Property Ratings at Element At Stonebridge
Been here for 5 years now, I’ve went through the change in ownership. From maintenance to leasing staff, I have had no problems. No place is perfect and inflation is happening everywhere. HUGE shoutout to Boban who went above and beyond for me! Highly recommend.

The apartment complex is beautiful, clean, and offers great amenities. The two leasing agents in the office have been amazing. They made the move in process so easy and less stressful, even reached out with a better apartment option for the time frame I needed. The common areas are always clean and well maintained. The apartments are so comfortable with great layout. I'm very excited I chose Element At Stonebridge Apartments as my new HOME. Definitely recommend.

Once the new company took over in August of 2022, it went from great to awful. New fees for everything under the sun, utility costs went much higher than before, maintenance on common areas not kept up to the same standard. Shared areas including the building hallways have a near constant smell of marijuana. Animal waste in and around elevators was routine and sat until maintenance cleaned it up. Communication was a bit of a mixed bag. Tons of emails reminding residents to clean up trash, pick up animal waste, don’t have parties in the common areas, don’t break the elevators, don’t leave broken glass around the pool, etc. When it comes to things that you really need to be told as a tenant, short notice or none at all. When you can’t read their mind – FEES! All responsibility resides with the tenant the leasing office says, they don’t make mistakes. They don’t drop the ball. They aren’t ripping you off. I am here to tell you to beware because they DO and WILL. Also beware the fake reviews about how the leasing staff are just the kindest people ever – that’s not suspicious at all folks.

New tenant here of a few months... Everyone seems so nice and personable to secure a lease until you move in and the rose colored glasses fall off. Office is slow and confused and maintenance is so rude and uninformed. These do not feel like luxury apts from the staff treatment to the building conditions. Clearly they jst want our money. The price and fees do not match Don't do it.

This place is absolutely the worst place I ever lived. Ever since the new company came in the price has jumped through the roof, they are no communication about the fees that they have added on to the already increasing rent is ridiculous. The so called new professional staff don't return emails or phone calls the walls are thin, you literally hear every single thing above you and around you. It's no reason why after being there for years this last year is the worst of them all I am sick of it and honestly can't wait to get away from this place.

This property is horrible. The leasing office staff is nonrespinsive and dont care about their tenants. Since American Landmark LLC took over this property on Aug 16th it has gone down hill. If you visit or tour property, trust me the looks are decieving. Also, the pictures on this website is decieving. Many tenants in the community are moving out due to the poor management. They charge you extra charges with no explanation. They forced some renovations in the apartment when this new management took over and mandated people to give the leasing agency their medical documentation if cant get your apartment renovated. They made us pay for parcel lockers at the time we did not have built. I put in a maintenance request the other day complaining about burning and smoke coming out of the vent and the new (which they are always changing maintenance people because they are horrible) stopped by late that afternoon and told me he could not smell anything because his nose is clogged. This placed used to be luxery apartments and the only thing American Landmark Management has done right is to remove luxury from their signs because its not luxury at all.

There’s worse and there’s better. Property sold to new management which means they’re lowering unit prices/holding “open houses” in a desperate attempt to fill up the buildings just to raise the prices again. Apartments have what the majority of places now have as far as amenities. The walls are thin which is perfect for inconsiderate neighbors- you can hear EVERYTHING (footsteps, toilets flushing, vacuuming, voices, music, doors shutting etc.) It’s embarrassing when guests visit and can’t sleep/are uncomfortable due to hearing neighboring noise AND the dogs barking all night across the field/one street over at the Dog’s Day Inn…

This is the worst community I have ever lived in and it's ironic that it is supposed to be "luxury". The elevators and hallways are nasty and smell like marijuana daily. No one enforces the quiet hours, so good luck trying to get some sleep! Also, upon move out, hire a professional cleaning company to show a receipt because even though the place was cleaned, I did not clean the cabinetry handles, the dishwasher (never used), or the laundry room door enough resulting in a $140 cleaning fee. And don't forget to bring your trash in by 9am or you'll be charged a $50 fee. This place is money hungry despite being overpriced and always paid on time!
On move-in day, our bathtub was full of waste and toiletries that had gotten to the point of mold. It’s obvious that management failed to ensure the apartment was move-in ready. Wish I could share the picture with you. Save yourself the headache and look else where and wish me luck on the months to come.
I have been here for about two and a half months now and since the first day it has been a flood of roaches. Nothing works! I am disgusted of the plethora of bugs i keep seeing. Beautiful place but THE ROACHES ARE EVERYWHERE!
