I love living here. The office staff is wonderful and always very helpful. They have really done a turn around to the community.

mold and crime rates

mold in unit and roaches, cars being broken in to. staff is very rude . unannounced knocks on you door and notes from staff. and added fees after you sign the lease.

Great place to stay under this management

I have been staying at Windsor Apartment complex for the past 5 years and I must admit, that Ashley the New property manger is an excellent and professional lady who is willing to listen and help you. I like the environment and my apartment residents are courteous

Great place to live

Living at Windsor before moving was really an excellent experience. The office staff are great, and able to get a hold of them whenever necessary. I like the fact there are a number of stores and restaurants close by. Neighbors are really nice. I highly recommend living here.

Great place to call home!!

I loved living at Windsor before relocating. The office staff was very helpful whenever I needed anything. We had great neighbors!!! The fitness room is very nice and the pool is awesome for beating those SC hot days. I loved being so close to so many great stores & restaurants not to mention the easy access to 77!!! I would highly recommend this community!

Great staff

The management team at Windsor is knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous. Mrs Andrews was quite nice and I was very impressed by her professionalism. The apartments are clean and very nice and in a very nice spot. Im very happy with my choice to reside here at Windsor.

Excellent property

I recently moved into the area for work and was in immediate need of an apartment in the rock hill area. I visited 5 properties over my first weekend, but after seeing this facility, and most importantly spending time with the property manager, it was an easy decision to choose Windsor Apartments. The manager Dawn was helpful and attentive. She provided me information on the area to help me acclimate and made me feel very welcome, not just to the complex, but to rock hill as a whole. I asked a ton of questions and she was patient and very knowledgeable! i would highly recommend Windsor If you are looking in the rock hill area and make sure to ask for Dawn
