This is a horrible place to live. My apartment flooded and they did not want to fix it. The breezeway is falling apart. Garbage is everywhere. Had to live with roaches. The staff is horrible and no help to people.

Addie in the leasing office gave me incorrect information in telling me the 1 bedroom/1 bathroom came with washer and dryer connections. I agreed to go to the top of my budget for a smaller apartment for this amenity. When it got closer to my move in date, the lease still had been signed and I had not received pictures of my actual unit in the time frame she told me so I reached out. 2 weeks of emails not responded to and calls not returned, I finally heard back and discovered the truth that the unit comes with no washer and dryer. 4 days before my lease starts. I am now stuck living here, and can’t wait for my lease to end so I can get out.

Update 7/10/21: Still have a leak in the kitchen, now it’s worse. Mopped up about 3 liters of water last week. Water leaks from the walls and light daily. The drywall behind the sink is soft to the touch. There is mold on the wall behind the sink, as well as in the lower cabinets. The counter is pulling away from the wall making it difficult to close the dishwasher. There is a hole in my ceiling from March when maintenance looked for a leak. Been to the leasing office multiple times, emailed the Bridge Property Mgmt corporate office - no action taken by anyone. Spoke with Christinna and the maintenance supervisor, was assured someone would come by…nothing. March 2021: Put in two maintenance requests for plumbing/appliances due to standing water around my dishwasher and hot water heater. First guy took dishwasher cover off, we both saw standing water - said they’d be out Monday to replace hoses on the dishwasher. Never happened. Second request placed. Someone came by, said there were no leaks, nothing to replace, and left the dishwasher taken apart. Apartment smells like mold/mildew. Will continue to send in requests with pictures and hope for the best.

Don’t choose this property! Roaches and black mold everywhere! And they try to fix the problem by changing one air filter ! Maintenance is poor! Currently trying to get out of my lease because my apartment is affected with mold and roaches no matter how much pest control comes!
They give very bad attention to the residents of the apartments I have been reporting many problems for days and I do not receive a solution they gave us the apartment in poor condition the old damaged stove that gives electrical touches the damaged cabinets fallen drawers the bathrooms leak water the doors are falling nothing of what you see in the photographs on the page of is real, the most certain thing is that we will leave the apartment due to poor attention if they will deliver the apartment as it should, one is not called and calls to ask that they have the damaged things fixed
I have never lived in a roach-infested apartment before moving here. We pay a pest control monthly fee and there have been roaches in our apartment since day one. We have contacted the leasing office multiple times about breaking our lease and they never get back to us. There is also a lot of water damage around the apartment (mainly ceilings) which I am pretty sure is leading to mold on the ceilings. Also, the washer/dryers on the unit are disgusting and therefore I have never used them. The rent is cheap but not worth it, trust me!
Leaky ceiling, loud neighbor, carpet never cleaned or replaced in four years of me living here. Toughing it out until my lease ends.
They are very safe and you have many Serca stores that provide maintenance

I am beyond grateful for finding this apartment complex! Brandon who is the person who assisted me & got me approved in two days. His personality is everything. The apartments are okay! But it’s not uncomfortable to live in which is effect my situation being a single mom of two Special needs kids. I appreciate their desire to improve the community and offer a lot of fun things to do. Oh and location is great! It’s close to my school, my kids school and all the shopping places.

Perfect apartment ,just few minutes walk from Walmart, Dollars Tree, gas station, some restaurants...the location is good and around everything. I would like to appreiate the excellent service and professional experience we receive from this apartment service manager and his wonderful team. The apartment is calm good place for study,a lot of entertainment for the children and everyone. I just feel confortable living at Elevate at Jackson Creek with my family. I Strongly recommend you to visit the apartment and eventually rent one.
I recently moved to the area and, though it was difficult, Brandon helped me to get all of my required documents in and get me moved in as quickly as possible. They are constantly changing and making improvements to the property and have several community building events.
Ok place to live. Neighbors ok. No problem with parking.
The new management team has been awesome. I love working with Paishance and Brandon. They help get things done in a timely manner. I love that they are coming in and doing more events for the community as well. I’m noticing that things are getting better especially with online rent pay and things getting fixed in my apartment.

