Property Ratings at Element Concord
When Paul OWNED this place it was the best but now all I have to say is DO NOT LIVE HERE. This new company is kicking out all the current residents. They are raising the rent far beyond what it is worth and I have lived in both one and two bedroom apartments. The new company chased away the very beloved property manager and now nothing gets fixed. Also if you do not have a smart phone you cant use the washer and drier ( which are two weeks old and already broken in my building with no fix in sight) Please head my warnings and stay away. The quality is not worth the money and they do not care about you at all. Do. Not. Live. Here.

I've lived in this complex for 5 years, I've lived in both the 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments. The apartments and buildings are clean, nice, and well equipped. Large closets and plenty of space. It is a very quiet complex, nice neighbors, and great people running the apartments. Anytime I have had anything come up that needs fixed, it gets done SO quickly, without any fuss. Great place to rent from, have and would recommend to anyone!
