Property Ratings at Ellacott Parkway Apartments
I have lived here for a long time. This was a beautiful and clean place until they sold it, This owner just wants money they didn't seem to care about tenants that have been here for a long time most of them have left. We now have to pay for the common area which places my rent an extra 90 per month and we have to pay for the trash. The maintenance department is a joke I have been waiting for things to be fixed for several months oh they will come and say they will be back tomorrow. the intercom is broken you have to walk the stairs to let someone in. And don't be late on the rent you receive a notice fee the next day which is crazy. I am not going to say don't move here but I am a Gemini..... Lol,
Moved here 2/19/22 water leak from above apartmentt. Now 2 big holes in my ceiling, carpet in hall near bathroom wet leading back in bathroom. It's now 6/7/22 not fixed Yet. I have a paper trail of convo with leasing ppl. They don't care. Escrow time. DON'T MOVE HERE.
I only stayed with ellacott for a year because I had I wait for my lease to be up and the maintenance doesn’t do there job at all and when you call the leasing office no one picks up the phone they go up on rent and they charge you gas and electric for the hallway which doesn’t make any sense and it is really not a safe place and the people in the leasing office doesn’t know how to do there job properly and they have a lot of ants, roaches, bed bugs, fleas and tick. They don’t inspect nor clean the place before they give it to you. I would not recommend this place to NO ONE your better off living somewhere else. They need to remodel everything and new management just everything needs to be replaced. Terrible just terrible place. Just everything about ellacott is very I mean extremely poor I don’t know how to explain how nasty this place is.
this place is not safe for me and my family at all. It has bed bugs , they keep going up on the rent but not doing anything to make these apartments look better or making them comfortable to live in. I can’t wait to move. Our car was broken into , there’s no cameras or security . This place is just all around HORRIBLE. I have to hurry up and get my newborn baby out of here . I wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here. Everything needs remodeling
I will be finishing up my lease in March. Not sure yet on if I'll renew. Very affordable and cozy for me and my kids. Only issue I have is when the weather gets cold we have a huge mice problem that annoys me because my children are little. The issue really doesn't go away until the weather warms up. But other than that its not that bad.
This place is horrible to move in if you have a problem with bugs. Thaler are infested with stink bugs, and management doesn’t care anything about your safety, or health regarding them. I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here. Rent is super high to live in a box full of stink bugs! They also don’t have any security!
Three months into our lease I ended up with bed bugs. We made the proper arrangements and requested that a professional come out. Unnecessary charges were made, and when we decided to address the issue we got nothing but resistance. The leasing manager did not follow the leasing agreement and continued to go back and forth with us about what was clear in writing. When promised commitment and support we got nothing but inconsistency and disrespect. I do not recommend this apartment at all! It is terrible.
They never answer the phone An when thrusts they do they place you on hold forever . Charles is terrible he has a terrible attitude An diss not need to work with people period . It has been snowing an our parking lot hasn’t been plowed at all cars are getting stuck An when you complian they never do anything. Terrible place
I have lived here for over a decade, Ownership has changed and Management is very uncaring. Sarcastic rental office employees. Maintenance basically consist of two (2) workers, they want to save money. Basic supplies are never in stock, the Maintenance Supervisor is unapproachable. The grounds have curb appeal outside, but inside the buildings are filthy. The washers are old, filthy and costly. Wash rooms are very dirty. Instead of repairing the wash room floors because of water damage, they pulled up the tile and painted the floor. Many long time tenants are moving out. I can say it's quiet, but no visible security. This place has really gone down, because the Corporate Office is located out of state. There is trash outside in the parking lots (mattresses, TV's, furniture and etc.) While Mgmt. refuses to put in the dumpster because they don't want a full load (extra cost). So these items sit outside in the parking lot in the rain & snow while wild animals camp out on the furniture!
I've been a resident of Ellacott for many many years and would recommend them to anyone looking for great apartment living at an affordable price. Ellacott provides a peaceful living envionment. The grounds and hallways are always kept clean. I feel very safe and comfortable here. The office staff is phenomal...whatever you need they are right there to help. To ensure I get my medicince, they allow me to have it to delivered to the office and they hold it for me until I pick it up. There's no place I'd rather be than right here at home.
In the five years I have been living at Ellacott Parkway I have been very comfortable. The management is quick to respond to maintenance requests and any problems you may have in your apartment. I see the maintenance crew every weekday morning keeping the grounds clean and neat. Our building is very quiet and the tenants are very neighborly, which shows the knack the leasing Office shows in trying to match the right person to the right apartment building. Most of the people in my building have been living here a long time and that helps me to feel comfortable about living here. I know people who said they would like to live at Ellacott and I tell them that it would be a good choice.
