Great views
They are all very nice and these places are super nice as well. Lived her for almost a year and don’t have one complaint! I recommend moving there to anyone I talk to. The views of the city are what top it all.

Love Living Here!
This place has been nothing but great since I have started living here. The staff are friendly and there are a great deal more amenities than anywhere else that I have previously lived in. I would highly recommend this property to anyone that's looking for a new place to live in the Indiana area!

Great place to live
Traverse Commons has provided much more than a college living experience. I have had a wonderful experience living here so far! Very nice when I moved in. Brand new carpet and paint. Maintenance works quickly and is always friendly. Super nice to have a free gym on property too! Traverse has been a nice place to call home and relatively quiet community for being in a college town. Free wifi and cable was a huge draw for me, as well as in unit laundry!

Spacious
It is very spacious for a one bedroom apartment! I enjoy having my own parking space and a front door as opposed to other apartment complexes.

Nice place to live
I have lived here for a year and half. I am at the maple location which is a nice location since it is right down town.

So Far So Good
I just moved in June to a Verge Townhome. The apartment is huge and the sound proof works surprisingly well! I really like that since I am renting out the entire two bedroom apartment, we are getting a $200 discount on the rent. The best part is not having to pay a security deposit. The new management is always willing to work with residents and the office is in an awesome clubhouse that has a pool, game room, coffee place and computer lab where I can do my work!

The beach
Life is a beach here but I am hopefully moving on to bigger and better things. With over 80,000 dollars worth of student loans I hope I win this contest. It would make my life a lot easier.

Copper Beech
I do not recommend this apartment to future tenants. While the apartment itself is clean and great, the leasing office is disorganized and not helpful. Besides one employee, Heidi, the office workers do not know what they are doing or how to assist tenants. The maintenance is slow and inconsistent. If you put in a request, it takes 6 weeks to get it fixed. In addition, there is no snow removal process, which is unreasonable in the winters. It is ridiculous and not worth your money.
