Property Ratings at Elevate 54
Drug deals happen in broad daylight in the parking lot. People are blatantly dealing drugs out of the apartments. Emergency maintenance line over the weekend goes to a full voicemail sometimes and you cannot get ahold of anyone. This week that happened and our A/C is out. Once I got ahold of someone on the emergency line and they said I needed to wait until tomorrow because they were out to dinner with their family..i'm sorry isn't it your job to respond to my emergency? My power was out. The manager doesn't care about any problems reported, over email, work order, or in person. I famously received a telling quote from her when asking for insect removal after being stung by an infestation of wasps outside my apartment, "We can't do anything about that, a lot of people have wasps, it's not just you."...ok, don't you think that might indicate a very large issue? I put in several work orders but they were unable to take care of the problem effectively, so I had to buy my own insect repellant and take the removal into my own hands. Probably the most annoying thing is that nothing gets done here unless you put in a work order. For example, there was a rotting garbage bag in a parking lot space and no one picked it up for several days. If you didn't see that, you either aren't monitoring the property properly, or you saw it and decided to do nothing. They do no preventative or proactive maintenance of the property. Next, I will need to submit a work order for them to show up for work. Worst place i've ever lived, and i've lived in Central Florida, which is saying a lot.
I enjoy it here very much. Thr professionalism is outstanding.
Great Customer Service! @Nikki was very accommodating with finding us the right layout and she is a Leasing Consultant that was giving such a great tour. I appreciate her professionalism and Humor. They also do movie night for the residents. We toured the week before Halloween. Love the decor.
I am satisfied living at Elevate 54. The premises are kept clean and the office responds immediately to my concerns or requests.
When I first moved here when they first open and were still building apartments in the back. I thought it was a peaceful community, especially that it was gated. People in the office were nice and always there if you need anything and would work with you . After New management took over and new people in the office came things went down hill. Some were rude. They do not fix anything or care about your safety. They take more time out trying to tow people cars with expired tags. It’s been car break ins, people trying to break in apartments. They said they had police riding around and never seen one police car outside until almost a year later when I’m moving out. They do not care about the people in their community or making them feel safe. They work in the office and get discounted rent. So why would they care right . By far the worst apartment complex I’ve stayed at. And have the nerve to say luxury! Definitely NOT luxury. Take your money else where!
Granted, I have only been here for a short time but have been impressed by the staff, the cleanliness of the grounds and all the amenities that are included. The pet spa is such an example.
There is nothing luxurious about this place. In building 155 the steps looks disgusting. They don’t clean common areas. It doesn’t make sense why they call it luxury cuz it’s very mediocre. I use to submit work orders that were completed same day & now it takes days.
Maintenance and the Office staff are always willing to help. The grounds and amenities are well maintained. The apartments are beautiful inside and any problems exist you can email or call and you have a quick response.
I love the fact it is gated. Community looks great and clean. Parking is terrible and sometimes requires a walk. But overall management is nice. It’s quite around the neighborhood and convenient to a lot of places.
Great community! The apartment is wonderful; open layout, stainless steel appliances, and nice amenities. Good value for money. But could use some improvements when it comes to security considerations.
We love living here. Super sweet management, and cool neighbors. Seems like a nice community!
I enjoy preparing meals in the modern kitchen. Some mornings I am able to see the sunrise from the patio window. They’re conveniently located near the highway, library and grocery stores. In addition, they also support the community food trucks I haven’t needed maintenance much but when I did, they responded right away. Overall this is a good place to live.
The Staff is amazing they go above and beyond.. Im truly amazed at how friendly the staff is and how willing they are to help you with any kind of Questions.. I will definitely refer all my friends and family to Elevate 54.. You guys Rock..
I have been a resident at Elevate 54 since Jan. 2021. It's a pet friendly community. The property is well maintained with Great Maintenance Technicians on site. The office staff is Great and will resolve any issues that arise. The rent is fair market value for your home. Gated Community with Great Amenities.
This is a great community to live in. The staff is responsive and friendly and the neighbors are great as well. I definitely recommend.
