Located just two miles north of Coney Island and stretches of sand along Brighton Beach and Manhattan Beach, Midwood is one of Brooklyn's much-loved -- and surprisingly lesser known -- neighborhoods. Subway stations are scattered throughout Midwood and provide a 45-minute ride to Manhattan. Residents can drive south on Ocean Parkway to enjoy a day at the beach, and students appreciate easy access to Brooklyn College, set just outside of Midwood. This diverse melting pot provides a little bit of everything when searching for a restaurant, shop, or grocer.

Perfect Just for Me

Living on Ocean Parkway is one of the best decisions I have made. The area is beautiful and family oriented. My one bedroom apartment suites me. It's quaint and I have no plans on moving anytime soon. My favorite room is the kitchen with checkerboard floors which adds a flair to the apartment. And lets not forget the hallway closet made of ceder. Original hardwood floors run thru the whole apartment which is a classic that never gets old.
