought we would have carpets because the tour had carpet. When we moved in to our third floor apartment the elevator was out of service all weekend. No warnings were given. It was excruciating having to move our furniture in. The apartment is good so far. Good view and quiet. Love being next to the park. The key fabs/garage openers are extremely inconsistent which is a pain.
The move-in was a disaster, due to a broken elevator and no contingency nor compensatory plans by the building, the apartment wasn’t renovated as promised. Otherwise, we’ve had a great experience at element 47
Safe apartments, Safe neighborhood, clean, beautiful. daily clean up and grass/bushes are kept nice
Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Service orders are completed quickly when something is wrong.
It's a pretty good apt. There was an issue with parking spaces and cars not being registered to park in those spaces; mainly that Element doesn't tow the cars after hours. The hot tub has been broken for about 3 or so weeks now, with no update in sight. The security company that they use doesn't always do the best job, or act in a timely manner. With all of that out of the way, the apartments themselves are pretty nice and quiet.
The location and amenities are wonderful. The common areas and hallways are clean and well-maintained, the apartments are up to date and the floor plans are well thought out. Very happy with my decision to move here!
Maya and Gio were amazing and so helpful with the moving process. The apartment is extremely clean and has great amenities. Overall highly recommend!
This property is unlivable and I would not recommend it to anyone. My main reason for breaking my lease and moving out is solely because of the management- they are unprofessional, careless, and clearly do not care about the safety of their residents. Had the management handled situations differently, I would have resigned my lease
The office and maintenance staff have been amazing! I love the view that we have, the closeness too anything you could want or need, and the communitys dog park!
Do not live here. I’ve lived in a variety of “luxury” apartment complexes in Denver and this one is by far the worst. The management of Element 47 is uncommunicative, unreliable, and truly makes this an unlivable property. I’ve lived at Element 47 for over a year and encountered numerous issues with management and property including: - Public areas/amenities being visibility dirty and not maintained nor cleaned - Garage doors, elevators and entrance doors frequently being broken with no communication from management on the status of when they would be repaired - The broken garage doors and entrance doors being left open for extended periods of time causing a threat to our safety and personal property. I and many others have had cars broken into on multiple occasions in the enclosed garage. Management refused to add security, cameras, or provide any sort of assistance in the matter because the lease does not describe the garage as “secure” - Ongoing pest control issue where management has taken almost a week to get a pest control company to inspect my unit on multiple occasions and instructed me to live in the apartment with the pests until then. If you’re looking at renting in Denver, look literally anywhere else
My experience so far has been wonderful! The leasing office is always super helpful and location and amenities are great!
Great building and design, but management is poor.
Living at Element 47 has been a lovely experience, clean and maintained amenities, quiet neighborhood, good people, and there is so much to offer in this area. I highly recommend.
I love living here. Zero stress with great amenities
Great amenities including the best pool in Denver, friendly staff, and perfect location! No complaints
Element 47 is a comfortable, quiet apartment community in a great part of Denver. I've been very happy as a resident here for multiple years.
The same day I toured Element 47 I had also scheduled showings for other properties and after my appointment with Meagan I was fully convinced I had found my new home and I actually applied and signed that very morning and called off my other showings. Meagan was extremely helpful and patient with all of my questions, I also noticed how great she was with other tenants and other people she was showing the property the day of my appointment. Windsor is truly lucky to have her as she bestows all the right qualities you would want someone in her position to have. Overall I just got a really good vibe from her and the team, I read some general reviews online but had to see for myself and I am very glad I did because she was able to help end the search for my new home as you know that moving can be stressful. Since then I've also met Mia and she too is a kind soul and always pleasant to communicate with on any questions I may have, all in all I am happy to be settled into Element 47 and genuinely can't say enough great things about the leasing team here.
Element 47 checks the boxes of a suitable rental, but there's nothing to fall in love with or attach myself too. Believe the property has potential but find staff just doesn't obsess over residents or even the physical space- hallways, landscaping, garages as they should.
I appreciate the attentiveness and concern for residents shown by management. In general its a very nice quiet, respectful, and friendly community that has been like a peaceful downtown haven. Some physical aspects of the unit itself could be better, but no place is perfect and especially as far as apartment living goes, Ive enjoyed our time living here.
The entire Element 47 staff is amazing! They are personable, professional, and responsive to all our needs. Garrett recently fulfilled our service request and he was extremely helpful!
Element 47 is an awesome place to live. Minutes from downtown, easy access, highway goes north and south right around the corner. Awesome staff thats always trying to help with any questions or situation you may have. Maintenance is always on top of any issues you may have. And the community is great. Dog friendly, always kept clean and all the areas of the apartment building.
Moving into Element 47 was such an easy process. Meagan and Lauren were so helpful and knowledgeable. They made moving actually enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Element 47.
Element 47 has been a great first home after college. The amenities are great and I feel like all the staff members do their absolute best to help me out if I need it. I would definitely recommend living here to anyone!
Element 47 is awesome! We leased last month sight unseen, as we moved from out of state. Lauren in the leasing office was so friendly & helpful during the process! Since moving in, everything has been excellent. We love our apartment & the location is exactly what we were looking for. Everyone that works here from the leasing team, to maintenance, to cleaning crew are so hospitable and make us really feel at home. Thank you!
Staff is always super helpful and I think our community is better thanks to their hard work
Moving across the country to a new place in the middle of a pandemic was not ideal - the staff at Element 47 were extremely helpful and seem to genuinely care about our community.
I love living here! Its so nice and accommodating. I feel like there are just so many helpful staff here and everyone bends over backwards to try to help if theres an issue (not that there ever really is one).
Love the price for the location and amenities! Lots of natural light in the actual apartments.
Our garbage disposal was clogged last Saturday when we had company in town and he came within 30 minutes and fixed it in less than 5 minutes. Thank you!!
The leasing office was great during the process. All my questions were answered. The move in experience was wonderful and very easy. They accommodated my timing and needs from moving cross country.