I’m on my 2nd year living here & within the last 2 months my bill increased. When I inquired they stated my electricity is billed separately as if I wouldn’t know that by now. I requested a copy of my ledger & I noticed additional charges. Once I brought it to their attention they stated “there was a glitch in the system” & we weren’t being charged for other services. So it took 2 years to notice the glitch? Sounds like a lie & they wanted to add additional charges. I requested a copy of my info to review these addendums that I was never charged for since 2019. They also don’t clean the property, just the areas where potential residents walk thru. Otherwise, it’s not the worth money. Some people have complained about their car being broken into. They are full of it….go elsewhere!
If you are looking for a newly built apartment, this is a wonderful community to live at! They have ice-cream trucks and food trucks that stop by occasionally! My only complaint is that the office & assistant property manager are not the best with communication. You may never hear back from them- but the apartments are beautiful!!
Ive been at elevate 54 for a year now and everything has been amazing. The gates stay closed when the hour comes. Maintenance is very quick to responses when you need them. Latosha and staff are very friendly and professional. My neighbors are amazing and Ive never had any type of issue with them. Parking can be a bit of a struggle after hours but thats doesnt put a dent in the service that elevate offers.
Elevate 54 apartments are modern and luxurious for an affordable price. The community is nice, clean, and the staff is super friendly!
Avoid this place at all costs. We've been here a month and haven't gotten a moments peace due to extremely loud upstairs neighbors. The ceilings here are paper thin as well which makes noisy neighbors twice as bad. We've contacted management several times and all they will do is send emails. They refuse to do anything further without involving the police. I'm at my wits end and am ready to move. This is absolutely not luxury in any way, it's just high priced. Not at all worth it if you can't enjoy your own space without hearing everything going on in the apartment above you.
Elevate 54 is a great community to live in! I have enjoyed the community & have been very satisfied with maintenance services.
I just renewed my Lease because of the exceptional experience Ive had living at Elevate 54. Every aspect of this community is well above average. From the friendly, professional and responsive Management Staff to Rent Prices, Grounds Care, Amenities, Maintenance and Location, Elevate 54 gives Top Shelf Living at prices that leave competitors behind. Luxury for Less, Id say.
Love it here! Not only is management great but the amenities are as well. The rooms are so spacious and the privacy of the 6 sided building plan is very nice.
Great place to live! The amenities are wonderful. The people are friendly. Its a clean, safe gated community.
The property is clean, spacious living area, and professional staff. Love it!
From the office staff to the resident community, Elevate 54 is one of the finest apartment complexes I have ever lived in. The apartments themselves are gorgeous! I was sold on my initial walk-through. I only wish I had not wasted my time looking at other apartment communities. I didn't settle on Elevate 54, I chose them!
My retired parents and I live quite comfortably here! The design of the floor plans are just right. Plenty of space and privacy, enjoyable amenities in the community as well.
I love living at Elevate 54. The move in process was so easy. Its very quite and comfortable living. What I love about it when I moved in, they were brand new apartments. The only thing I dont like now since I been living here for 10 months is the parking. But other than that I highly recommend....
I love living at Elevate 54. The staff are excellent and they really care. I would recommend this community!
This has been the worst place I’ve ever lived. I’ll start out by saying your only allowed less than 10 minutes of hot water to take a shower. I have never in my life experienced something like that before especially considering you pay the water bill. Now let’s get to the real issues. They will send out emails explaining how they handle issues but then they will do absolutely nothing and just continue to ignore the whole situation. Then the situation just gets ugly between the neighbors. They are definitely not sound proof. I have been dealing with very loud stomping/running everyday for the last 4 months and they do nothing about it. I have been told the situation has been resolved but yet as I write this review there has been running that keeps occurring over my living room. I was awakened this morning before 8:00 am to someone running and someone stomping over my bedroom. Since they claim the issues have been resolved but yet it continues then it seems like to me that would be harassment. They keep getting louder and louder as I’m writing this review and I keep having to turn my volume up on my tv. I’ve also had to wear earplugs several times due to the excessive noises. This is definitely not a quiet community

I would recommend this community to anyone, as it has a location and amenities to satisfy your desires. Recently built. Beautiful apartment units. Rental rate reasonable by comparison to others. Close to I-40 (3 minutes), several shopping malls and gas stations - but nestled where it avoids the traffic they bring, has excellent management, resident services and grounds maintenance, secure electronic entry key and gated community.