Units are actually not as bad as previous reviews,eventhough I've only been there a short amount of time my only complaint as of right now is I can hear the floor above me stomping, any issue I've had was addressed accordingly. The complaints about the trash is overrated in my opinion. Theres multiple tenants so the trash build up can be expected, I've read about roach problems which u myself have no issues with. The unit tends to be cold and rooma a little small but other than that seeing as tho I needed a place at the time I still dont have any complaints at the moment. Over all I think it's a good community! As like any other rental properties there could be adjustments but in my opinion nothing is like the previous reviews I've come across
This is a very nice apartment complex. The staff is very nice and helpful. I plan living here for a very long time. They always on top of everything. The new Assisant Manager he is a very nice humble person. I would give them a million likes if I could. Thank you to ELEVATE AT JACKSON CREEK I'm so Proud of being a resident! Also I give a lot of likes to Christaina to the Property Manager I love her spirit she always keep a smile on my face when sometimes I just walk in to just talk she always makes me happy when I leave the office. Overall, this was a learning experience. I just wish I never sign the lease before I actually look at our apartment suite and I wish all the appliances were fully working. I understand I stay in a “ classic suite” but out of the respect of someone moving into that suite have it fully ready. However, you live and you learn. Jackson creek just need to work on customer service and their maintenance crew need to be up to date with services and changes , that’s all I ever ask for. I still haven’t got any of what I got put in for a work order , but it is what it is. I have a roof over my head , so thank God. Even with the troubles this place have bring, it taught me a lot in regards of the next apartment I get and one day my own home.
Never in my life have had such horrible customer service. When we first moved in the carbon monoxide vent for a water heater was not even hooked up. after they installed a new water heater we had multiple gas leaks. As we were moving into our unit they were installing light fixtures, and getting ready to paint cabinets. They basically moved us into a unit that was in the process of being renovated. We were not able to do our walk through until the day of move in.
Save your money! Bridge Properties is trash!Waited a month for kitchen cabinets.A/c keeps going out and not hot water heater needs to be replaced!! Corporate doesn’t care! Jessica has a bad attitude and Dylan never called!!Throw the whole property away!
I’ve been a tenant here for a few months when it was Ashford and unprofessional, now that it’s Elevate and owned by Bridge it’s become worse. I originally paid more to have an upgraded apt. Nothing in this apt is upgraded. You can’t open a draw or cupboard without it feeling like it’s gonna fall apart. Upgraded apt, but no icemaker. Sliding closet doors falling off hinges. I’m over Radco & Bridge. I’ve put in mulitiple maintenance requests but have yet to have my issues fixed. They never power wash in front of the apartments so it looks filthy. I can only sweep in front of my doors. I can’t do it for all the units. They never answer their phones, so there’s no assistance. I can’t wait for my lease to be up to get out of this dump.
I applied while the property was still owned by Radco but over that weekend it was purchased by Bridge Property Management. There was a lot of confusion about where my paperwork went and what I was supposed to pay since they were in transition. It took some time but they finally got everything situated and I moved in the day I was supposed to. Overall, my maintenance requests have been fixed and for the most part the staff has been polite. HOWEVER, I recently got a bill for an additional fee and called several times to speak with a manager about it. When someone finally called back, it wasn't a manager it was another staff member and she still didn't properly explain the fee so I again requested to speak with a manager. Someone else called back (still not a manager), he explained that it was for renter's insurance and unless I provided my own I had to pay the fee. I said, ok and stated that wasn't explained to me at the time I signed my lease. He became extremely rude and told me he couldn't speak to what was said with the other company. I told him I signed with his company and it wasn't explained, nor was it charged the last few months. He asked the manager in the background to confirm this, which they did and his response was "it should've been and it will be from now on". The conversation ended with him still being rude. I immediately called back to speak to the manager about his attitude (since they were clearly available and answering questions during my call) and what a surprise, no one was available. If you like being avoided by management and talked to any kind of way by the staff, this is the place for you!
The office staff, with the exception of one individual, are not helpful. There's one office to run what use to be 2 separate apartment complexes, and the unorganized methods shine bright. The lack of communication is strong, and the staff often say whatever to get you off the phone or out of the office. We've been wrongfully given late rent notices, maintenance concerns are not a priority, and we've been without a washer & dryer for over a week now. Before we moved in, we were told that there would be updates made to our unit before we moved in (cabinets, tree trimming, cleaning), but that was untruthful. Before our 3 month window to inform if we were staying or leaving, Ashford roped us back in with only 4 days to decide if we would leave or take their "discounted" fee on increased rent. We gave them proof of renter's insurance elsewhere, then later down the line, was charged renter's insurance through Ashford as well. Also, the staff turn-around is terrible, and there aren't enough trash compactors for all of this units. And between the size of the unit (1 bed, 1 bath is actually about 520 sqft), the down-grade appliances, and the out of date cabinets & light fixtures, we are being overcharged.

