Element One

I absolutely love my new apartment! The open layout and large windows let in so much natural light, making the space feel airy and inviting. It's the perfect place to unwind after a long day.

Building is great..great service and Annette is our new friendly leading coordinator..very happy here. The staff is very nice and living conditions r very good

Maintenance/cleanliness of the building has gone downhill over the past 2 years. Mgmt team is great but seems like the owners dont care about curb appeal considering Stamford has brand new apartments buildings opening up left and right.

We have been living at Element One for the past four years and couldn't be happier. The people in the building are friendly and welcoming and the staff is always helpful. The maintenance staff is the best in the business.

This is an exceptionally clean, well maintained and managed apartment complex. I really enjoy living here. If I wasn't such an introvert, I would definitely join some of the get togethers!

Great Staff Here, when a problem arise the staff is usually solve the problem immediately. They also take the time to known each of us.. there’s been nothing but love since moving into this community.. ????

I love living at Element One. The staff members are so helpful and friendly. The building is well-maintained. Residents are all nice people. The location is good, close to downtown but not downtown.

Great, safe place to live! Love the cleanliness of the building and the upkeep overall. The only thing missing is visitor parking which would be a tremendous addition to support tenants.

My apartment is perfect for me. I have offered to start a free resident library but don't know how to reach other residents. I have submitted a flyer to Joe and I hope he can send it to allof them. them..

Have live here for 2 years and we love it. Super friendly staff, the halls are always quiet and neighbors and kind as well. Everything is always clean and the parking is greats

Pros: Building clean. Good space and updated apartments. Good location relative to downtown. Cons: Walls are thin so you hear your neighbors easily. Building maintenance is difficult to get ahold of.

Close to shops and near Bedford street. Feels like condo living which is real nice. Much quieter than other buildings I’ve been to

I’ve been really enjoying my time here! I’ve had a few unique to me issues going into my lease, but the team were very accommodating and willing to help. Plus, the place itself is great with very friendly residents!

All the residents I've met thus far are very nice and forthcoming with information. I don't feel as if I was given enough of a "how to navigate" Element One, from staff, regarding tech, turnaround for maintenance, etc. That said...one-on-one: Staff have really been stellar

The apartment complex is located in an area that is close to restaurants, transportation, gym & theater. You can walk to do errands.Have had issues with leaks. Building is nice. Residents are nice and friendly.

I have found everyone here to be so helpful and informative, making move in day a breeze. I look forward to making this my home for the next year.

Living here is great! Nice people, adorable dogs, excellent maintenance, helpful staff, nice getogethers, beautiful lobby and roof deck, lovely landscaping and convenient location! I love living here.

Element one is a good apartment to stay in.. Amenities are good and so is the maintenance service ..The layout of the apartment is nicely done and there’s enough lighting done in the living room and has been architecturally designed as per new architecture

Elevator is not fixed still- been here 6 months. They told me it would be ready when I moved in. Sounds like they only said that not to turn us away. Also, we have to follow up on our emails if we want a response.

Unfortunate the elevator hasn’t worked in over a year as well as the TV’s on the roof for 2 years. Those are the two biggest drawbacks to element one.

The front office staff, amenities, and maintenance are great. Unfortunately though, we've been without a south side elevator for over 6 months and there's been poor communication as to when the issue will be rectified.

The elevator has been broke for several months. I understand that elevator parts can be tricky, but how the situation is being handled is not ok. There are people on the top south floors that need access to the elevator. The parking is compromised as well because of the elevator. There are a small handful of uncovered parking spaces in the only lot next to the elevator which means not many (especially those with children and mobility issues) have access to an elevator for groceries. The amount of walking that is required when you have to park at the second lot is unacceptable. When I ask for covered parking I have been turned away and told there is not any available when there clearly is enough spaces from looking at then open spaces everyday. We are being told that we are going to be compensated and nothing of that sort has been done. I am very disappointed in my experience here. The manager is not nice. Bottom line I wouldn’t recommend moving here.

Moved here in July and it's been a wonderful experience. The building staff are very welcoming and helpful. It's a great community to be a part of.

Everything is great Except for parking and elevator service 3 nights in a row no spaces available of which I pay for cover parking Elevator hasn’t worked in months Once these issues are resolved will give 5 stars

It's been an year since I've been with Element One and my overall experience has been great. The amenities are great and well maintained especially the rooftop and gym are amazing. The staff are friendly. The apartment is also in a quiet neighborhood which I really love about it. The only issues I have at the moment are the south side elevator doesn't work and the onsite uncovered parking is full and for the new residents, the nearby church parking is allotted. When you have luggage it becomes an issue, but otherwise it's just 1-2 minute walk from the apartment.

