Located directly across the bay from San Francisco, Downtown Oakland extends from 12th Street north to Grand Avenue. I have never felt so supported in a living space the way I feel at 1150 Clay. For such a young apartment complex, the management of the building has been second to none. Rae, Charles, Taylor, and Tiana have been so accommodating to my individual needs as a resident, and have exceeded my expectations as far as making me feel welcomed within the residential community. Each staff member has made themself available to me whenever I needed them. Their efforts to create a unified and safe community has made living here safe haven in the heart of Oakland. I feel like I really lucked out!

Just moved into Eleven Fifty Clay and I couldn't be happier. The staff is amazing and so helpful. The loading dock and service elevator—that actually holds for you—made the moving process so seamless. Amenity spaces are beautifully design and always super clean. It's also one of the more affordable apartment buildings in Oakland but definitely worth every penny.

We love living here! This was about the second showing we had in Oakland, but immediately fell in love. The staff was really helpful and kind, which was another reason we decided to stay here. We made the right decision. Our neighbors are friendly, lots cute doggie, and help is always a call or email away. I’m happy that there’s a lot places to hangout with friends around the building. The common areas are kept clean as well. The location is also super nice. There’s a bunch food places near by, and attractions as well. You won’t be bored here, that’s a fact!