I have a feeling they are going to go up hight on their prices soon they sent people to do a Maintenance Survey on the apartments. It's time for me look for a new apartment that is worth the money it's asking for. You want somebody to pay extra with old cabinets only reason why I have new Appliances be my, Refrigerator was very old my stove kept shocking me when you turn it on and my dishwasher wouldn't drain the water out.

My apartment was also I had to call maintenance several times to get my door fixed. I still have trouble opening it. They do not have a big enough garbage dump for the number of people living here so it over flows often. Apartment staff are frequently unhelpful and dont seem care. It is difficult to drive in and out of the apartment area. There is barely enough space for two vehicles. There are always bugs and ants crawling around in my apartment even after repeatedably calling pest control. Living here has caused me more stress than any other place I have lived at. My lock broke and I had to stay in a hotel for the night.

So far so good! Leasing process was very fast , apt was ready the day I needed it to be ready. Michelle the Leasing Agent , was very professional! My neighbors are nice. Very family friendly, the lake is also very nice! The amenties are great as well!

Management isn’t helpful at all, they leave you hanging for weeks witouth washer machine, knowing that there is water and mold in the laundry room and they don’t do nothing bout it till you YELL ! If something breaks in the house management doesn’t really care along it takes to get fixed , roaches live here!!!!!no efforts! Hiring ppl with no experience! They charge pest control fees every month but no one comes here to spray!!! Looking forward for my lease to be up other than they will get new Manager then few things might change.It looks nice on the outside but live there few months then I’ll see you reviews here ??

I lived here for 2 years. the new leasing company (RADCO) could care less about anything but making a quick buck. Repaid go uncompleted until you pitch a fit. Dumpster continual overflows and they do nothing to prevent this. They have way to many tenants for the small dumpster they have. there is not security guard anymore. The tenants are getting more and more unruly and the office couldn't care less. Noise complaints go unanswered. Staff in the office are clueless about how to handle things. Kids are all over the place. Unruly and in the road and will not move when cars approach. This has become the hood.

I am not a tenant here at this location but I will never rent from here. I applied for an apartment on Saturday after I went and spoke to a leasing consultant who told me the apartment was available. After I filled out the application and paid $200 for the application and administration fee online I called on Monday just to be informed that the apartment is not available. The consultant said it could take up to 60 days for my money to be returned. 60 days?! It took .5 seconds for the money to come out of my account and now I have to wait until corporate writes me a check to reimburse my money. That is complete nonsense!!! Not everyone can afford to wait 60 days for $200 to be returned when they are trying to move. What makes it even more crazy is the consultant said even though it shows there are apartments available, the date shown on the website is the date of when the tenant moves out. You guys are falsely advertising apartments that are not available and then holding people's money until "corporate" decides to return my money in a proper fashion. Ashford Jackson get very familiar with my name because I will be calling, emailing and reporting this company until my money is returned.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. Roaches, all broken old appliances, carpenter bees in the walls, no outlets work, everything breaks constantly. Save yourself the money. Oh and your cars get towed for no reason so you'll have expensive towing bills.
Pros: Nice place to live. It's in a good location that is around a lot. The people in the rent office are very nice and accommodating. They have a playground and a club house and many things for children to do, and the renter staff allow you to use their facilities. I like the layout of the bigger one bedrooms, and the seem to care about safety on the property. Cons: No washer and dryer connections in most apartments The can use sidewalks and the roads should be wider. The structure of some of the buildings need to be redone It's pricey
