These places are overcharged with 0 amenities other apartments charging similar have, it's 2023 and they STILL don't have an online payment option, small living room, small kitchen. Just don't waste your time and go somewhere better
We love this neighborhood and we are so happy to lives here for more than 2 years is very nice for the entire family and also the management are very kind and helpful. I love to live in this place and I recommend ??
Great place to call home. Convenient location, minutes to the highway. Grounds quiet and well kept.
My husband and I brought our first baby home to this apartment complex. We were very thankful for such a nice place and affordable to call home. Maintenance and management were very easy to contact if any issues came up.
Elm tree commons is such a wonderful place. Very safe and easy to work. If I have a problem they have maintenance at my apartment in no time and are very flexible and great apartments for an amazing price. Totally recommend to anyone in the area

I Received my deposit back except for carpet cleaning which we were told about when I signed my lease. Our townhouse needed some painting but we were not charged for the painting. t was considered normal wear and tear

I have lived at Elm Tree Commons since July of 2019. The management is friendly and welcoming to everyone who lives there. My apartment was very clean and looked brand new when I moved in. It is a quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors where lots of kids have space to play. I have never had a problem while living there!
You will never hear back from the management after you move in. They have no desire to respond to anything that might need to be fixed. Don’t fall for how nice they treat you when first moving! Had issues and never had call back, even left notes in the drop box and never heard back. Moved out and they charged me for those issues. Not only that they charged me for a broken blind when I personally upgraded all the blinds bc I was given yellowed broken blinds. Also offered to repaint the place when moving out to ensure getting my deposit back, the managers boyfriend did our final walk thru and said everything was fine and that wasn’t necessary. Well later got a bill for painting, broken blinds, plumbing issues(issues I tried to get resolved soon after moving in that resulted in $200 water bills). Horrible experience all around! Warning to prospective renters find a different place to rent from to save yourself a lot of issues.
I lived at elm tree commons for about a year an a half. Couldn’t have ask for a better landlord. Galinda is awesome and if something was wrong, she or the maintenance crew were on it. Jackie came in a few months before we left and she was great as well. I would recommend living here. We did have some issues with neighbors and kids doing stuff they shouldn’t be doing to peoples property but everything got taken care of. Patrolled well by Moscow Mills police. Overall, good place to live and our place was very clean!
Poor construction of the homes, not even a year old and walls and ceilings are cracking. Can't get ahold of anyone to come fix anything wrong. Been trying to get ahold of the property manager for weeks now with no response. Will definitely never recommend again and feel sorry for the people I have sent their way. They are only nice to get you into the apartments and then once you're locked in they don't want to help or respond. They conduct themselves very unprofessionally and disrespectful. Don't let them fool you with the responses they give on here! Save your money and go somewhere else. Only positive side was they do put nice upgrades in, but that's not enough to keep someone around after the way they treat you.
The other review is 100 percent right. You can barely get ahold of anyone to fix anything so you end up doing it yourself. My water bill was extremely high bc my toilets were constantly running but no one would fix them. You call and text but no answer. They also barely maintain the lawn even though they increase rent by $50 every single year....money for the new units I assume definitely not to take care of the ones they already have. Very poorly managed.

It's always regretful to have a frustrated tenant. We offer many opportunities for tenants to inform us of their needs. We have a number that is answered directly or a voicemail can be left. We also respond to text messages. We have an email address. Tenants can come to the office. We also have a drop box where they can write their request and leave them. Personally, I made a mistake. I used my personal cell phone to do business. Because business has become so big I have directed inquiries to our company phone so I can enjoy my personal cell phone. I give the company number in reference. The business number is always listed in the newsletter and it is posted on the grounds. Perhaps that is the break down. My name is Galinda. I am the Property Manager. I've been with this company since 2011. Our community has almost doubled in that time period. We are often on a waiting list. I have tenants that have brought their friends and family to our community. We are under construction because our demand has been so great. We love our tenants. I have tenants that I placed in homes as the Leasing Agent that are still with us today, which is remarkable in multi-family complexes. That is about the only response I can offer! Our success speaks for itself! It is always interesting to me that comments are left without authors. How can a company fix a problem when they don't even know who has a problem? Don't base your decision on someone else's issue. We have been in business since 2009. We are still growing. Give Jackie a call at 636-584-3333. She would love to show you around. We expect to have a new building open about the middle of April. Jackie has one 3 bedroom home that became available this morning. I believe she also has a 1 bedroom available. We have lived at four rental properties. We thought this one was nice and a perfect fit until we moved in. Take pictures and document everything. This place is very poorly run and things will not be fixed. They will try and have you pay for things like leaks and then won’t fix them. Be prepared for extremely high water bills because of this. We moved and so glad we are out and will never have a good thing to say about this place.

It is regretful for me personally because I make every effort I can to accommodate the needs of our tenants. My name is Galinda Hubbard. I have been the Property Manager at Elm Tree Commons for 5 years. Our tenants are my first priority in this business. I feel honored to have families that are happy enough to encourage their own extended families and friends to stay in this community. Because of the confidence current tenants have here, we receive deposits sight unseen to reserve homes for first available. We are currently under construction of new homes. Companies only expand if business is good. Our business is doing well. That is only possible when a business meets the needs of its customers. We have a waiting list at this time on 1 and 3 bedroom homes. Projected availability on these size homes is the end of December. I have two, 2 bedroom homes available at this time and another the end of this week.(Be in your new home before the Holiday Season!)
