i love the area and layout of the houses and the amenities. it is in a great location. I just wish the gates closed and there was better communication with the management
Haven't been here long but thus far the experience isn't bad. Nice community and area. Only thing I would say is a negative is that I wish there was additional parking.

I have lived here since 12/2021. A very nice relatively quit place to live. The only issue is not enough parking for residents and or visitors.

There is lots of car noise and dog noise . Parking is horrible. There is no parking for residents or family . Residents park in the no parking zone and handicap parking. I absolute hate the unit I live in.

Actually, 2.5 stars. I like the feeling you get when you are in your home. I moved from a house. Not sharing walls and ceilings gives a much better living experience. The gate system has never worked. The trash is out of control. They built a trash containment box that isn't functional. The largest trash container they can put inside the containment box isn't big enough for the community. If they fixed the gates so random people couldn't dump the trash, that might help. I would lean more toward 4 starts if they address the gates and trash.

Hello, thank you for sharing! Resident feedback guides our community and helps us keep improving the service we provide. We are making changes and this includes gate repairs. it is in the works and should be complete very soon. Our maintenance team work diligently to maintain the dumpster over flow and we have 5 day a week pick up with the city trash. We have seen improvement but we are always working towards better solutions. Please feel free to call the office and speak with someone directly for more details.
Move in was a little shaky with the previous manager but with the new manager things have been going so smooth! I love the community and it is so close to so much!

Decent overall. Nice, newer units and quiet neighborhood. Maintenance is friendly and helpful. Management is getting better. They could really use some streetlights for safety because the neighborhood is very dark and hard to see at night.

really like the area I live in quiet and peaceful, it's got a great atmosphere, I also love that there's a good enough variety of different resto and shop close by and certianly staff are friendly and always willing to help .

Overall good place to live. Parking is terrible though and the gates are never closed even though we have them so anyone has access to the property.
There are so many things I like about living at Elevate at Skyline. First would probably be the quiet community. The location is very convenient. Parking is limited and that’s occasionally a problem and landscaping upkeep could be improved.

Love it a great area to live. Friendly office staff. Nice yard for my dog. Love having a garage with room for storage. Well kept grass area pool is a bonus as well as the dog park.
