Hi, your wonderful feedback and rating mean a lot to us. If you ever need anything else from us, please feel free to give us a call or stop by. Have an awesome day!
If you enjoy living somewhere where you don't get sleep because most nights it sounds like you're living adjacent to a nightclub, where management will tell you anything just to not have to deal with an issue, where tenants are loud and inconsiderate, where packages are always stolen, hallways are dirty and cars are tampered with then this might be the place for you.

Hi, thank you for sharing this feedback with us and we regret to hear that you had a poor experience with us. We would like to discuss these issues further, please give us a call at your earliest convenience. Thank you
First year, amazing! Years after, terrible, terrible, terrible. Eleven 10 used to be a very nice and fun community. The front office was highly communicative and helpful. The maintenance staff kept everything working and clean. People were nice. Now, it’s dangerous and you can tell no one in the front office wants to be there. We’ve changed management several times and now we’re stuck with some weirdos. The current managing staff change rules and add new fees on a whim. None of which are posted anywhere and you aren’t given a heads up on fees. I’ve been charged lots of money for their mistakes, to which they’ve admitted to and still charged me. I have to record every meeting I have with management because they lie. Both managers don’t respond to emails and leave early everyday. Someone was shot here, someone was stabbed here. There are car break ins. The gates don’t work sometimes. It constantly smells like dog poop and pee in the hallways. The floors are sinking for some reason. The power goes out too often and you can see every other apartment community around us still has power. What’s that about? I must say my last and final year here has been rough. I do not recommend. 0 stars to this community. There are so many other community’s next to us and across the street. I have a friend that lives in the community behind us, she loves it. Pick one of the other communities, don’t come here. I’m glad I’m free.

