The apartment itself is nice, but none of the amenities work.
Pool is broken with a long delayed repair and poor communication. 4th floor sky deck has been closed since last year. Broken Gym amenities. Poorly cared and maintained for dog park. But it’s close to downtown so ::shrug::
Super easy and convenient. When something isn't working I email staff, and they respond very quickly and get maintenance to come and fix it asap. Fantastic service. Zero complaints
I would enjoy my time more here if I did not think I was over paying and the Windsor community was under delivering. The sky desk has been closed the entirety of my lease so far (8 months), pool has been closed, elevators always broken down, P2 garage just got fixed, stairwells are disgusting. I don't think this place has their priorities in straight.
Everything about this place and the move in process was great. The staff is excellent and very helpful. My only small complaints are there are some parts of my dishwasher that are falling apart. A maintenance guy already fixed one of them but now something else is broken. Also the pool isn't ready and doesn't look like it will be ready anytime soon. Besides those two things, I love this place and definitely recommend it. Overall so far 9/10
Amenities are great. Generally pretty quiet. Staff is quick to respond and maintenance requests are handled quickly.
Hi, in my opinion the maintenance staff are always nice, but struggle to find the real problem with most requests. Most of the time, they want to band-aid a problem. For example, they were suppose to fix my hot water heater, maintenance came, said it was fixed, and left. Since I was on a work call, I couldn’t stop to make sure it was working. An hour later there was no water coming out of the bathroom sink or faucet. I then had to call emergency maintenance to send someone out. They couldn’t get there until the next day.
Walls are paper thin, you will not get any sleep I promise. When you complain, they won’t even answer your emails. Oh and they give you washers filled with mold! DO NOT LIVE HERE, WASTE OF MONEY. Find another apt building that actually cares about their tenants, this one 100% does NOT!

This apartment complex is undoubtedly the best place I've ever lived in, and I've lived all over the country for the past few years. First and foremost, the management team is truly exceptional. Words cannot express how impressed I am with the level of customer service I've received during my time here. Karley, La’Bria, and Chase consistently went above and beyond to assist me. Transitioning from a nightmarish living situation to this wonderful place felt like a true blessing. Karley and La’Bria were not only extremely friendly but also fun to talk to. I would frequently drop by the leasing office during my lunch breaks and daily walks just to chat with them. They promptly addressed all of my concerns, ensuring a fantastic living experience. Additionally, they organized fantastic events like pool parties and a Halloween celebration, making the community vibrant and engaging. The July pool party, complete with a DJ, margarita machine, abundant alcohol supply, and delicious food, was an absolute highlight. In terms of competence, friendliness, approachability, and involvement, you won't find a more exceptional management team anywhere else. I will genuinely miss having them as my management team. Throughout most of my lease, Chase handled maintenance, and he ensured that my service requests were attended to promptly. I've never experienced quicker maintenance support than when he was in charge. He is a great guy! In terms of location, it's perfect. Situated near downtown Austin, you'll find an array of amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and attractions within walking distance. The Central Austin area where this complex is located is, in my opinion, one of the best places to be in the entire city. The amenities here are outstanding. The pool is not only inviting but also regularly maintained. The courtyard is beautifully landscaped and a serene oasis. The recently remodeled cyber lounge and regular lounge are fantastic spaces for work, reading, or relaxation. The sky lounge offers a breathtaking view of downtown Austin. They did a large remodeling of the main lounge a few months back and added in a nitro brew coffee machine which is fantastic! I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment complex! You will not be disappointed and can rest assured that you are in very good hands. Trust me, I would know, having lived in eight different places across five states in the past five years.

The location of Eleven is perfect! I love being able to walk to plenty of bars and restaurants and being minutes from downtown, the university, and the Moody Center. Location is very important for me when I’m choosing a property, and Eleven checks all the boxes.
Maintenance is fantastic. Everyone in the building comments on how well they maintain the property both in the apartment and common areas and it shows.

