Ellison On Broad

I am so happy living at Ellison on Broad! It is a beautiful building with amazing amenities, and I absolutely love my floorplan, my high ceilings, and the amount of light that comes into my apartment. It is definitely the nicest place I have ever rented. Most importantly, the management and facilities team are beyond excellent...the utmost professionals. Marissa and Allison are kind, friendly, totally responsive, and so very helpful. Dirk and Wayne are also always immediately responsive take care of any maintenance and repair needs (which have been very few) excellently and efficiently. And I can't leave out Addison, who we miss so much since he moved on to another opportunity. They all are very obviously invested in creating and maintaining a beautiful, clean, pleasant, and safe place to live and I appreciate that so much. It is such a gift to always see smiling faces when my dog and I are out and about on the property. I can't sing their praises enough. I love living here more than the condo in Birmingham and the house in Atlanta I once owned...it's just so beautiful, dog-friendly, and safe, and right in the heart of downtown Greenville. Thank you, awesome team, for a great place to do life! You are the absolute best!

Ellison on Broad is a first-class place to live. I'm beginning my 8th year as a tenant and have only high praise for the whole Ellison experience. In short, it's a true privilege to live here.

I have really enjoyed living here. Thank you to the management team and the original development team - including developer, architects and civil engineers for creating the best apartment building I have seen and or lived in, in the south! ( have lived in the south since 2002). It is very well done and has been well maintained generally since it was built. Love the location in the city with great access to all that downtown has to offer - restaurant, shops, common work spaces, parks, the Swamp Rabbit Trail syste. It also has great access to the upstate interstate and roadway network for travel outside of the city. I love the convenience of having parking spaces in a garage. I hate looking at parking lots and the other issues with surface parking. This garage is clean and well managed. ...and convenient - having parking at each level of the building accessible from each level of the building is a great joy. Residents are generally very friendly and enjoyable to know and talk to.

The Ellison on Broad has been my home for 6.5 years and it is the true definition of home for me. The location, the staff support and the amazing amenities make it my sanctuary and favorite place to be.

We are so happy at Ellison on Broad! The staff are professional and friendly. Our apartment is the perfect layout for our family. We have wonderful neighbors. The dog park is a huge plus! It's just two blocks from downtown, and yet we feel like we live in a quiet oasis! Highly recommend!

Love the building location, exterior and interior design, the building amenities - workout room, pool, great room with pool table, tvs, tables for sitting and chatting, turntable to play vinyl albums and is a great place for parties…., the detailing and amenities inside apartments - nice quality cabinets, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, 36” high sink in bathrooms, etc. it’s well maintained and managed. Rarely do I hear my neighbors from inside my apartment.

The staff at Ellison are extremely friendly and approachable. They were aware of who I was and what apartment I was renting every time I contacted them. They helped to accommodate me when I was doing everything virtually and I had a very pleasant experience working with them to get my apartment rented. Also, everywhere throughout the building is very clean what is expected of a higher end apartment complex.

Ellison on Broad has truly set the bar as my first independent living experience. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet steps away the excitement that awaits you downtown! The staff are the "Fabulous Four" for they go out of their way to make us feel loved, special, sometimes spoiled and take care of our housing necessities. Ellison on Broad is the best apartment complex I've lived in thus far. The staff is always polite and makes the atmosphere really feel like a family. Everything is always clean and maintenance is done within a day or two of the request. Maintenance team is always amazing and so friendly.

Great place to live. Well designed, managed, and maintained. It is also well located on a great side street, away from the hubbub of Main Street, but close enough to Main Street to enjoy its performance spaces, restaurants and the parks in downtown.

Nicole and Marissa made the application/move-in process incredibly easy, especially with covid practices. They have been accessible and prompt in answering any and all questions. It has been easy to meet neighbors and there are so many fun resident events! It is pretty quiet and the property is well-maintained. I can't wait to see how the rest of my lease goes!
