I have been year for 4 years, and thing have changed not so much for the good. I would like for them to uphold some of their policies. i.e. things on balconies that should not be there. Many people are using their balconies as storage units, and even to place trash cans and bags.

The apartment layout is great. A kitchen you can actually cook in, full sized washer\dryer, huge closets, metal racks (shelving) in the closets, love the wood grain vinyl floors, plenty of windows, green everywhere you look out the window.

Interior maintenance is good and efficient, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The outside maintenance is poor. Even today, the landscape people are outside mulching the tree that's been dead for at least 3 years (and probably the dead bush on the backside of the office, too.)

Relocated to Asssembly Germantown recently. The entire move in process right from setting up a tour to actually moving in was made very easy by the management team. So far have been happy with the community. Love the easy access to near by shops, malls and I-270 for commute to DC.

Dollar for dollar this development is one of the better value options in Montgomery County. Quiet, well-maintained, conveniently located in the I-270 Technology Corridor, commutes north to Frederick or south to Bethesda are feasible.

I Struggle to Give This Place 2 Stars
This is by far the worst apartment community I lived in! For starters, there are some serious structural problems with my unit. Cracks in the wall are forming in multiple parts of the apartment. The appliances look like they were last replaced in the 1980s, the neighbors are not considerate, I got several dents in my 2 year old car due to people parking close to or over the lines. Speaking of parking, the parking situation is horrible, terrible really. Good luck finding parking if you have to get home after 6pm. Leasing office is no help, Maintance marks tasks as completed that they didn’t complete, there are kids on mopeds speeding through the property at all hours of the day. The only reason why I even give it two stars is they do have Amazon Hub and post covid they do have some nice amenities such as a nice pool and you are around the corner from a Wegmans and tons of other shopping but other than that, ir sucks. I will not renew my lease. Oh by the way, they will also do the bait in switch, the apartment I got was NOT the one I was shown picture of

We live her for more than 3 years and the situation isn't good anymore, we always have a issues for the maintenance of the apartment,we have problem with thrash haven't pick up in the container, is only one person in charge for cleaning the Whole apartment complex, they need to hired more people to Clean, the place is quiet and people living here our neighbors are nice ,we don't have problem with them.

Management is horrible,
When you have a problem, the ladies in the office ignore you when there are issues that you want them to address. For example uring the summer there are birds that make nests in the light fixtures outside of the apartment and bird poop is everywhere and it happens in every apartment building. First off the staff tell you that there is nothing that can be done. Um what about fix the fixtures to where birds cant make nests. Ohh no that requires them to do work. Plus when you tell the office to take care of it, they say we will get the staff to clean when they know there is only one woman to clean all the apartment buildings, I feel bad for the one woman, she is responsible for like 13 bulldings and sweep trash in the parking lots and maintain cleaning the outside hallways on each and every floor. Some buildings have 3 to 4 floors she has to take care of. She can't do it all by herself. They don't feel like they need to hire more staff to clean, to save money which we as residents dont see the fruit from the savings to take care of anything. Like the steps to my apartment are completely rusted and the concrete is falling apart. I'm afraid one day I'm going to take a step and fall because it's in such bad shape. They don't take care of anything that is their responsibility. When you ask for building maintenance to come and do something in your apartment, sometimes they say they came and haven't done the work you requested to have done. Choose another apartment. We were fooled when we moved in 3 years ago and dont plan on renewing our contract in 2021.

If your looking for a quiet place , close to the stores , with no noise , and Assembly Germantown had a gym and a pool and a hub for my Amazon packages. ( I have had my packages stolen before so I love that). I like the company I definitely thought that because of all the bad reviews the area and place was going to be bad. Im not sure what they are seeing ... Im content and never leaving lol. End of story.

I am very satisfied with my stay at Greystar residence. The house plan is very practicaal because the two bedrooms are separated from each other. The office staff are very professional. Repairs are promptly done if requested.

Point of Germantown
Friendly staff, nice location, decent space for what you pay for. Wish it was a bit cheaper, but again -- nice location and the space isn't too bad. Some of the neighbors are annoying, i.e. super noisy and they leave their trash around.