This is the good quiet place to relax your mind while living at the apartment.
I lived in the Ellacott apts 5 years ago; and it was very nice and whenever I called a work order in the mainancce department was always on time 2 take care of the problem.I moved back here 2 years ago because I knew this was the place 2 live. There r 8 apartments in my building. The neighbors stay two themselves.I live on the 1st floor and it's quite and I feel safe because I live down the street from the police department and the fire station. There's not a lot of drama in my area.Sometimes it gets noisy because of the children;but that is expected because they r kids.I am truly blessed 2 live here. I would recommend 4 someone else 2 live.here because I haven't had a bad experience so far.
My living experience at Ellacott Parkway Apartments has been a great blessing in my life for many reasons. First, I have lived at Ellacott Parkway Apartments with my daughter for sixteen (16) years, and my neighbors in the complex are friendly, and they make me feel like part of a family. Also, as a single woman raising a daughter on my own, I have always felt safe and secure in my apartment. Lastly, the office staff make me feel like part of a family and the maintenance staff are very respectful and dependable. I love my apartment at Ellacott Parkway, and I would love to live here for the rest of my life!
I am so excited to be writing a review about Ellacott Apartments. Even tho I have only been a tenant for a short period of time, we are very happy with our decision to move here. The noise level is so much more peaceful. The neighbors are so nice and helpful. It is so much cleaner. I don't have to step over pop cans and other trash in the hallways. There are no kids running through the hallways and dropping things over the banister at all times of the night or knocking on the doors then running away. We are senior citizens and we feel safe here. The yard is very clean and the kids are good. We don't have to come out in the morning and see trash on the grass. We know that if we need something we can call the office and the staff will come right over. Ellacott meets all of the needs and special request we had. Ellacott represents: Clean, safe, few/little kids, Quiet, Laundry room, Well-kept grounds, friendly neighbors and staff and reasonable rent. We really like Ellacott and our experiences so far have been great.
Living on my own at this time in my life I needed to fine a place where I could be safe and feel secure. Ellacott apartments has done just that, they are there 24-7 ,always letting us know what's happening and where, always asking our opinions and suggestions Thankful De'Dra Reeder Warrensville Hts. Ohio
i have lived at ellacott parkway since 1977 I love this complex and my community this is a well kept property with friendly caring neighbors wen I move here I was one of the younger people here and I felt welcome and safe now I've grown to be a senior and I still feel welcome and safe I can't imagine living at any other location in the Cleveland area thank you
Living in warrensville half of my life raising my family here now my grandkids, I couldn't have chosen a better place better than Ellacott apartments they make u feel secure and like you matter, always ready to help. I'm close to everything, and in walking distance, church gym library, grocery, doc ,I even have a nice view being close to my family is the biggest plus ever. Thank you , Ellacott apartments for being here De'Dra Reeder Cleveland,Ohio
The Ellacott Parkway staff members work so hard to keep the apartment grounds looking nice and the buildings clean!
The leasing office personnel are very professional and friendly. You put in a work order and they do their best to fix whatever problem there is on a timely manner. The landscaping is kept up to standard, kept neat at all times. the snow is removed in winter. Halls are kept clean and vaccumed each week. Parking lot is cleaned. Trash is picked up weekly.
First I was very hesitate about where I wanted to live and I was running out of options until I came to Ellacott Parkway Apartments. They welcomed me with such a warm and comfy feeling that made me want to be apart of the community. My past two months here has been very rewarding and peaceful, I couldnt ask for a better living enviornment. Professional, friendly and timely maintenance put the icing on the cake. I remember the maintenance supervisor "Louis" said to me, "Just come on and stay at Ellacott, you'll love it." I knew then, this was my place. I would highly recommend this property to all family and friends. I also appreciate my quiet and friendly neighbors. If I could do It over, this would have been my first choice. Thank you Ellacott for making this such a great living experience for me.
I've lived in Ellacott for over 30 years! My time here has been very peaceful. I've had great neighbors, together we have built a community where we feel safe and are helpful to each other. The management provides us with updates and remodeling that are second to none. My experience has been wonderful. I am very satisfied with the complex and surrounding community!
Very quite and well managed apartments. Excellent matience services and the leasing staff are very welcoming and helpful.
