But like, actually good for the price.
Two elevators, dishwashers in each unit, a doorman, and roof access are a few of the amenities this building has to offer. Best of all, it's right next to almost every subway line in Manhattan. The apartments feature thoughtful layouts and enough space to actually feel like a home. You get to sit cozily on your couch or step outside to feel like a part of Manhattan's pulse.
