The maintenance team is awesome whenever they are requested. The gates have work a total of 6 times since I’ve been a resident. I moved here in March and it’s November. The courtesy officer is never available to address the noise issues that occur daily. I’ve told the leasing office of the noise issues and nothing has been resolved since I moved in. Even the maintenance guy said that the noise was going to be a problem during my walk-through.

Crossings at McDonough is a friendly, safe, clean place to live. Management is efficient and caring.

The Property manager Tiffany is always available to answer concerns and revolves them quickly.

My experience with the Management and Staff, has been world class. They addressed my every concerns, they were very responsive. I have had the best experience so far with the Staff, as well as with the Resident Resource Officer, from the McDonough Police Department. This is truly the definition of customer service and I am happy I choose the Crossing At McDonough. Of course they are tlc issues, like the gate and the trash areas, but in my opinion the residents are the one who keeps dumping trash in front of the receptacle (smh) and they broke the arms off the gate(so the residents can be more mindful as well) over all, it’s a wonderful community to live.

No place is perfect, but this is the perfect community for me. The different amenities that are offered and price are well in agreement with me. For the most part, it’s peaceful and quiet with a friendly staff and management team.

It has been very pleasant living here. The apartments look very nice on the inside. I have had not any serious issues since I have lived here. Anytime that I have needed maintenance, no matter how small, they have responded within 2-24 hours. It has been great. The staff is awesome, always kind and pleasant and willing to help. They have made me feel as if I am family. They are always sending emails as reminders of upcoming events and that is great. I can get busy at times, so the reminders really help. You cannot go wrong if you choose The Crossings at McDonough as your next home. The community is gated, so I feel safe here. I love it 5 stars.

It is a quiet neighborhood and location is all right.

I love it here. The community is kept clean. We have a car wash and a vacuum on the property which is very convenient. We are 3-5 minutes away from the interstate. You may publish my initials only.

Great place, but I wish I had choice to opt out of certain options that comes with the apartment lease. With all the extra included, the rent pay is not easy to afford.

I have mold and nothing has been done since 09/10 and it has gotten so bad and it smells in the whole home

I'm really glad I found this community. The admin and service teams are great and very responsive to maintenance requests. The neighbors are quiet. I like the active security gates that keep me safe.

The apartments and VERY spacious. I have vaulted ceilings which are VERY nice and that's a HUGE plus. I love the location of the facility.... very convenient and the maintenance team is top notched... They have very nice fireplaces...and the guests rooms are large..

Maintenance always lies and says they completed the request and they never do, if your home all day waiting on them they will wait till you leave to come and rummage through your apartment. I had maintenance lie on me and said i have a dog and i never did. The leasing agents never answer the phones and the apartment is so old to be charging as much as they do.

Nice apartment with friendly management. Better floor plans compared to competitors. Price can be considered high, but apartment has more features and convenience.

When we first moved in this was a very nice neighborhood. Now they have very bad choices of people that they put in the neighbors above me have been fighting almost every day lots and lots of noise they are not very professional and picking out quality people to live in this community the Crossing company at McDonaugh can do better the service they surrender is horrible we have kitchen cabinets at least two but Ive been broke I have myself called in several times and its been a month and a half in still have not fix it I will not recommend this to anyone

As a resident, you pay a lot of money and don't get the amenities that you are promised. The gate is always broken, they don't respond to complaints, the community has gone down drastically in quality. I will not be renewing.

Very pleasant and peaceful place. Staff is respectful and understanding they always answer the phone. The community has very friendly vibe and great amenities. Apartments are spacious with beautiful views and new windows. Updated kitchen and Huge Garden Tub! Love it!

Very nice and respectable community. I enjoy living in my quiet neighborhood. Even the children play quietly and respectfully.

I am being subject to second hand cigarette and marijuana smoke daily. I feel violated. This is a smoke free community yet inside my very apartment I am exposed to smoke daily. I cant even have my baby nieces and nephews visit because I do not want to expose them to the second hand smoke. First, I am disappointed with my neighbors for violating the smoke free policy and disrespecting their own community. Second, I am disappointed in RADCO, Crossings at McDonough for not finding creative ways to uphold their own policy of being a smoke free community.

I wouldnt recommend this place. The lack of professionalism is concerning. The last time I made a service request about the air conditioner it took a week and a half. I finally left a message on the maintenance line that maybe I would hire someone to come fix my air conditioner. Within 20 minutes of that call maintenance came out to fix the air conditioner. Save your self the stress find some where else to call home.

i stayed at the apartment for about 8 months and my stay here was pretty decent , main thing i can complain about is the alarm that was included in our rent... did not work for like the first month or so , we were stuck paying for an alarm that wasnt working until they FINALLY got somebody to come out and fix it.. good thing is that they did indeed give us backpay for the months it wasnt working ..besides that, my stay here was nice !

The Crossings at McDonough is a very nice complex. The grounds are clean. The apartments are a nice size and also very clean. Everyone seems friendly and the amenities are a plus. The ease of getting to the interstate and local restaurants are very convenient. I totally recommend this for anyone looking for a nice place to live with reasonable rent.

Safe well maintained community large floor plans with security great upgrades. Alot of amenities for all ages. Professional and helpful staff.

Crossings Apartment Homes are very pleasant & warm! I have enjoyed my time here & the management team makes it easy because of their professionalism & kindness.

You will be disappointed, they just want the money you get nothing in return for it. The managers are fake nice and smile while telling you we cant work with you. If you miss the 3rd of the month you'll need lube up cause its gonna hurt, if you go past 10 days it may kill you. Nothing modern nothing fancy just basic thin walls and nothing special at all.

So far, my experience with Leslie at the leasing office has been excellent. She is very accommodating and very warm and welcoming every time i go into the office. She listens and always try her best to get any issues that i may have, resolved quickly.

The ladies in the front office has been nothing but amazing! The whole neighborhood is clean and nice. The amenities are up kept and well maintained. The maintenance crew has the whole place in tip top shape. The overall management of the property is very professional and welcoming. Rent could be a bit lower, but it's understandable for all the amenities and stellar management.

Awesome neighborhood!!! Very well up keep but like any apartment sometimes your neighbors cans be a pain... Im not a smoker I suffer from headaches from it so I hate when thats all my nieghbors do upstairs

Attractive and welcoming environment

This is a great complex to live. I transferred from a job up north and I have had no complaints to date. The commute to my job in South Atlanta is acceptable and everything I need is in Mcdonough.

The Crossings in Mcdonough is a wonderful place to live. The Landscaping is very well manicured. The community is safe and quiet The floor plans are very spacious. My favorite things about my apartment is the hardwood floors, granite countertops and high ceilings. The package service is great and the dog park is clean and pet friendly.

If you are looking for the best, and clean, and quiet place to live, I recommend you to try our community, for it may be high price, but it's worth the price, and Tiffany, and the team are the best, and will treat you great

So far my experience has been great. I love the quietness and I feel safe walking my dogs in the middle of the morning.

My stay has been really good so far. The management has been good to me and addressed all the issues I asked about. Leslie in the front office is very helpful and responds promptly to my emails. I read the ratings prior to moving in and took a chance on moving in. My experience has been great so far. Im glad i did not lose out on this apartment due to a few bad reviews.
