Elm Grove community is a wonderful place to live. During my experience the neighborhood is quiet, friendly and clean. As for the staff they were nice and always contacted you back when needed.
I am loving the house and the quiet neighborhood so far. The house was clean on move in. My furniture looks great in the home. The bedrooms are large.
Love the community and maintenance free service!! Need help in communicating with residence!! Family orientated!! My husband and I love our duplex!!!
I like the quite neighborhood, The maintenance men are very nice and polite. They always try to get to your problems in a timely manner. And also the extra parking is nice.
very pretty here !! so glad we moved in, everyone in the neighborhood is very nice and were close enough to town its very convenient but far away enough you dont hear the highway 24/7
We moved in August 2023 and have had problem after problem. Maintenance practicaly lived here. Garage door malfunctioned. The toilets backing up 1 week due to the pipes being crushed during build. Basement flooding at the back door due to the hill grade being too steep and all water is diverted to the back door when it rains. The lawn care includes the use of your water that you're being billed being turned on at about noon, and not turned off until you realize your water is on hours if not days later. The office staff is pleasant when you can get someone to answer the phone, return your call or the office be open and staffed for a full day.
Overall, it has been a good experience living here but the staff for the property is a hit or miss. Sometimes it will be a week or two until I hear back from someone. Maintenance is much better at communicating. Amenities are VERY nice but they charge you for pest control but we have yet to see pest control out here. There are pros and cons but it is not the cheapest in the area so be mindful.
I had the best experience with paperwork and move in smoothly. Very prompt with all my concerns and walk me through every step of the application process. I would highly recommend the community!
Love the neighborhood not the dogs constantly off leash chasing people. Clearly people don't value their animals. This is not good and the smells from the animals never having waste picked up. Truly surprised for the area. Very disappointed.
Neighborhood seems pretty quiet so far. Staff is great when you can actually get ahold of them. Maintenance was supposed to getting a blind fixed for almost 6 weeks and hasn’t yet.
It’s been a good experience so far. Has only been a few days though, so fingers crossed moving forward. The application process, and communication was phenomenal
Is a quiet place, peaceful, I love living here, my children’s are so happy too! People are nice and the neighborhood is amazing. The house is lovely!
Friendly neighbors, peaceful community, safe feel. Hospital within viewing distance, but you can only hear sirens if your outside. Multiple fast food, and sit down restaurants within 5 minute drive, and that's only because of stop lights!
Moving to Elm Grove was so smooth. The new appliances are top tier and the maintenance is outstanding. Anytime we have had an issue, maintenance is there to fix it that day. Very spacious and affordable!
I have had a great experience living here. We have a great community. The neighbors are all friendly. The office ladies are great and the maintenance men are efficient.
Great location, reasonably priced, enjoy my home and it's amenities. New staff with Elm Grove are top notch and willing to work with you. Maintenance staff is wonderful.
Most horrible experience ever renting... Staff does not do what they say Maintenance is unheard of & is so hard to get ahold of them Trailer park trash walks through our neighborhood at all hours Only ONE entrance IN & OUT of our neighborhood Cars DO NOT SLOW DOWN All brand new, but the paint is so thinly covered that it shows everything! Poorly done overall, not very professional! Staff is very difficult to get ahold of DO YOURSELF A FAVOR & RENT ELSEWHERE!!
Just recently moved in, the community is nice and quiet. The only issue is that the communication with the leasing office is difficult sometimes.
Not having the best experience, for the last 3 months I’ve had maintenance in my house every week. The rent is never correct, and then they never tell you when they’ll expedite charges they left off from prior months. And still don’t have a 2nd trash can, and the leasing office never calls you when maintenance is going to arrive or when they have updated information on a problem you’re having.
I love it here no complaints. The community is quiet for retirement. The staff awesome and maintenance crew. Looking forward to making memories with family and friends.
Been a great first few months. My favorite part about moving in was when we had a small get together and the ladies at the leasing office called us to want to join in on the fun! Everyone in the community is super respectful welcoming and most importantly independent. It’s a good sense of privacy.

Nice housing. Could use a better way of communications, other than online. Just moved in within the past month. Neighbors seem friendly. All staff at makeshift clubhouse seem attentive and willing to answer questions and concerns.
Most definitely a blessing too come home to a beautiful home... Thank u GOD ???????? also EVERYONE who's visited loved it and was happy for us??. The kids absolutely love living here and they have made new friends. We can definitely see us being here for a while. Thanks to the staff ????
Had a few hiccups with the management. The communication is not easy or transparent. No one is on the same page in the office and not sure who is in charge.
Love the home so far nice neighborhood cant wait to see what the future holds for me n my family. The staff was great. Ran into issue with the systems when trying to apply but once that was resolved process was smoother
Great experience so far. The ladies in the office are quick to respond and quick to find the answers to my many questions. The maintenance team is also quick and efficient.
No real issues here the homes, neighbors, and staff are all nice. Your close to good shopping, food, Belton community center and the highway.
Awesome you guys made everything easy during the process I just wish we didn't have the insect problem that we have but other wise it was great
My overall review of the moving in process was positive with a few bumps along the way. The sales staff was positive and helpful, but with a new company not all steps taken were in the right direction, initially.

I moved in on Thursday and I am already in love with the place! Everything was clean and taken care of. It’s so convenient that lawncare and maintenance is included, and the mailboxes are easily accessible!