Love it here…Very quiet and the units are spacious. One elevator is still down so makes it challenging at to navigate throughout the building. Parking is also limited.

Great move in process, staff is really helpful and here when you need them. Security guard at night is the best and feels very secure. clean facility, always running a nice event for the residents.

The front office personnel has improved, new gym equipment is nice, and overall things have stayed consistent. Docking a star because one of the main elevators has been out of service for roughly 6 months now with very limited updates and no word on concessions.

We recently moved in and our experience thus far has been nothing short of amazing! Our neighbors are so friendly and very welcoming. The staff have been really helpful as well!

Our time here started off great and is ended on a sour/bittersweet note. I used to enjoy living here but after Charmaine left, the building kind of went downhill. The south elevator is always out of service nowadays which is a huge inconvenience for those who live in the south side of the building especially the ones who live on the top floor. Most people are super friendly and then there are those who are dog owners that don’t care for their neighbors since they let their pets urinate on the floors and carpets. Even the building employees don’t seem too thrilled to be there anymore. Other than that, the apartments are beautiful.

Great place to live. Staff are attentive. Great amenities. I often make use of the gym and rooftop. Service requests are promptly addressed.

So far loving it! My move was so easy, everyone was really helpful. I really enjoyed the process. Parking is convenient and the apartments feel luxurious.

We love living here. Just re--upped our lease for another year. The building has a great sense of community and is very dog friendly and the staff are all great and super responsive!

We have had a wonderful experience at Element One in Stamford! The location is unbeatable—so close to downtown, but also close enough to the quieter neighborhoods for walking our dog and running. We appreciate this community!

Most of the positive online reviews are from when someone named Charmaine was in charge. Our experience at this complex was 100% negative from leasing to leaving. There were multiple errors during the leasing process, then we arrived to an unclean and unprepared unit (dirty floors, smelly carpet, urine-soaked litter and pet fur in carpet, leaking dishwasher, broken washing machine, broken shower, etc.). It took almost 3 weeks for maintenance to make fixes. We ultimately broke our lease after less than 4 months because of non-stop noise from neighbors, which caused us to be unable to sleep for almost 2 months. I walked on my tiptoes the entire time I was there and my cabinets still shook - there is zero soundproofing. In the weeks before we left, we went 3.5 days with a broken toilet and had zero response from management until the end of day 3. We then were forced to pay to break the lease despite management being in violation of our right to quiet enjoyment and not properly maintaining the unit, and also forced to pay to professionally clean carpet that needed replacing upon arrival. When we asked management if we needed to pay for professional cleaning considering the carpets needed replacing when we arrived, he said he would not be replacing the carpet and we had to pay. An honest person would have said, “I can’t tell you until I look at the condition of the carpet if it will be replaced.”

Wonderful accommodations. Spacious units. Updated appliances. Great location to downtown and accessible parking. Perfect for young working adults seeking more space and natural light.

Very modern, pet- friendly, clean, and eventful building. The occasional issue is promptly addressed by management. The amenities and neighborhood are wonderful.

I really like living here. Its close enough to downtown for some action. Also the quiet neighborhood gives peace of mind. The church next to the apartment complex adds alot of serenity. The complex is also kept clean

I enjoy living here. We have beautiful red and yellow tulips by the front door. I meet interesting people who are friendly. Many residents have adorable little dogs. There are also some lovely small children.

Living at the Element building is a wonderful way to live.. great people live here and great amenities and great staff.. it is a happy environment

Community is very friendly and staff is very helpful. The apartment building is constantly kept clean and the amenities are simple but very nice. I wish the coffee machine was open earlier tho lol

we have lived here at element one for a few years. good place to live close to downtown restaurants and stores all are walkable which is nice

Just resigned our lease for the second time. We love this community and how friendly everyone is. Location is perfect in relation to downtown. The dog run is perfect for some zoomies or pup playtime to get out some energy.

Sometimes it take longer to get maintenance requests taken care of and the TVs and amenities on the roof either don’t work or are worn. Could use updates throughout building to match other newer apartment complexes

The management team has taken such amazing care of me and my pup. They go above and beyond what’s expected and are always a call away for anything I need.

Great place to live. We love the Location, facilities, cleanliness, and very responsive management team. As a remote worker, it allows other areas to work outside my home office.
