Located about 30 miles north of Atlanta, the city of Woodstock is a hilly, wooded community with a long history -- pioneers arrived to farm the land around 1830. The heart of this fast-growing city is Downtown Woodstock, a vibrant shopping and dining district that's walkable, artistic, and trendy. Main Street provides a cozy feel with its historic brick buildings, wide sidewalks, and narrow alleys. Restaurants include the Salt Factory Pub, Reel Seafood, Century House Tavern, and Truck & Tap.
Downtown's quirky side shows up in a variety of ways, such as with Bob the Turkey, a sculpture that honors a longtime resident, and the Woodstock Train Caboose. Downtown Woodstock is close to the Dixie Speedway, the Taylor Randahl Mountain Bike Trail, the Greenprints Trail System, and Lake Allatoona. Bargain hunters head to the Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta, and theater buffs head to the Elm Street Cultural Arts Village.

I love living at the Elevate Woodstock. We recently signed our second lease here because we love calling it home. The apartment is great, the staff is friendly, the amenities are excellent. It’s safe for walking and very pet friendly.

The cutest private apartment. Silvia was amazing with communication, details and help. A simple and smooth move!
This apartment complex has been renovated and it's so pretty. The management office is excellent with great customer service and I am so pleased to live here. You are also close to all of the shops and gorgeous downtown Woodstock. The wooded area is beautiful as well.
Small community with nice neighbors and great staff. Pet friendly, low traffic and all ground level.
I have lived in 4 different units through many owners and the most recent name change from Skyridge to Elevate Woodstock. It has met all my needs with the exception of the increase each time I renew my lease. I love the quietness and access to most of the shopping areas.
We lived in this complex for several years. In the last two years, we had green mold coming out of our air vents and climbing up the walls in the bedroom and living area. We reported it, as did our neighbors, but nothing was done. We wanted to stay close to our family and it took us a while to find another place we could afford. We finally found a place and moved. Do not move here.
This place is awful. I’ve lived here a year and can’t WAIT to be out. When I moved in, it took maybe a week for me to hear the mice moving in the walls. The scratching was disgusting, but not nearly as disgusting as coming home to a dead mouse in the middle of my apartment. I reported each incident of finding a mouse (6, in all) immediately and yet it still took 3 months for anyone to do anything about it. Instead of fixing the problem, the maintenance man, Brian, used my complaint as an excuse to come and go from my apartment as he pleased. Despite me complaining and bringing up the fact that this was breaking the lease, Daniela was unconcerned. There’s been a giant hole in the middle of the road (not a pothole, an actual gaping hole about 4 feet across) for a year and a second one just opened up further down. The laundry room floor is rotted through, the trees surrounding the complex are all dead and will occasionally drop branches on cars. The maintenance man has slept in his car on the property multiple times and when the weather changes, roaches come in no matter how clean you keep the apartment. One of my neighbors moved to live in a motel instead. A MOTEL. Because it was cheaper and cleaner. Don’t move in here. It’s awful and while Daniela is nice on the surface, she doesn’t care about how crappy your experience is.
I've lived here for 9 months and it's been a wonderful apartment complex. The manager, Teia, is fabulous! Anything I've needed to have fixed in my apartment, refrigerator and replacing lights in the kitchen, was taken care of the day I submitted the request or the following day. The apartments are economical and cozy. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. Overall, I've had a great experience! Too bad I'm moving to another part of Atlanta for my husband's job; otherwise, I'd stay here!
I've lived here for a few months and I love it! It's a relatively quiet neighborhood, and it's a beautiful first apartment for me. The manager Teia is always so polite and sweet and willing to answer any questions you may have. Definitely a great place to live!
