We just moved in a couple weeks ago, and we absolutely love it! The people are great, and the apartment is very very nice. Quality is top notch everywhere in the complex.

An amazing community to live in ... 3 years now! Great Management Staff and the Maintenance Team is always timely, courteous and professional.

All went well;however, building layout is difficult to navigate with furniture etc going from one end of the building to the other. What stands out to me as a resident is how safe the apartment complex is. Feel very safe.

Great building and environment! I plan to live here for long time! Staff is amazing! Location is wonderful and convenient. You have access to so many things within walking distance!

Love living here, the location, amenities like the gym and dog run area, the peaceful living environment and office staff all help make it a great place to live.

Easy move in, great communication! Apartment was very clean and everyone is very nice. They repainted and replaced the carpet between us and the previous tenant. Trains are loud, but with the windows closed, you can barely hear all of them throughout the day.

My first month here has been great as the entire property management staff has been very helpful and supportive with all my requests. Lovely amenities.

Great location, super friendly leasing agents/management, and amazingly nice and welcoming maintenance staff. We love how diverse the community is. The building is clean all the time and residents are friendly and respectful. Also to mention we LOVE our unit floor plan, the modern finishes and the great amenities throughout the building.

I Love the Gym & I am utilizing it 3-4 Times per Week (I only wish we had a Sauna !?!) !! I also like that the Carpets were Cleaned and the Garage is Scheduled for a Power Wash !! We have Rented the Party Room & had a Wonderful Time with our Grouo and we are also Renting the Room for a Family Gathering !! Thank You Frank Valentin

This is a great community to be a part of. We have been here three years and enjoy our neighbors, our youngest daughter lives down the hall from us. The amenities are excellent, the building is well-kept, it is secure, great maintenance staff and Isabel and Althea are tops!

It’s pretty amazing so far, quite relaxing I’ll add. I love the cleanliness of the building in general as well as the amenities. It gives me space to breathe for my work.

I have been enjoying the view from the apartment and Environment. The apartment is also good at keeping the public place clean. Occasionally activities also bring fun to the residents.

My apartment unit is perfect for 2 people to stay. Especially the biggest charm is the balcony and the fact it is facing towards the sun, so whenever I’m home I can enjoy the beautiful sunlight and the pretty sky. Also the inbuilt washer and dryer is another good thing I really like. Overall my experience has been the best! I am proud and happy to be a member of this Eleven33 community.

Overall ok. Amenities are nice and staff is responsive. The issue is with other residents. A lot of people are just inconsiderate to the shared spaces. Trash left outside the trash chute and some person just lets their dog pee in the elevator and doesn’t clean it up

I’m a new resident and from the start of my application process through my move in. Everything went very smooth. The leasing team and maintenance made sure all concerns at move in where addressed within a reasonable time

I just moved from out of state. The overall experience was very easy. The apartment is stunning and the neighbors are easy. I will definitely have to build a budget for Oak Park. There’s so much to eat, see and do within walking distance. If you want to be really close to the city without actually being in the city, Oak Park, specifically Eleven33 is ideal.

I Love my new home! As well as all the common areas and amenities like the safety & cleanliness of the dog run area, the dog wash area, and rooftop common area. I also love the safety of the parking garage.

I have lived at Eleven33 for 4 years and have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. I have a 1BR unit but the kitchen space and walk in closet help make the place feel much bigger. The amenities are very nice, the front office is helpful, and maintenance is quick to respond and does the job well. Definitely a great place to live!

So far so good. Easy move in process. No loud noise. Everyone on the staff has been helpful. When I ran into an issue with my garbage disposal the maintenance staff got to it quickly. I love sitting outside and using the fire pits, though I struggle with turning 1 on.

I’m new to 1133 , everyone here has been very helpful. This location and the neighborhood is perfect for my needs. As I get settled in finding my way around the management team has been very helpful. This was a great decision.

The units are spacious with new appliances. The white cabinets are gorgeous. The garage is connected to the apartment building, so you don’t have to go outside to get into the apartment.

As we approach our 3rd year in this community, I continue to be grateful for the love and support we feel in this community by staff, management, maintenance and fellow tenants. My husband and I are seniors and although this is not a designated senior complex, we find that it is still an easy fit for us. We have not felt the need or desire to change apartments within the complex/community because the one we moved into in 2021 is still our happy place. We still appreciate and utilize the great amenities and the location, location, location!

Eleven33 is a great community in which to reside. I appreciate all the amenities it offers, especially the state-of-the-art fitness facility. The Management Team, including Maintenance Staff is par excellent! We have lived in this community for 2 years as of April 2023 and have no plans to leave.

It was a great experience for my family and I live for the past four years at Eleven33. The apartment is cozy, the amenities are nice and the staff are friendly.

The building is one of the cleanest in the area. Noise level is amazing, neighbors are mostly friendly and there are events every month for residents to enjoy.

We moved to Eleven33 in 2020 after a horrible start to the year, outside of just the pandemic. The move to Eleven33 was, at the time, not something we wanted to do, but had to do...it ended up being a blessing. We've lived in a few different buildings around the suburbs and city, but this will always remain my absolute favorite. We made lifelong friends, this was our baby's first home, this community gave us so much. Leaving is so bittersweet; with a little one, we need more space and buying a home was a huge step for us. But I will always miss this place. The staff is amazing and responsive, maintenance is quick and professional, the building was always clean and had the most amazing resident events. The space was beautiful, amenities were perfect, and the location was EVERYTHING. Truly couldn't ask for more here. We'll miss you all and thank you so much for everything!!

My family and I have been living at Eleven33 for the past four years. We really enjoy the apartment and the amenities. The neighborhood is lovely and the staff are friendly.

Great place to live, love the area (has a lot of things in the surrounding area). Proximity to downtown is a plus as well. Great space within the apartment, noise is also at a minimum.

Eleven33 is a beautiful community in a very convenient and walkable neighborhood. Property management staff are friendly and helpful and work hard to ensure the amenities are well kept for all to enjoy.

Two years in and still enjoying this community. The Leasing Office and Management Staff are professional, courteous and approachable. The Maintenance Staff are knowledgeable, professional, competent and delightful. They are also swift and thorough in responding to concerns.

It's only been a week but the experience so far has been phenomenal. The move in was smooth and the unit is surprisingly quiet considering they it's literally next to the train tracks. Friendly staff and beautiful units.

The location, staff, amenities and apartments themselves are all wonderful! The yoga class, pasta making, other gatherings arranged are a really excellent bonus to community building and taking advantage of this type of. Immunity building. Althia has been wonderful in helping us choose our apartment and getting settled. The only downside we have experienced is fairly thin walls, but overall the residents in the building are quiet and respectful of their neighbors. We are very happy with our choice!

Smooth living environment. Most kindly staff. I enjoy the community and in the mean time everyone is also going through the inflation and pandemic.
