Dajza and Arnold are spectacular. They have truly changed Elements for the best! They are down to earth, personable, admirable and very easy to work with. Together they have fixed security issues like package theft and have added police officers to patrol 24/7. They care about the people and I appreciate the lowered rent so much. In addition, they have added events to bring the community together and create a harmonious environment. I experienced amazing communication from both of them. My recent tour of the Elements on Third apartment complex was an experience I cannot soon forget, and unfortunately, for all the wrong reasons. From the moment I stepped foot into the property, it was evident that cleanliness and maintenance were not a priority. First and foremost, the state of cleanliness throughout the complex was abysmal. Nothing appeared to have been cleaned or tidied up in quite some time. The staff seemed disinterested in presenting a well-maintained image, which was evident in the dirty and neglected condition of everything I saw. When I ventured into the units, any hope of finding a clean and inviting living space quickly vanished. The bathtubs were particularly revolting, with dirt and grime seemingly embedded deep within, as if they hadn't been properly cleaned in ages. It was both shocking and disturbing to witness such disregard for basic cleanliness. As I walked through the hallways, I couldn't help but notice the filth that seemed to coat every surface. The floors were stained with unsightly marks, some of which resembled old dog excrement stains from previous residents. It was a nauseating sight and further evidence of the lack of attention to cleanliness and maintenance. To make matters worse, the state of the elevators was utterly deplorable. They appeared to be falling apart, with visible signs of wear and tear. The safety and functionality of these elevators were questionable at best, and it was a disconcerting experience to ride in them. During the tour, I was shown one unit where the balcony was completely overrun with overgrown grass. It was evident that this unit, like many others, had been sitting vacant for a considerable period. The neglect and lack of upkeep were glaringly apparent, leaving me deeply concerned about the overall state of the property. In conclusion, I cannot stress enough how utterly disgusting and disappointing my tour of the Elements on Third apartment complex was. From the lack of cleanliness and dirty bathtubs to the filthy hallways and stained floors, it was clear that neglect and disregard for maintenance were rampant. The deteriorating elevators and overgrown grass on the balcony only added to the dismal state of affairs. I strongly advise against considering this complex as a place to call home, as it falls far short of even basic standards of cleanliness and upkeep.

Where do I begin.... We moved in right at the beginning of March 2020. The day we were supposed to be moving in, they didn’t even have us on the list. Our unit was not clean upon move in- there was paint splattered on the floors, old appliances falling apart, and the porch looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the building opened. The most recent issue we experienced was regarding a paint project. They notified us 3 weeks ago that they’d be painting the exterior of the building and required us to remove all of our furniture and items from the porch. We moved everything inside our tiny apartment (furniture took up half of our living room) and no work was done for 3 weeks. Tried reaching management 4 or 5 times with no response and finally heard from one of the leasing agents who notified us that they changed plans and wouldn’t be painting our side for at least another month (of course with no communication to residents). When I finally got through to the property manager (after having to reach out to corporate to get a hold of her), I was basically told tough luck and she was not willing to offer any sort of concessions to make up for the inconvenience and really had not clear timeline regarding when our unit would actually get painted. Long story short, save your money and your sanity and rent from someone else.

LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE. We moved in about 5 months ago and this has been hands down the worst management we have ever seen. They messed up our lease and rent multiple times in our rental agreement and we had to try and track them down multiple times to even get the paperwork sent over. I then called the day before we were supposed to move and Jen (the Property Manager) answered and didn’t even put me on hold as she yelled to the staff asking if anyone was moving in tomorrow because nothing was scheduled regarding our move in date. It was incredibly clear the day we moved in that the staff must have just simply forgot that there was someone moving into that apartment - that was made clear due to the mold and dirt that was all over the bathroom and porch, the paint splatters all over the floor, and the misaligned paint job on the walls. Since moving in, we’ve grown increasingly frustrated at the lack of working appliances. We’ve had to put multiple maintenance requests for our washing machine that still doesn’t work, the shelves in the fridge always break, and the pipes make a ton of noise whenever there is water being run in the apartment. When trying to reach out to management or the leasing office regarding any issue - there is simply no response. After leaving the Property Manager numerous emails and voicemails left (over a period of 2.5 weeks) - we were finally able to get a response from the Property Manager... this was only after we called Pinnacle Property Management saying we were at a loss of what to do because she was not answering any of our calls or emails. Of course, after that she called within five minutes... If you are looking for a place with management that actually cares for their tenants and will help with any questions or issues and respects the quality of living of their renters, I highly urge you to look elsewhere.

Management is slow and inconsistent with communication. Property is not secure as it’s very easy to get through the parking lot gate and building itself. Property is not really downtown. Appliances in the Seaglass building are old and outdated considering other complexes have stainless steel appliances. Complex forces residents to pay for cable and internet. All amenities are unavailable and are often taken away. Don’t be fooled by the promo pictures.

Don’t look here. The management could care less about their residents and they are running this place into the ground. What once was a wonderful community has turned into a complete mess. There is no enforcement of anything here. Residents do not clean up after their pets, some treat it like a dormitory, parking is a nightmare and never policed, security used to be on property and is now a joke, and the police have been on property for frequent resident issues. For the price you’ll pay, go downtown. As someone who has lived here for 5+ years, I can tell you this place is no longer worth it.

The staff is great and the apartments are beautiful. Unfortunately some of the residents are a bit inconsiderate and noisy. It's an apartment so I understand some noise but I wish the walls were thicker since the beds in the stone loft studios seem to back up to neighbors TVs. I do love the dog policies!
The amenities, apartments, location, and dog friendliness are all great, but the management is horrible. Everyone here agrees they stop caring about you or responding to anything you ask as soon as you move in. Safety features stay broken and ignored for months while they continue to build more buildings even though they can't fill the ones they already have.

First things first....I am a student and moved to Florida without a place to live but was staying with my sister (also a student). I had a week to find a place to live and every place I went to took my application fee and told me no (most places wouldn’t allow co-signers). I drove by Elements on Third and thought...no way can I afford this beautiful place but went in anyway. ITS SO BEAUTIFUL!! I fell in love with this place and was happy every other place said no, because this is the best. They worked with me to get all the paperwork done and I was in the apartment the next day. I had a great corner apartment with a beautiful view and on the 4th of July, I could just sit on the balcony. Elements has a Walmart at the end of the side street it’s on and you can walk there in like 3 minutes. All kinds of places in walking distance. My school was a 10 minute drive and the most beautiful parks. I have just moved back to Maryland and I miss this place already. As soon as I graduate, I plan to move back and Elements is this first place I call! Thanks for making my first apartment the best experience ever!
I would highly recommend not renting from Incore Residential. This location is in a very bad area of Saint Petersburg and the building is poorly managed. They don't put much money into the building. The facility use to be very clean and well kept but they fired the cleaning lady that was easily the best employee they had. There are much better options around saint pete!

I apologize your experience has not met your expectations. Our team strives to meet each one of our residents needs daily. I am sorry to hear that you were upset with a staff change we had made. These are not decisions that are made lightly. Please if you see something that has not been cleaned to your expectations inform the office immediately so that we can have our full-time cleaner address the issue. We have made several improvements to the property in the time we have been here by adding new pool furniture, painted murals in the lobby and completed a major exterior building project. We are planning so many more great improvements for the property this year with many more to come for next year. We are so excited to see how great we can continue to make this beautiful property and for the future of our new campus.
This is the best place to live in St. Pete! I love how close it is to downtown.

I love Skyline 5th...it is in a great location...close to downtown and close to the beaches. It is very clean and everyone is friendly.
