Did the tour and everything. Was told that all I had to do now was the application and send off my bank statements/paystubs and I’d get a call from someone soon. No call. No email. Just 75 down the drain. If yall needed it that bad I woulda just gave it to yall.

Roaches!! A lot of Roaches, Aggressive management company Fees, Fees, pool never open, Unreliable utilities Paying for this monthly will depress you. Even if this is your last resort. Keep trying

I have lived in these apartments for going on 2 years … None of our work orders are getting completed … Management are rude and hangs up in residents faces … I’ve been needing new carpet padding for months and still isn’t done … Please do not come here at all cost … I’m about to sue this property for negligence

The application process was simple , good customer service, and easy , and the viewing of the sample unit was beautiful so I went through with it .. biggest mistake! These are the worst apartments ever , roach infested , bumblebees , spiders just disgusting. A lot of the pleasant reviews are from people visiting the office and touring the sample units but the residents will tell you these are the worst , we’ve went days without power and water before , the first 5 months in our air conditioning didn’t work in 85 and 90 degree weather, windows don’t work and won’t open except one that they just replaced 6 months into our lease , neighbors steal packages and nothing is done , walls are thin , current staff have no type of organization when assisting residents with things that need to be fixed . They will know your having a serious problem with a apartment your paying for monthly and blatantly do it when they want to and continue to fix unattended units. Once we moved in the great customer service we experienced when moving in was gone everyone is rude and will ignore you and do things on their time . Do not waste your time or put you and your family in this unfortunate position.

Came in for a tour and spoke with jessica ( i believe). She was great, answered all my questions and was patient with me about not knowing how to fill out the application. The show unit is beautiful! Very excited to hear back about my application.

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have experienced with any Property Management thus far. I was given the run around for weeks after submitting an application. My move in date came and the apartment that we had agreed on turned out to be a non renovated apartment. Days later I realized this was all a sign and if customer service was already horrible just imagine how bad it would be after move in. Therefore, I went to the office and spoke with the property manager Ayanna to refund my $300 holding fee. And of course, I was told along with my application fee that it is non refundable. Another money hungry Property with absolutely no regards for quality customer service. Even when they drop the ball they do nothing to accommodate the customer. The only reason this place has decent reviews is because you get $10 off of your application if you submit a 5 STAR review. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I apologize that you had such a horrible experience. We will definitely agree that you leased a renovated unit and once given the opportunity to tour the apt. you selected we found that it was not a renovated unit. At that time we offered to accommodate you with another renovated unit and you agreed. You paid the holding fee to hold the unit as you decided you'd rather move in the following week. The day prior to move in you came in to say that you wanted to move closer to your place of employment. While I would be very upset if I lost out on $300 as well, I do understand that policy states that you have to cancel within 72 hours in order to not forfeit any fees. You not only cancelled after 72 hours of your application but also more than 72 hours after paying the holding fee. It would have been my pleasure to return this fee to you, however, Fair Housing sates that what we do for one, we must do for all. Again, I apologize for your experience being so horrible.
The apartment is nice I will say that BUT it hasn’t even Been a month my apartment is falling apart !!! I’ve had plumbing issues in both bathrooms, master bathroom flooded their was no sense of emergency when it came to fixing it , my front or back doors weren’t sealed prior to me moving into the apartment causing ants and roaches to come in without notice . My entire circuit board in my kitchen went out one random night causing my food to go bad . I feel like for the cost of rent a month they want it isn’t worth it . I’m not pleased I wish I knew this poor to signing the lease .

With Elite at 285 being a more mature property, the plumbing issue that you experiences was one that we could not have possibly plan for. Would you agree that once you reached out to the Property Manager any issues that you were having in your apartment were resolved?
Very nice apartment community home. The staff is very friendly in assisting with the whole move in process. I recommend this apartment community.
I have lived here for over 3 years now and the only reason is that I am a student living on scholarships and government loans. Can’t wait finish school and leave this place. They constantly change staff and not one staff I have met seemed to show concern to residents maintenance requests. My circuit board was burning slowly and giving off light— my unit could catch fire at anytime but the third time, I had to threaten to call code enforcement officials before they call someone to fix the problem. Pray that your AC doesn’t break down in the summer. Simply they will not fix it!! They don’t care!!! I can’t mention all my maintenance requests that were simply ignored. The heartache you will go through living in this apartment is not worth it. Unlike me, if you can afford, simply get a descent place where you can have a peace of mind to rest after work. Most of the ratings you will see here I believe are paid ratings, don’t believe them.

I apologize on behalf of Elite at 285 for your experience. As with anywhere you go, there is a chain of command. I am unaware of any of these issues. Please come to the office and ask to speak with the Property Manager allowing me to resolve any issues that you may have. We do not pay for ratings as all of our reviews come from residents and/or prospects.
1 year in which my master bath is not working. Six months in which my second bath is leaking from upstairs and now has mold and a hole in the ceiling. No smoke detector since I moved in 2 years ago. And just found out I could have died from carbon monoxide because a duct in my heating unit was broke. (No detector). Management answer? We will get to it. When asked for the corporate number the reply is only the property manager can give that to me and she is always out of the office or busy on the phone.

MY FAMILY LIVES HERE FOR A LONG TIME. THE NEW OWNERS ARE THE BEST. THE PLACE IS NICE AND CLEAN. I TOOK A ONE BEDROOM HERE LAST MONTH. GOOD PEOPLE. GOOS NEIGHBORS.
REPAIRS or so bad you have to keep calling and there is one in the office that is rude ...Other than that its quite clean etc but repairs and rude worker in office its ok oooo And the air suck
To put it simple someone must have paid for this review there is mold throughout beware
I like this place because the people are nice. The people who work here are also nice. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs an apartment.

I have been living here for almost a year and not one single even small maintenance request has been fixed.The only thing these people do(management maintenance),is lying,lying,lying.
Moved in last week. Got me a 2 bedroom. Real clean, real nice, real big. Me and the family are pleased I recommend this place to everyone.

I wuz living in a place that they dont care about u. All the people here are great. They happy to see u in the mornings. The people that work here do everything they needs to do. If u want a very nice place come here to willow way.
Just want everybody to know, there r new owners now. These people are spending lots of money here. They fix everything. They really care about things.
This place is becoming so nice !!!! I moved in with my baby 9 month ago, nothing was good. The new owners are redoing everything. Everything now works, everything now is new, everything now is fixed. I am so happy to be here. The people here are nice and friendly. Everybody is so happy now that there are new people running this place.
This place used to be great but when the management changed things turn bad. We went a whole week without water with no notice. Maintenance takes forever to fix things. They even told us once that they were making renovations and that was more important. During business hours the phones don't get answered. All of these things were never a problem with old management. One month I refused to pay rent because my air conditioning wasn't working. And surprisingly they called me, but I still didn't pay until they fixed the air. And no I didn't pay a late fee, because they didn't deserve it. Good luck getting anything taken care of here.