My name is Bryson Crenshaw. I have lived at this current address for OVER THIRTY YEARS and have had many situations, both good and bad. When I first moved in, there were yellow metal cabinets in the kitchen. There was no dishwasher, no garbage disposal and no security locks on building doors. The security that was provided was a security officer who walked from building to building looking in laundry rooms. Inceneraters were in the laundry room and a swimming pool that was sparely used. The Fieners, former owners did an exceptional job on maintenance and things went on from day to day. Then came K and D and things started to change. Everyone felt that now a big company was taking over the the personal touch would be gone. How wrong we were. When Frank and his organization took over improvements came. New windows were installed to replace the old leaky windows. The kitchens were remodeled from top to bottom. New carpet was installed to replace the old green or shag. Security locks, and a intercom were installed. New window treatments were also added. This process gave me a since of moving to a new residence but, maintaining familiar surroundings. Today living here is quite pleasant. All maintenance concerns are met with prompt responses, especially, water, electrical and other priority problems. I would like to congratulate Frank and the Staff for a job well done considering the many personalities they must deal with. Yours Truly, Bryson Crenshaw
I enjoy living at the Ellacott Apt, for one thing it has been and still is a very well kept place outside and inside. I feel safe while home or walking in the Ellacott grounds. I'm in my early 70s and I would love still here longer and cont. to enjoy the comfort that Ellacott has been giving all these years. Also the way that I am treated when and if I have to visit the Ellacott Renting Office, has ALWAYS been a very welcome feeling. The office staff and mnts workers have always been pleasant an all my visit there.
Be careful. Repairs are fixed only the first two years. After that you are on your own.
management could do alot better with complaints very slow to fix things
I have been living in this apartment for 10 years, it is nice , it has to be that why I have been here for so long. The staff is very sufficient in doing what you ask,. neighbors are nice. Very well kept up, maintenance workers are very helpful and polite. close to a lot of shopping areas, once you move in it is like having your own home no one bothers you. The outside are kept up and clean the halls are very well kept and swept and clean That why I have not consider moving
I have been living at the same complex for eleven years and is very satisfied, i do not intend on moving for the rest of my life. I have referred tenants to the complex. Maintenance is always come on a timely manner. The building is very quiet and well cared for.
I moved into my apt in Oct of 2014 an love the space that i have in my 2 bedroom suite. Everybody who enters it, loves the layout of the apt. All of my neighbors are pleasant. I'm 82 years young an the staff an neighbors are always friendly an helpful to me. I also enjoyed the summer picnic in the courtyard that was held for customer appreciation!
Just moved in August 1, 2015. No problems, no complaints, and no drama. The complex is large but surprisingly peaceful. The city desperately need to repave Ellacott Parkway street, it's very bumpy. Laundry is too much $2.00 to wash, $1.50 to dry. No leadway for a small rush load. I highly recommend living there.
The apartments are well maintained. Great Staff service, landscaping beautiful, in a convenient location to schools, shopping area, restaurants, YMCA. And a bus line if you do not drive or have a car.
In December 2015, I will have been a resident at Ellacott Apartments for 4 years and plan on renewing my lease for a fifth year. Its located in a nice suburb and conveniently located near the freeway, shopping, and the metro parks. And only twenty minutes away from downtown Cleveland, Ohio, which means I am able to attend Cleveland sports events like The Cavaliers basketball, Cleveland Indians baseball and my favorite the Cleveland Browns football. My two bedroom apartment is spacious with beautiful wood door frames and plenty of kitchen cabinet space. The grounds are kept up nicely with newly paved parking lots and manicured lawns. I like it her a lot and recommend that anyone looking for nice apartment living with a good school district come check it out. You wont be disappointed! Melanie Goodson
My name is Kimberly Dudley, I have been a resident of Ellacott Parkway for 3 years and I love it. It's a beautiful apartment and peaceful place to live, as well as safe for the children. The office staff is very respectful, polite, friendly, kind, caring, and take care of problems that may arise within the building. I recommend Ellacott Parkway Apartments to anyone who is looking for a nice and peaceful place to stay, as well as a landlord who cares about their tenants. Any questions please feel free to call me at (216) 235-7298.
2 bedroom and 1 bath. Living here is about average. The grounds and building is maintained very well. Management is decent at addressing issues in a timely manner. One biggest problems I've experienced is being able to hear other residents talking in a normal voice. I feel like I have to whisper in my own apartment if I don't anyone in the hallway to hear me. Spacious living and dining rooms. The kitchen is small with only ONE 3-prong outlet available. This is extremely inconvenient due to being able to plug in to use one appliance at a time. The bedrooms have good space and closets. Central heat. Wall A/C airflow is limited to kitchen, dining, and living rooms. The bathroom is outdated/old in regards to the faucet and sink. Faucet is chipping constantly, especially when running water or cleaning the sink. Overall, for the price, close access to shops and highways, this is a good place to stay.