Hi, we truly appreciate your honest feedback. We will share this information with our team to further improve. Thank you again for taking the time to let us know how we can improve. We hope you will consider us again in the future. Take care.
Me and my bf have lived here since December and within a month of living here my boyfriends car was broken into and then 3 weeks later both of our cars were broken into along with 10+ other people. Now here it is a few months later and my boyfriends car was STOLEN FROM THE PARKING GARAGE. They have not given us any footage so we do not even have an exact time or date (unsure if it was late friday night or early morning). We want to leave here and end our lease because we do not feel safe and they are wanting us to pay $3900 when we are supposed to be looking to buy a new car. This is your warning do not move here.
I literally have NO IDEA how this apartment has 4.6 stars unless they paid for positive reviews. I am honestly not even sure where to start… I lived here 4 years, Moved out a few months ago.. and the last year was the absolute WORSE. Multiple shootings and break ins.. the security gates don’t ever work and always broken.. the cameras are fake and don’t even record.. the doors constantly broken and homeless people roaming the halls. When the power went out the exit sign lights didn’t even work. The management is CONSTANTLY changing. Pretty sure there was at least 6-7 in the last 2 years that I knew of because they never even communicated the changed. They almost never respond to emails and staff almost never answer the phone. Management even sounded excited when they told me they had to evict at least 14 units this year… I’m sorry.. WHAT! You have that many people living here who I shouldn’t???? Absolute MESS and chaos. To top it off they charged us an OUTRAGEOUS amount of money to clean the carpet and paint the walls. Wasn’t worth my Time to sue them- although I could- ask me about the shooting that took place in my hallway where I had to put in a work order to get the blood cleaned up!!!! Yes.. it’s true.. the best thing I can do for you reading this and this complex is to post a review on every site that I can think of. When I say worst place to live… I mean it.. RUN RUN RUN and stay away from this place
They sent me a email saying I owe $150, ok I try to pay it for weeks. I go into the front office, they say to email someone. I email them, they say go contact the front office. Then they sent my bill to collections, even when I have been trying to pay it for over 3 weeks. Really unprofessional.
RUN RUN RUN! Absolutely run from this place. As the units are extremely nice, the complex itself is not. Run like a frat house! Tour on a Monday/Tuesday and you will really get a feel for the property. Its awful! Pros- -walkability to downtown and farmers market 10/10 -good offering of amenities but very little upkeeping of them. -units are good size and have decent finishes. not many unit issues Cons- (where to start) -majority of residents are extremely disrespectful to the building and other tenants. -loud residents (one yelling for someone to help her get someone out of her unit) as they are doing what we presume to be "transactional" work in an unsafe manner. -Residents let their dogs poop, pee, etc in every part of the complex w/out cleaning up after them. Absolutely disgusting. -Management lost their great leasing agent, Colin, and have been replaced with others that don't seem to care much about helping residents or care about the property. They are there to get a paycheck and that is it. -Management is not allocating funds to capital improvements or overall maintenance of the property. **Doors are broken all the time, only 2 cameras in the garage (countless break-ins and threats), halls are gross and terrifying (feels like a scene out of the shining), food stains, gum, spit, tobacco, cigarettes, human/animal matter in stairwells and hallways. ** -turns out someone was shot on our floor before we moved in and we hear gun shots around the complex at random hours of the week -THE FEES ARE ATROCIOUS! Management is friendly only half of the time and then when you try and call in, they act put out and tell you to call another company to take of an issue that should be their job. It is issue after issue with this place and I have given my formal move out notice to the corporate office upon my lease expiration within one month of moving in. Several residents are absolutely inconsiderate and flat out don't care about anyone but them selves. Some are too lazy to take care of their trash so they pile it up at their door till someone finally picks it up after it smell sup the entire hallway. Residents above and below us must not work normal hour jobs and forget most people have to and decide to stomp around and yell at 1, 2 or 3 in the morning. Every comment on our resident chat is about residents not caring, poor management, & ridiculous fees. Do yourself a favor and spend that extra $100 a month to live somewhere 10X better than this place.
They are very timely and calls before they enter the apartment.
I thought this was decent place to live and luckily I was able to move out. It’s a nightmare. There are roaches in the hallways. I know multiple people who have had their car stolen from the garage. This place is a nightmare and I’m glad to be finally gone. I didn’t listen so I’m begging you DO NOT LIVE HERE
Leasing staff was very nice and helpful and the building and apartment were great! Just not sure about the neighborhood.
it was a perfect and inviting environment that i would like my friends and family to experience.
It has nice amenities and a great location. However, there has been some disorganization with the office from my experience. Also there are safety concerns with latches and gates not working.
I would recommend this apartment community because it is a great environment and the service I have gotten so far is great!
Good location, but lots of the amenities aren't available: unavailable are the pool table, shuffleboard, hammocks, poolside chairs, coffee machine, cold brew fridge, sky deck in the evenings, community restrooms are locked, happy hours aren't happening, hand sanitizers are empty, parking garage doors are broken.
It's a good property with decent amenities for the price I pay. The location is good, as I am able to jump on almost all major hwys from here; in addition, I am walking distance from Farmer's Market and Deep Ellum.
The maintenance team here is amazing. We will most likely be signing our third lease come this September and one of the positive reasons for doing so is how great the maintenance have been here while living here. They have always been extremely attentive to all our requests and very quick at it as well. We are super happy with our maintenance team here.
I love the amount of natural light I receive
Only downside is the crime and the gates being dysfunctional lately.
Compared to other apartments, it is a more reasonable price especially with all of the amenities provided. My only issue is how thin the walls are and how noisy neighbors can be which is really difficult when trying to sleep or study. Other than that, the apartment is in such a great location, always kept so clean, and the staff is amazing.
I moved here early 2019 and it was great for a little over a year but the last few months have caused me to seek living elsewhere. I even want to break my lease. The hallways constantly reek of weed, and trash. The gate is always breaking down and a few cars have been broken into. The walls are paper thin, that you can hear people having regular level conversations. Get used to your neighbors cranking up the built speaking systems all the time. Management is so aloof to resident issues. They say they’ll take care of it, but get used to concerns falling on deaf ears. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
yes
I LOVE LIVING HERE! Priscilla did the most amazing job organizing everything for me, and I never thought I'd get to live in such a beautiful, magical, sunshine-y apartment!! I couldn't be happier.
I've been a resident here for over 2yrs... since then, I've seen the physical building quality decrease (e.g., broken doors, smelly hallways, animal urine puddles in the hallway, etc.)
I have lived at this apartment for several years now and ever since Steadfast (new management company) took over about 8 months ago its been the most awful experience. First I had a leak in my apartment and they couldn't fix it and left my apartment carpet ripped up and moldy for over a month. I had to move apartments within the complex at my own expense. Recently I have had my car and storage unit broken into, inside the gated areas. Also they completely dropped the ball and didn't get a permit to open the pool. Since this is a task needed annually, you would think this is something a property management company could stay on top of, but apparently not. The pool is now closed with no update on opening and we are heading into the heat of the summer. The management team has been no help with anything. If I were you, RUN. I used to enjoy living at this complex, but the new company has no clue how to run a complex and does not have its tenants backs whatsoever.
I moved into this apartment complex a little over two years ago. The first year was fantastic, but after the first year the management of the property changed. The new management is unresponsive and absolutely unhelpful. They care very little for the current residents because they'd rather rent to someone new for more money. Repairs have been neglected. As I write this, there has been a broken gate on the dog run for about a month, a handle has been missing from the door to enter the complex from the garage for over 2 months, and one of the doors from the dog run back into the complex has not locked correctly in a year. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to rent.

Anonymous, Thank you for taking the time to review our property. We truly appreciate your time and that you are sharing your thoughts with us. I am saddened that you are unhappy with the community due to the locks. Unfortunately, repairs sometimes are needed and we complete the repairs as soon as we can. The dog park door will be fixed this week. The garage door will be fixed as soon as the parts arrive. Thank you and if there is anything else we can do for you please contact the office. Jennifer Hilton Alta Farmers Market
I love this community! I can walk over to the farmers market each weekend and have fresh and organic produce. I also love the restaurants and easy access to Deep Ellum. The building itself is modern and clean. I love the quartz counters and stainless appliances! The office staff is so helpful and treat you like friends!