Awesome apartment complex. The staff is amazing and the apartment layouts are very nice I love this apartment.
Cons 1. Filthy neighbors. In a nutshell, the grassy areas are land mines full of dog poop. It’s disgusting and there are no rules enforcing keeping the property clean. I’m from out of state, and I’m used to people getting fined for this. So it’s pretty disgusting and not a fun place for me to walk my dog. 2. You cannot cook in the apartment without the smoke detector going off for everything. If you open the oven, it goes off. If you cook something on low heat, it will still go off. Even if the fan is on...the alarm will go off. Staff told me that it’s because the ceilings are not popcorn. Aesthetically I’m glad the ceilings are smooth, but it makes living here very uncomfortable if I can’t even cook. 3. There is no window in the living area, only in the bedrooms. That is the biggest drawback in my opinion. There is a glass door and a “window” that doesn’t even open. So, let’s say that I want to prevent the stupid alarm from going off while I’m making scrambled eggs...I’d want to physically open a door to let some air in. I have a dog who likes to run so that’s not an option. Very odd set up that actually doesn’t work. 3. Gate entrance- to me, this is a joke. It’s supposedly a gated apartment complex, yet people can simply walk around the gate to get in. Not really sure I understand the purpose of the gate. It certainly doesn’t make me feel any safer. But that may not be what it’s even for. 4. New management removed the apartment message board/community features. Kind of a bummer. 5. First floor apartments have concrete flooring. I know there is a reason for that, however other apartments have wood flooring, which look significantly nicer. Pros 1. For dog owners, it’s a two minute drive (20ish min walk) from a fabulous dog park and small hiking route. Walking your dog in this complex can get pretty boring and gross, as I mentioned before. 2. Friendly staff. 3. Apartments are pretty sound proof. I haven’t heard my next door neighbor once! I love that. 4. Cool amenities (gym, pool). But, the hours are inconvenient for most people. Not sure why we cannot be trusted to use the gym outside of business hours. 5. The apartment itself is pretty and new, all that good stuff. I recommend this place if you are staying here short term. Like 1-2 years. I don’t think it’s really a sustainable place to live if you have children or a large dog. It’s great for elderly or working adults who don’t like to cook extravagant meals :)
Overall very satisfied, clean and spacious apartments
Have enjoyed all aspects of living here...comfortable and great location
I have only been at Elevate 54 for a few months and I enjoy living in this community. Every one I have seen has been Friendly and I just love my apartment and the window bring the natural light. I would definitely recommend Elevate 54.
I went and looked 2 days, at 2 different apartments with Mackayla as my host. She was friendly, welcoming, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. The apartments were clean, neat, and very spacious. I looked at 13 properties in the area and these were by far the best priced, with the most square feet. The amenities were were great as well. In the end I chose a place closer to my job but these were a very close runner up! Thanks!
Property Manager at Elevate 54, Responded To This Review
Hello, Rob. Thank you for taking the time to leave us the positive feedback. We are happy that you found a home closer to your job. If your situation changes, we would love to have you as a neighbor. We wish you the best of luck!
Let me just say, Kelly was amazing! We communicated via email to begin with, booked me a viewing that same day, and sealed the deal with the actual tour; I’m beyond ready to move in come August. The construction of the building is convenient & beautifully made. The size, closet & updates in the apt, the pet wash area, pool & gym were all pluses for me making me cancel out all my other apartment options. I was in love with the first visit, literally. If your looking for something convenient to everything, fairly priced & updated beautifully, don’t look any further.
I visited yesterday and looking for something close to the job. Its PERFECT the gym the pool how spacious the rooms are..I’m a little obsessed its going to look great once they’re fully finished doing construction.
I am expierencing apartment life and am not happy with where I am at. This is awesome , the gym, the dog wash area, with visiting there was alot of construction but once in side the apartment you could not hear any of it. The staff amazing and take pride in their property. You will be inlove with the first visit.
