Elizabeth Lake Estates

The management has changed in three years since I've lived here... three times. They barely have a maintenance staff and have dumped more money into the exterior aesthetics than into fixing the garbage apartments themselves. Bad plumbing, broken appliances and a plethora of other issues. These people don't care. A large chunk of the buildings are vacant and they care more about filling them than taking care of tenants once they are living there. Garbage staff, garbage policies.

Owners/ dietz company charge high rent like a luxury complex. But place needs major repairs and owners/managers allow trashy overcrowding. When we left (after being told there’d be another almost $100 rent hike) they were painting outside. But important problems not fixed. Porch stairs falling apart. Gutter drainpipes broke. (Just hung loose or on ground for months.) Many TH/ apts have real old furnaces. Plumbing bad. (No one drinks the water.) Near us and by some friends, 5-6 people were jammed into 2 bedrooms. Horrible noise. Ignore 5-star reviews about office staff - those were written by extremely bad ex managers.

Great apartments very modern and well maintained, the grounds are so clean and it often feels like a getaway. Special mention to the new staff hired, so polite and efficient

A super clean SUPER QUIET place, lived here for 4 years and have seen BIG improvements this Year. This place keeps getting better and better . Shout out to Miss Adrian , always so easy to get hold off and super effective .

My own private piece of Paradise. Moved in two months ago and I swear Best decision ever, serene views, a beautiful lake which my two year old loves. Super quiet and My family of four feel like we are away on vacation . Also Thank you to the super respectful staff who are always so eager to help and assist . 10 stars

I have lived Here for 2+ years and have had nothing but a pleasant experience. The price and the location are excellent and Community Manger is fast to help with any problems that arise

Great Building..downtow. Love the views and the Staff : Ms Adriane keeps things going . * I have NEVER seen a roach, Roaches are a reflection on HOW CLEAN you and your apt are. Maintenance has always responded and problems to note. Tu. I have NO complaints.. This is a great place to Live. Ive stayed for a reason.

This property is so awesome ! Kudos to adrian and her team, she recently assisted me with a leakage issue, I must say the staff are so professional . Could not give them a higher rating!!!!!

I wish i could give it higher than 5 stars! The staff here treat you like family! Adrian and her team are so awesome. No matter what the issue is there is someone always there to come to my assistance. They make you feel like family.

View of such an amazing lake right outside my window. I’ve been a resident here for 5 years and recently new staff have been hired. What a refreshing change ! the new office staff are great! For for the first time I feel I am on a property where the staff care about my well being.This is a property you do not want to miss I’m so happy with my apartment home on the lake

These are great apartments in a great area. The maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others. lovely place to live.

This is an older community but the new management company seems to be turning things around! Great office staff as well! I live on the lake and it’s so beautiful. I love my neighbors and look forward to what’s to come

Owners/mgt. keep jacking rent WAY UP. Like at renewal your rent goes up $50 /yr. Youre paying more/ getting less. Like yeah,the place is on a lake. But you wont able to go IN the lake. Mgt is putting up big walls or fences. GENIUS. Ruin the 1 thing that made the complex special. We lived there several years but went bye felicia. Youre building an ugly wall but cant fix a HWH that leaks & take 5 minutes to send up hot water. Also in some buildings theres LOUD RUDE neighbors. Violating rules. Mgt wouldnt take care of it. (But we bet everybodys quiet in the managers building.)

I have been here for a year and have not had any problems with neighbors or management large rooms and lots of storage plus additional storage available, it's on the lake plus a pool best of both worlds.coverd parking is an additional fee,maintenance is fast to fix problems , the Apts need update but are clean also heat and water is free .I looked at a lot of apt and checked with others that live in Waterford this is the best apartments

The apartments are old and somewhat worn, but the rents are the best in the area for what you get, and you get to live on a lake. I have lived her for about 5 years. My apartment has more room than nearby apartments for about the same cost. Shower with the water, but don't drink it. Most residents use a water-filter pitcher. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Service is prompt, and the people are very helpful. The grounds are well maintained. You can actually walk through the grass without finding “surprises” from family pets. Neighbors are very friendly and quiet, and there are plenty of families and kids around. You will never see an abandoned vehicle. All in all, not a bad place to rent. Pretty good value for the money.
