I live in this building and I give it one star. At one point the hallways hadn't been cleaned for over 4 months. The hallways needed painting really bad for over 9 months. After painting the halls still needed to be finished and cleaned up. There's a deck on 2nd floor that has needed repair for over 2 years and a screen porch that hasn't had a door in over 2 years. There are only 2 pieces of exercise equipment in the fitness room, one had need repair for over a year. There are no treadmills or other equipment. There are other issues too.
