Jaycee and Gabriel are extremely responsive and helpful whenever I have questions or problems. Ive only been here 3 months and already noticed improvements in cleanliness, parking, and a increased sense of community feel. Ralph is great too - whether its helping out with a cable line or changing a smoke alarm battery, hes always quick and efficient.

Nice community by the beach! Overall, very pleasant experience. The property is well-managed and maintained. I have a nice little balcony overlooking the beautiful pool area, which I love. Living alone, feeling safe was my number one priority for a rental and I feel at home here. The garage is gated and the entrances to the community have secure doors.
Elements 616 is a great apartment complex right across the street from the beach. The complex is well maintained and has just been refurbished. Everything is kept clean and neat. We had an issue with the refrigerator and the maintenance team fixed it immediately.
I would recommend it because of Nina's community leadership, great maintenance team (clean and neat grounds), pool and recreation area. Modern style and updated amenities.
At this time with the apartment under so much mold remediation I would not recommend it. I loved the location.

I would definitely recommend Novella Redondo. It's a beautiful complex and the constant improvements shows how much you care where your residents live.
The on-site managers, Kelli and Nina, are pleasant, prompt, effective, and friendly while remaining professional. The maintenance manager, Steve, seems to treat the property and residents as if every request is the most important. The staff make living here very easy.
I would recommend this apartment community because of the location, the office staff, the amenities, and the wonderful apartments. Also, it is nice and quiet here, and maintenance is top-notch.
The property itself is beautiful, and still making improvements, which shows that the property management truly cares about their tenants. Plus there is an area to bathe our pets. I don't know of any other place that offers such a perk.
Kudos to the maintenance workers - they do such an amazing job taking care of any issue and are quick/efficient. The managers are also super friendly and their kindness goes a long way in terms of my stay. Happy to be living in a place that has such great and positive workers.
The location?and the view out my windows, are wonderful. I love the light and air. The ?pet friendly? attitude adds to my satisfaction. The staff?both office and maintenance?have been responsive and friendly. Appliances are great.
The property management staff, Nina and Kelli, are so helpful particularly with my move-in and first month being accustomed to the rental unit. Also maintenance staff is excellent, communication is easy, and staff is very approachable!
My specific apartment has no natural light coming in, and no windows, making it feel more like a cave rather than a home.

Love the beautiful, well maintained grounds, leasing agents are really helpful and fast to respond, garbage valet is so appreciated as is the dog wash area. Complex is quiet and safe..I love it!
The layout is confusing and frustrating to get in and out of.
It's my dream apartment home. I wake up to the sight of the largest body of water on earth..I am still wrapping my mind around that. The interior has the feel of modernity and an old world sensibility, I try never to take it for granted.
This place is wonderful! They allow pets!!! They have a swimming pool, workout room and is right across the street from the beach.
Upon searching for an apartment in the area, we passed by this building thinking it would be difficult to impossible to speak with the Property Manger. Other building's Managers were short to downright rude. We are from the Pittsburgh area and most people there are friendly and helpful; so this left me a bit hesitant about the entire area in general. In this complex, Kim has been helpful and sweet. She called us back, gave advice and was very welcoming. The building itself is bright, airy, well maintained and the staff has been very friendly. The location is absolutely wonderful too. We are truly happy here.