Eleven is a great apartment community. In addition to its prime location (I find it super walkable), the entire staff sets this apartment apart. Everyone is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. I also feel like the apartment invests in continuing to improve for its residents. Great building, great location, great staff. I renewed my lease and convinced my friend to move in too.
Easy access, excellent Staff ... my apartment and patio are a mini-oasis in the City.
Liking Eleven by Windsor so far, nice variety of amenities and good location. The gym leaves a little to be desired but other than that the amenities are great. The biggest drawback is that there are pigeons living above my balcony making it unusable with the amount of pigeon droppings and feathers all over the place. Other than that it has been a good experience
Maintenance here at Eleven is always professional, friendly, and efficient.
It is with regret I am writing this review, as prior to move-out my husband and I had a relatively good experience at Eleven. We had a 2.5-bathroom, 2-bedroom unit that we recently left at the end of our lease to move to another property downtown. We were surprised with a $125 charge for wear and tear damage to the shower base, which was present when we moved in. The “hole” as they called it, was an erosion in the enamel of the basin that is common from my experience in other rental units. This is something I cannot recall whether we specifically flagged two years ago in the small space available on the move-in sheet provided, but in the many rentals I have been in over 20 years I have never before encountered an issue with that form of normal wear-and-tear being flagged. And given their approach to this, I wonder whether they are actually going to repair it for the new tenants moving in. I already reached out to them to challenge it, noting that the nature of the condition is obviously not from an acute incident but from long-term erosion. But despite the obvious nature of the erosion, they are standing by the technicality of it not being noted on our move-in form. Due to this behavior, I cannot recommend this property to others. And as I mention above, that’s a shame because our two years were otherwise was relatively good (with the exception of a minor noise issue involving the unit above ours). The management and maintenance had been fairly responsive during our time there. But the last impressions they left with us significantly detract from the earlier experiences. Also, if you do or recently moved into the 2 BR 2.5 bath unit, make sure they actually repaired the shower lest they bill you for it when you move out.

I really enjoy the location of Eleven, and love my apartment. However, when I moved in, it didn’t seem like any cleaners had been to the apartment and a lot of the appliances in the apartment needed to be repaired. I’ve been here three weeks and am still finding things that need repair.
I love Eleven by Windsor! I just renewed my lease because I love the building, the staff and the location and couldn't picture myself living anywhere else!

Excellent location to DTAX and new eastside fun! Close access to I-35 and frontage . Had full services during snowtropolis 2021, 4 day loss of electricity recently after ice storm but immediate assistance from management to assure all services avail. Prices stayed reasonable to less than 300$ increase in rent over 4 years when the rest of Austin was” bleeding high rents”. Parking is still very reasonable. Amenities are very nice .
Great location but due to irresponsible residents and minimal cleaning staff the property looks shabby. The elevators are constantly broken and guest parking is a joke. On site staff (maintenance and office) are great and very responsive. Windsor parent management are not. My one experience of needing them to resolve an issue in their billing was awful.
A walk in shower was shown during the tour but not provided in the rental unit. Unit has water damage. Neighbors' dogs and parties can be heard in the unit. Payment portal is super finicky - I've never had trouble paying rent at other rental properties, but now have had to pay in checks 3 times. Location, the pool, and closet sizes are the only rewarding features. Maintenance is also responsive and helpful.

