I would NOT pick this as a place to live. I am a very clean person, and there were gnats everywhere. I couldn’t even eat my food without gnats flying in my face. Pest control never did anything to solve the problem. Also, I had my rent on autopay, and I was charged a late fee of over $100 because something went wrong on THE PROPERTY’S end. Horrible place to live. Not worth the rent at all.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy…the place is run down, dirty and has bugs everywhere. It seems like all the residents smoke there and my unit always smelled like weed and the management was completely useless.
This property charges all kinds of pet fees (upfront charge as well as monthly) and then when you move out a drink spill is considered pet urine. One drink spill that you could not tell from the top, just the underneath. I was told the maintenance smells the spot to determine what it is. (gross) so a PURPLE stain was classified as urine and I was bill $300 for carpet replacement. I also was told that the $350 pet deposit as well as the monthly pet rent is just the price you pay to have the privilege of having a animal. These fees do not cover anything other then giving you the privilege of having them. Just be prepared for all kinds of move out charges.

I have had a roach infested apartment since I moved in July 2019. This is unacceptable. They crawl on me in my sleep and are everywhere. I have complained for months. Not only am I dealing with roaches, but my neighbor sells drugs and smokes marijuana that smells up my apartment and clothes. My neighbor below me smokes 30 packs of cigarettes a day and smells up my apartment as well. I wouldn’t want my worst enemy to live here. I’m surprised the health department hasn’t come in to perform an inspect involving roaches. Don’t let the price fool you, this place is unacceptable and not a healthy living environment.
So far, the staff has been amazing. They upped my move in date for me and Gabriel stayed over an hour late to make sure I was able to check in. The room was clean and ready and the area is quite. I haven't heard anything from any other apartments so far. Aside from the dishwasher not working or me knowing how to work the air units. Everything is good. No complaints.
I absolutely love my new apartment. The community is quiet and very clean! Staff in the office are awesome.

I moved into the element November 2016, it's almost been a year and I have nothing but great things to say about these people. If for whatever reason I need maintenance they will come any time of day 24/7 to fix my issue and I've only had 1, when my dishwasher broke (appliances do that sometimes). I will certainly be renewing my lease come November! If you are reading reviews before moving in I would recommend going to all the sites they are listed. I researched off google where most reviews were recent and positive and not only have I had no issues, but I've grown close to a few of my neighbors. I'm thankful for the elements
I just recently moved here a week ago and I have no complaints. When I arrived to move in my apartment was clean and beautiful. The staff in the office are very inviting and great to work with.
Looks renovated but looks can be deceiving this place is over priced and I am constantly dealing with roaches, earwigs and bed bugs. Avoid at all costs and If you MUST stay here read your lease carefully and ask about all the fees, even the pest control fee that they charge you monthly but pest control only comes when you complain.
The office staff is very friendly. They'll act like your best friend until you have an issue they do not know how to handle. I moved out the same day I began moving my things in. If it wasn't for the movers coming a little after I arrived I would not have known the walls and brand new carpet was infested with Bed bugs! This was the most inconvenient situation I've been in especially since I was moving in alone with no family nearby and a miserable puppy waiting outside in this heat. When I called they told me pest control comes on Tuesdays and they should be there shortly (took a while and what was I to do since my furniture was off the truck). The office did not check on me or even want to see the photos while I waited on pest control to come and confirm that they really were bed bugs. I was offered to tour another unit however! Across the complex... i was provided no assistance with hauling my belongings to the other unit and it began to rain. My stuff hung outside all day until I went to rent a uhaul and a storage unit since I definitely wasn't staying at the Element. Also thanks to one of the neighbors who helped me and my mom that drove out here to help load up the truck! Just and FYI if you stay anywhere near #175, the bugs are in the walls. They were tick size, fat and everywhere. Pest control seemed pretty grossed out. I have videos and photos of bugs painted over in the new Paint. If that's what you call a fresh renovation! Beware and look closely. The bugs don't come out until people are around. The bites are terrible and all over us.
