The company uses ParkM for starters and the permit you pay for your vehicle can randomly change its Vin# and make and model, all on its own causing them to tow your vehicle. Which is at your cost. The office staff will provide you a welcome letter with move in cost and then UP the move in cost five hundred dollars one week before move in, then act as if they did you a favor taking two off. Worst resigning experience in 10 years and your responsible for their faulty ParkM app.

I could write a novel about how terrible this apartment is, but they have wasted too much of my time already, so I'll give the short story. If it weren't for their cockroach infestation, giant parking lot rats, random, and probably not even legal additional fee's, astronomical move out charges, and savagely rude management (the head manager), this place would be okay. Unfortunately, it comes short in every category that one would consider for a living situation. If you are thinking something they offer is worth it- it's NOT. It IS WORTH the extra 3, 4, or even 5 hundred dollars to live somewhere else-ANYWHERE else. There are so many other options nearby, but I guarantee none of them could be as bad as Elevate at Red Rocks.

DO NOT move here. The area is very nice, but there are plenty of other options. Echoing some of the other reviews here, *you will not get your deposit back!*They will over charge upon move-out, even when they lack supporting documentation. When you enter a renter-owner agreement, they understand they have the resources and financial bandwidth to take advantage of the renter. It’s unfortunately the nature of this business. We as renters can only try to prevent future renters from being taken advantage of. Do not live here if you are apartment searching, and if you currently live here, I strongly recommend you video your entire apartment upon move in and move out. Demand a move out inspection and video them the entire time. Record conversations when meeting with them in the office. This is a complex under brand new management, and I implore you as current residents to over document every encounter with the staff and keep track of your maintenance requests and the time to completion. Please do not make the same mistake as my roommate and I did; which was signing a lease agreement with ELEVATE AT RED ROCKS. We as the paying consumers have the luxury of choice. Renting here is the wrong one.
At first this place was kind of nice and it seemed great. Last night my car was broken into and the leasing office said they won't do anything to solve the problem. They have terrible security that sits on the phone and doesn't do any actual securing. Now I'm stuck in a lease I can't get out of. I offered solutions and they told me that THIS IS THE RISK I TAKE PARKING IN THEIR LOTS and they refused to create even the smallest solution. If you want to be overcharged for a mediocre apartment(I live in a fully renovated apartment too, which is even more expensive) and constantly be worried about whether someone is going to destroy your property while you rest in your own home, then this is the place for you. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY

Great location but apartment management is completely unresponsive. If you like not having your maintenance issues solved and noisy college age neighbors that management does not enforce noise ordinances this is the place for you!
This is the perfect place to live if you want to be close to Red Rocks, like I certainly do. It is a quiet neighborhood full of families and kind folk. The buildings are colorful and very well maintained, with up to date appliances and furnishings. There are 2 pools as well as park areas and playgrounds. It is only a short commute to downtown Denver, away from the hustle of the city, but not too far from the fun nightlife.
I have been living here for a little over 4 months and it has been pretty good. The location is located near a major public transport hub that gets you anywhere you want to go in Denver, CO. They have been doing renovation work and the apartment complex is looking a lot better than it did when I first moved in. They also give you a lot of space for a decent price! You can also see the foothills and beautiful sunsets from my deck which is a nice perk. The amenities are pretty good as well. Not everything here is great though. The response time of a work order online is slow, I didn't have mine completed until I went into the office 5 days later. Their customer service could use a little improvement. You need to go into the office to really get anything done. Normally when I call they don't answer the phone, the same thing happens if I call back a few times in a row. Though that could be due to all of the reps touring with potential residents. The last thing that bothers me a little is when they post the rent. They post it on the first of the month. I think it should come in at least a week before it is due so residents have more notice of how much money they will need. Other than that I enjoy living in this complex and community.
For being built in the 80s the apartments are good. I like the amount of storage space. We also love the maintenance team. The prices have gone way up over the past two years but it's still a great place. We have access to two playgrounds, two fitness center, an office, and a movie theater. Lots of restaurants and activities nearby. If this is area you want, this complex is worth a look.
