Trash is piled up by the dumpster… before you rent here, make sure that you see the dumpster for yourself. My apartment wasn’t ready on the date they said. Its been over a month and I’m atill struggling with my air conditioning not working, my fireplace not working, and my microwave not working

We agree that the trash compactor can get out of hand sometimes, but our team has taken extra steps to correct this. We have staff picking up trash every day on weekends & throughout the week, we have installed additional surveillance and are individually addressing residents that are found in violation of our community policies. We know it can seem like nothing is being done from the outside looking in, but I assure you we are working diligently to maintain cleanliness in our community. In April I’ll be here for a year, and I haven’t experienced any major problems.. Only thing that I would complain about is maintenance being very slow. Other than that, I love my apartment and the community. Leasing agents are very nice and understanding! Would definitely recommend!!!
The money you pay is not worth it. There’s always something wrong with the trash, and trash is always piling up. I’ve changed apartments once before due to the pipes and furnace being so loud and noisy. My new apartment has the same exact problem, I’ve had maintenance come out multiple times and the problem was not fixed. I’ve had the same exact hole in my wall from maintenance fixing a leak for the past 2 months. I even went without hot water in one of my bathrooms for two months after constantly notifying the office multiple times earlier this year. I also am supposed to have a renovated apartment, it’s not renovated at all. The office staff is also very unorganized and always going against what they say the first time. Overall it is not worth your money.

Elevate 5050 is a cute little community tucked away in a quaint, quiet area. They are going through some nice renovations that will really set them apart from other area communities. Very attentive office and maintenance team and the grounds are always kept clean.
I moved in a few months ago from Columbus, GA. I was not able to view the community prior to my move, but the office staff was great and helped me through the process. The apartment was ready and clean when I arrived! The community is quite and the pool is nice!
Multiple car break in robberies on a particular night. Front office never felt the need to warn residents . They will also charge you an outrageous amount if you need to move and break your contract. New office manager is very unfriendly and EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT
I am still having the same issues with my upstairs neighbors, which I have been told on several occasions that a letter will be sent out. As of today 8/12/17, no letter has been sent and they are trying to say I have to pay $500 to transfer to a different apartment along with the new rent hike. I've been complaining since I moved in on 7/13/17. One of the staff members is definitely unprofessional. She basically told me I shouldn't have moved to an apartment and I should expect some noise. She also told me that she would have never moved to an apartment because she lives in a house. I just asked her if she would put up with people running through the apartment all night... and that was her response. She also tells me that they can't send out a letter unless they send one to all residents. Still haven't gotten a response from the courtesy officer. Have called 3 times.
No one really bothers you. Pest control is terrible, maintenance is slow. Overall, a decent place to live in
I love The paddock club, when I first transferred to Montgomery I was really worried that the apartment wasn't going to be as nice in person as they were online. Being that I was overseas I had no choice but to go by what I saw through the pictures, I am happy to say that this place lives up to if not better than what I saw online, I am so happy that I chose The Paddock Club.
Quiet neighborhood with several layouts to choose from. Garage and/or storage units available it needed. Great amenities to enclude pool, jacuzzi, sana, tanning bed, playground and newly remodeled fitness center. Within walking distance of school and in safe area that is pet also pet friendly.