Long time resident and I love being part of the Windsor Eleven community! The location is very close to downtown without being stuck in the middle of downtown proper. The staff on site are friendly and go above and beyond to make this apartment building feel like a home/community.
My move in experience had a few hiccups (I had not viewed the complex in person, I was provided a map and not offered an escort which I didn’t really expect, and my apartment was definitely not deep cleaned prior to move in), but overall I am happy with my apartment now that I’m settled (they sent someone to clean the following morning, and he was very friendly and sweet). LaBria was absolutely amazing, and made efforts to resolve all issues in a timely manner. I believe without her my experience rating would have been very poor. Since I moved in, majority of the office staff have been very friendly and accommodating when I stop by the office or have questions. I love the location and have had no major issues since move in.
Don’t live here. Period. The building is horribly run and maintained. The building manager and regional manager answer any complaints in a defensive or argumentative attitude at best. Basic health and safety violations take months to fix. For example - we had an unidentified male come in through the external door that was broken for about 3 months, who hid in a communications closet on the 4th floor. Apartments are barely checked before leases, so almost everything will be broken or dirty and you’ll likely have a roach infestation when you move in, like I did.
Repair was done. However I have significant water damage to the wood trim around the water heater.
I just moved to Austin and had a ton of apartment complexes to choose from but so glad I chose Eleven. The leasing office is very professional and made the entire process very easy. I’ve been here a month so far and love my apartment and the location is great.
We moved in in February and we're loving Eleven. Our downtown view is fantastic and one of the main reasons we chose this apartment. Maintenance has been responsive to our request and the office team is friendly. Parking was a huge issue at our old place and we have no issues finding a spot here and there's actually more than 5 guest parking spaces!
Love the location and residents seem friendly. Some issues with appliances in the apt, but things happen and maintenance has been extremely responsive. The best part of the Eleven is the staff-they go out of there way to be welcoming and helpful. Big shout Out to Christin!
We've lived here for about a month now, and there are definitely some drawbacks to the building that we were unaware of prior to moving in. The floor between the second and first floor are extremely thin, and we've had our downstairs neighbor come up and complain just because we were walking around (only one of us, and without shoes on, and on carpet) after 10pm. This is now an unavoidable dispute because we are typically up late as we don't work until the afternoon. On top of that, the public internet throughout the building is abysmal. You can check emails... but anything more than that just isn't going to happen unless you bring your own hotspot. When I notified the staff about this, they gave me the number for the internet provider. I talked to them, and they assured me that the extremely low internet speed of 5mbps was "normal". Somehow, you can get better wifi on an airplane than in our apartment. I suppose this is a question I'll add to my repertoire of asks when moving into a new place from now on, and that it's not the apartment's fault that I never bothered to ask and just assumed that it would be better wifi... but still, you'd think in a growing tech city like Austin, your building's highly advertised common areas would have better wifi. Especially at the price we pay!
I did a "blind" move-in to Eleven so I didn't know what to expect at first but I have loved living here! The apartment itself is nice (and larger than expected), the building is quiet and the amenities are great (and clean!). Highly recommend living here!

The office team and maintenance team are absolutely amazing. This is my 3rd unit in 5 years of living here and I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to work with. La'Brea, Christan, Steven and Chris have all individually helped me in some fashion and all have been above professional when doing so.

I really love our apartment and the location. The only negative, which for me is a big one, is weve seen multiple cockroaches and weve only been here a few weeks! Im concerned. It doesnt make settling into a new apartment very pleasant.
The members of administrative team were helpful. The community space is clean, the trash room is not messy and I like the overall experience so far.
I had the best experience living at Eleven by Windsor. Everyone including the leasing staff to the maintenance staff were always responsive and promptly answered questions and concerns. I had a comfortable, affordable apartment and experienced zero stress moving in and out. I highly recommend this apartment!

First time Ive lived in a city, or an apartment like this. so everything is all new to me. I really like this apartment, and enjoy the perks the it has. My wife and I really like using the sky lounge to enjoy a min or 2 usually during sunset to look over the city, capital building, the stadium and such. I dont have a dog but I met a new one every day around here. One day Id love to get into Franklin BBQ, its so close, but I dont see that happening. I do Wish the pool was cooler. But overall, its very enjoyable place here!
Compared to other apartment homes in the area, Eleven by Winsdor has superb value. The apartment and building aesthetics and amenities are fantastic. I had wonderful experience with the leasing office, and everyone there is amazing, having met almost everyone! I had an interesting move-in experience just because the power happened to be out in the unit for the first week I was living there, but the team did their best to accomodate and fix it as soon as they could, and even said they would provide a concession for being displaced for that time, which altogether really made me feel supported even though it wasn't the smoothest first week ever! Even when some appliances were finicky in the following weeks, the maintenance team came by multiple times to help me out and get everything sorted. Even though it took a few weeks to get totally settled with everything, I really love this home and community, and would highly recommend it to others based on my experience so far.
The staff is amazing! Super friendly and helpful every time you stop by or call. The building itself is also great. Excellent amenities and always kept clean. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place in east Austin!
