Before living at Elevate I had a traumatizing living situation at a apartment complex before that was absolutely terrible. Walking in to tour and sharing my current living situation at that time, the leasing staff heard my prior issue and made me feel absolutely confident to move forward with submitting the application. Customer service tour 10/10, they absolutely cared and got me in within a week. LOVE living here and the location is great!

I think elevate west village apartments are a wonderful place to live. I’ve lived here for 4 years and it’s been Great. The only issue that I have now is pricing. It’s getting expensive to live here ??management and maintenance have done an AMAZING job. I would highly recommend this place.

I really like staying here. The amenities are wonderful and the staff is super friendly. The only drawback is the walls and floors are so thin, you can literally hear someone cough is the next apartment. Otherwise, it’s a great place to stay! Thank you.

The staff is great. Very nice and they are all responsive. Jared is amazing!! I have had issues with noise from the neighbors upstairs. I am surprised how noisy the apt is...for the cost of rent, I expected to have a bit more soundproofing between floors. I was also disappointed to hear that the company does not change water filters on the refrigerators....why is that? we pay enough in rent to have maintenance replace the filters.
My experience has been lovely with Elevate. Anytime I have an issuer or concern, management responds quickly and follows up with you. They keep the grounds clean and are very polite.
All in All A Nice community. Love the easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, clinics, urgent care and highways!
I think it’s a good community…the staff is very friendly. I think sometimes I just like to see a little more proactivity. I’ll see something that needs to be fixed for weeks, and you have to put in a request versus the staff just being proactive when they see something and getting it fixed. For example, I’ve seen doors that don’t work correctly and I’ll see staff use it and think they see it. Sure, they’ll get it fixed and almost a month later that door is still broken. Or the dog disposal, trash cans around the complex they’re constantly overflowing. I would think you would just have it as a routine to empty them the way we empty our trash so that we don’t always have to ask. Again, I still think it’s a very good community. I’m happy living here.

Leasing team very available and responsive to my requirement. Visits before selecting Elevate were informative. Web site for credit check and completion of lease documents were user friendly. Payment system is user friendly. Facilities are clean and very well maintained . Mail room/package room well designed. Parking garage and key fob access system seems very secure. Cleaning team for hallways and public areas are thorough. Big plus is apartments are sound insulated.
It’s a very nice apartment complex located in a very good area. The leasing manager is very friendly and made the move-in process very easy. I love the dog park! Most people clean up after their pets, but of course there are a few that. I do think there are a lot of extra charges that could be covered by the rent in general, but that seems to be the way things are everywhere now. All in all we’re enjoying our new apartment.
Elevate West Village is an excellent community that provides a convenient location in close proximity to the city. I appreciate that the highway is easily accessible, as well as the Atlanta Highway option, which takes you directly into town. I use the gym daily and find it, along with the pool and clubhouse, to be great amenities. The staff is helpful, and the building is relatively new. I would strongly recommend Elevate West Village for those who want to enjoy great amenities, proximity to the city, and good service.

My move in experience was really great and smooth. Brittany and Jared were more than helpful, and I love my apartment!
I’ve only been living here a few weeks but so far I’m really enjoying it. The staff is friendly, especially Brittany the property manager. My only knock is a lot of people don’t clean up after their dogs (which is not their fault) but as a dog owner it’s frustrating.
Elevate charges more than what the apartments are worth. The location is great however there is no security in the garages and surrounding areas of the community. The staff are slow to respond to the needs and work orders. The mailboxes are not organized, and packages are stolen or lost.
I have absolutely loved living here. The environment is fantastic and so are the staff members!
I had to escalate my move in issues to district manager. The apartment was not cleaned, stuff was damaged and not fixed, appliances were not tested and did not work, there were major issues that went unnoticed. No one even walked the unit until my move in. Horrible experience
I just moved in but so far my experience has been great. Everyone is professional, kind, and very helpful. I had a few things that needed fixing when I moved in, very minor things. I put a work order in and the maintenance men were in my apartment only a few hours later. Every problem I had they fixed, no complaints, and got it all done in one visit. Thank you so much to everyone here that has made moving that much easier.

My experience living at Elevate West Village is very peaceful, respectable, exciting and overall amazing. My service requested are responded to in less than 24 hours and maintenance has been nothing but wonderful. The valet trash is a great addition to my daily house cleaning. The security of the building is great I feel safe more then I did in my previous apartment.
A well run complex, very friendly ,knowledgeable get things done quickly and properly. A good place to live.

Just moved from San Francisco, CA and my overall experience here has been very positive. The apartment, the surrounding eateries and shops... man, I am in heaven! Truly loving it it here.
EWV is a great place to live. It's quiet with a lot of friendly, yet unobtrusive neighbors. I rarely hear anything from above or to the side of me. The best management that I've experienced in ten years of apartment living (I've lived in eight different states/cities in twelve years).

EWV is a Great Place to stay! Any issues you have are addressed and handled immediately and the staff is Awesome!
Elevate is a thoughtfully maintained property. The team is always on point and makes sure to solve any problems I may have quickly and politely.
Overall we are enjoying the community but still waiting on some items to be fixed. We contacted maintenance on day 1 of move in about these issues but have not had them fixed as of today.

My wife and I have lived in Elevate West Village for almost a year and are very happy here. We recently moved from a 1 BR to a 2 BR unit for more space in which accommodations and the move were great. The office staff is always polite, courteous, and attentive to our needs. Maintenance staff has worked extremely hard to resolve our issues in a timely manner. And rent is affordable and the property is kept clean and neat inside and outside.
I came to Irina and Ashley two days before moving into my lovely apartment telling them I wanted to move asap, the features I wanted, and the price range I wanted to remain in. Two days later I moved into my new apartment! They made the entire a breeze and im forever grateful! My experience was amazing!

I was one of the first residents at Elevate once the first phase of construction was just about complete. So far, even with management changes, being a resident of this community has been very pleasant and comfortable. The grounds and common areas are always kept clean. Never experienced any adverse issue with any neighbors, etc. I have thoroughly enjoyed living here!

Living at Elevate has been great over the first month. Ashley, India, and Brittany are all wonderful leasing office agents: super nice and super helpful! Also enjoy that it’s close to different restaurants and shops.
