I applied at Elevation 3505 in March but despite making the threshold I was denied the apartment based on income. I was told I would be refunded my application fees but I’m still yet to receive my refund. Currently, we’re now in August - 5 months later- and despite repeated payment requests I still have not got a refund. The leasing office at Elevation 3505 has been completely unavailable to answer my concerns. I have written several email reminders and inquiries with Zero responses. My phone calls go to voicemail and my voicemails are also not responded to. They have execrable customer response skills and operate in a constant state of dysfunction. I have been brushed aside and deliberately flimflammed for 5 months now. I once managed to get a leasing agent on the phone by the name of Shakeisha on June 30th who claim I would be reissued a check - however 2 months later there is still nothing in the mail. This is becoming very-very frustrating to me and it's very unprofessional to keep me in the dark. My experience of being disregarded repetitively and being overlooked by your Elevation 3505 leasing staff's non-responsiveness with getting my refunds is cold and frustrating. These treatments towards me send a message that I’m insignificant, don’t matter, and not valued.
I was so excited when I moved in here. The office staff was friendly and the property was well maintained. Recently property has changed management and is declining. The nicest leasing agent has departed and the new staff is not courteous. The townhouse style apartments are still attractive, but current management does not take pride in maintaining the community, amenities, or resident relationships. The main safety feature, our gated entry, has been broken for over two months now. These gates have been left open. Meanwhile, there have been several cars broken into in and around the community in the popular Camp Creek Marketplace. While the gates have been broken with no replacement date in sight, they have been constructing a brand new office on site. The pool was closed all summer, the gym has old outdated machines and they decided to update the leasing office, because all the new management is concerned with is luring you in! Don't fall for it, there is another property next door that has working gates.

I hate that I have to write a horrible review for a place that I am CURRENTLY calling home. It’s rather embarrassing. I first signed a 13-month lease October 9th. One month later the break ins began. Camp Creek is a pretty “hot” area for break ins during the holidays but this was now entering our community. Fast forward to May, I started having a bug problem. My job takes me away from home often. Just thinking “We’re in Georgia, bugs happen” I sprayed and kept it moving. In June I noticed a significant increase in the bugs. I put in for pest control to come out because my discovery was that I had TERMITES drilling through my kitchen walls (and there were a lot of them too). Work order after work order, Finally I made a trip to the office after being left messages from the leasing office about someone coming to SPRAY. My concern came because I not only could not utilize my kitchen, but there had to be some structural damage after having them for so long. Either way, I was too freaked out to even stay in my own home. After speaking to the Property Manager, I was given the option of either waiting for pest control to keep spraying or move to another unit but pay more for rent and renewing my lease. I declined signing a new lease and proceeded to paying rent but living elsewhere temporarily until the problem was fixed. (I stayed with a friend) It is now October. The bug problem still persist. The mess in my kitchen and living room is really something to see. I am constantly cleaning up large amounts of termites in my kitchen sink, off my stove, out of dishes, microwave, kitchen floor, and carpet. The pictures I have are repulsive! To top everything off. My lease was up in November (13 month lease) and I received notices about my lease being up in October. After making provisions to move in October and bringing it to the offices attention that an error was made, they fought the mistake with no apology and charged me for the month as well as a prorated amount until the 9th of November (mind you, I’ve paid money to move into another apartment in October) I hate that this place has so much potential but staffing and management is such an issue. Part of the break in issue stems from a large complaint of our gates being broken or worse, OPEN. I wish I could report better but I honestly can’t allow myself to not speak up about the issues.

Pros: Nice clean property, nice floor plans Cons: New staff has no urgency to response time to service request and are not very pleasant, there are two entrances/ exits but you can only use one ( very impractical), you can ONLY pay rent on the the 1st. The previous management allowed access online to pay sooner. Now you are forced to wait till the 1st. This is a HUGE INCONVENIENCE for the working class residents...especially those whom are on call doctors as myself, flight attendants or pilots where time is very limited. You can only access the laundry pay machine during the hours the leasing office is open. Once again, a HUGE INCONVENIENCE! Also if the property is going to have security at the gate, at least get them a safe and comfortable hut to reside in rather than their car. We are going into 2018 and have moved backwards to the 90’s with the inconvenience.

I'm a single female who lives in a two bedroom townhouse. I have been here for 1 and a half years now. I LOVE the units and the space and floor plans. The price and location are ideal for me. It's only about 15-20 mins from downtown. Great facilities AND great office staff. 2 pools, tennis court etc... The maintenance is REALLY FAST. Normally completes your maintenance orders within 24-48 hours. Here are the cons... Gated community with security... but the gate seems to always be broken. They do have gate security, but there's not much they can do when visitors ignore them and drive right thru. My apartment got broken into. Very scary. I think it was a mix of bad luck and me having the worst neighbors in the entire neighborhood. The management handled the situation extremely well. They sent a maintenance person to my apartment immediately when it happened (2am) and they fixed it right there. They questioned the people I thought did it and allowed me to move to another unit without any charge or hassle. The management is definitely the reason I am open to staying here. Any issue I had they handled it so well! Right on MARTA bus line.
My experience with the leasing staff has been amazing!!!! They are extremely prompt in email responses and they try to work with you as much as possible. These apartments are by far the nicest and most afforable apartments I've viewed in the Metro Atlanta area.
This apartment complex is not all it seems to be. The property is not all that well kept up but for what i was paying for $725 i couldn't complain too much. You get what you pay for. The leasing office doesn't care about their tenants though. They believe money grows on trees and when you try to ask them for help or for more time with rent they charge you fees on top of fees. They do have property events every now and then but the property isn't a welcoming one... everything after the leasing office is just down hill. they have a car wash area that doesn't even work. They change leasing office agent every month. It's just not all it seems to be. It's okay. Overall they get a 2 star rating because thy could do a lot better then what they are doing now and they have raised the rent because their is a new property next door and i would not recommend any one to live their for $800 or $900 a month unless you travel a lot or you're a limousine driver.
I'm new to the city of Atlanta, and I'm still getting use to the environment, everyone is sidity and too focused on their selves which I guess that's how is is, not sure yet..even with the employees that work in the leasing office, not too friendly..but maybe I just came on a wrong day.
Feel very proud to call this place home. Its a phenomenal neighborhood with very friendly and respectable neighbors, who tends to look out for each other. The staff is professional and very helpful in getting things done. Finally, in walking distance to several restaurants and shopping centers.