Quiet neighborhood friendly neighbors clean environment love it so far
I have lived at Ellacott Parkway Apartments since July 1975. I moved here because it was ideally located close to medical facilities and public transportation. The living conditions have been good and peaceful. I have seen the apartment change hands two times and for the most part have been for the better, however I feel that in the last year or so, the maintenance personnel, and administrative personnel could be a little more zealous about answering Repair request, and complaints. Promises are made and not always kept. But, on the upside, Rents are reasonable and the senior discount is very helpful in these economic times.
I relish in living at Ellacott Park Apartments. The rent is reasonable and very accommodating to my needs. The location is convenient to the free way, shopping malls, restaurants, public transportation and schools. Ellacott maintains its propertyvery efficiently and professionally. The staff are very professional and courteous and always address my concerns or needs within a 24 hour window. This is my second year at Ellacott, and it truly feels like home. I am very safe and comfortable in my apartment. I have come to bask in the ambiance that Ellacott provides and I see myself residing there for years to come.

I have been living in my apartment for 3 years and do not have anything bad to say. I absolute love living there. When I call for maintenance, they are right there to help. When I call the office after hours, my call is always returned promptly. When I go in the office, someone always have a smile on their face and ready to assist me. The grounds are well maintained and the laundry area is always clean. The rent is very reasonable. A great place to live. .
I absolutely enjoy living in Ellacott. When I was younger had an uncle who use to live in one of the apartments, when I got older that was one of my dreams. They are located in a great part of the city where there is little to no crime. It's a peaceful environment and a great place to rasie children. The apartment managers and staff are wonderful as well. They are always pleasant when I have to stop by or make a request. The complex does a lot for the residents which includes meetings and special event to keep the community engaged. I have been living there since April of 2015 and I dont plan on moving thats how great it is. The only thing I think needs a little more improving is a play area or a better accessible playground for the youth. I understand there is a brand new YMCA as welll as library near by but some kids can't get there. The YMCA also requires a memebership so I think a small little play area with swings a gym set might be nice. But overall I love Ellacott and I wouldn't trade my apartment for anything in the world.
My apartments are great. Great prices. Repairs are up to date and they show that they appreciate us.
I have been at Ellacott in the same apartment since 1987- near 30 years now. I have stayed because I have no complaints about the accomodations, the service departments - grounds keepers and maintenace - and the office is alway prponpt to respond and courteous to boot. I've been very happy there. It is THE showcase apartment complex in Warrensville. Try it, you'll love it.
These apartments are very nice they are spacious. The rent is a little high for this apartment but is a nice area and the maintenance needs a little help.
I love my apartment complex the neighbors are friendly the building manager is great of answering all my questions he's always on top of everything and the staff is wonderful, they are always there if there is a problem with anything they even come out so late just to make sure that my apartment unit is ok. Just want to say thanks and you guys are very much appreciated.

To whom it may concern, I've been a resident at Ellacott Parkway for three years. From the time I signed my lease, to every year I've renewed. Frank the property manager as well as the complex workers, have been great. I have never gone without anything when it came to fixing and taking care of anything from a small leak to a broken closet door. When ever I've called they answered within 24hours. I have been very pleased and I'm here to stay. Thank you, Charnice Wimberly Apartment 837
When I first signed up for the apartment to move into I was given 1 month free with very small deposit of $99.00 along with about $30.00 application fee to get started. I was approved instant by building manager. I was very delightful that I had my place on my own.
I enjoy living at Ellacott Prkwy Apts., this isn't just a place to live it's my home. We've lived in other apartment complex's and didn't like it very much. Here at Ellacott we feel safe and security, it's clean and quiet. Maintenance always respond in a timely manner when needed. The other benefit of living here is the convenience of living close to restaurants and entertainment. I can't see a reason why we would move anytime soon.
I live in this apt. for 7 years. 6 years before I lived across street in an one bedroom apt. So I know how I feel about this area. I like it a lot there's very little about the care or the living conditions for my apt that I have to fuzz about. I am happy here I feel very safe. I like the peace and quite that is here. If I had to move because of the rent increase I would not think twice and ask about the one bedroom apt again. I'm older now and I'm retired so my income is less. I would be as happy in a one bed room apt again no questions asked. I like to add each time I have call to have small items fix in my apt. The item is fix very fast. JS
