Off-campus Student housing for you and your roommates! It is just minutes away from the Pima/Downtown campuses and the University of Arizona. This move-in ready apartment features a modern interior and spacious floor plan with beautiful stained concrete or hardwood flooring. Each unit has a private, detached non-shared laundry room and storage unit for security and convenience. A number of parking spaces available are also available. Affordable pricing, a pet friendly, quiet and private community. We have two units available at Elm Apartments, rent prices are $1,650. 309 West Elm Street Unit #1101: Four bedroom - Two bathroom apartments priced at $1,650 311 West Elm Street Unit #1201: Four bedroom - Two bathroom apartments priced at $1,650. Example of the layout, for you and your three roommates: $400 Room 1 $400 Room 2 $400 Room 3 $450 Room 4 (the slightly larger bedroom). $1,650 Total The mentioned rate does not include utilities. (Water, Sewer, Trash costs are $25.00 for one individual and an additional $10.00 for each additional individual. Electricity depends on your usage). Named for its first settler, this area provides residents with a real sense of history. The Feldman's Historic District contains hundreds of Craftsman bungalows and Spanish Revival stucco homes, as well as modern apartments.
