Sold North Loop locations! Big fan of the high ceilings, rooftop common area (pool tables, bar, etc), and the overall location in the heart of North Loop. Management has been easy to work with and maintenance is top notch and very responsive/quick. Really the only issue I've found is HVAC is a bit noisy, but honestly, I got used to it quickly.
Great location and neighborhood. unique floor plans with tall ceilings and exposed brick to give the cool warehouse feel. Upstairs lounge is also a great perk. Honestly no complaints, have loved it here so far.
There are plenty of places to live in North Loop, but I’ve found that most are rather cold and cheaply/quickly built. Elsewarehouse is none of those things. The wood floors are real, the lighting and walls are warm and the appliances work well. It feels less sterile and more homey here. The building also is connected to two restaurants, a salon and the gym so if you wanted to avoid Minneapolis winters entirely you can. The team is efficient, thorough and friendly!
We love living at Else! I’ve lived here nearly three years and couldn’t be happier. Charles, the guest experience manager, ensures there are events each month where residents can connect. I’ve made many new friends and greatly appreciate the sense of community. Aaron, the maintenance director, is wonderful. Anytime we have any sort of issue, he addresses immediately. I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else in the North Loop!
Prime spot to live in the north loop! Apartments feel large due to high ceilings and the large windows are amazing Only cons would be the HVAC units are rather loud and parking in the garage is super tight Orherwise, I’ve lived here 3 years and have loved every minute of it!
Else Warehouse is such a great location if you love nightlife, food and cocktails. The management is great and has the best maintenance I’ve ever experienced. The building is kept very clean & they have lots of community events.
I just signed for my third lease renewal and feel very fortunate that I found Elsewarehouse. I moved into Elsewarehouse a few years back and am so happy with my decision! The building is beautiful and I love my unit. The people are super friendly and great neighbors. The building also hosts a few events- a nice way to get to the know the neighbors. As someone new to Minneapolis, it was important to feel part of a community. Everyone who works in building is wonderful. Highly recommend!

We moved in 6 months ago and couldn’t be happier. Great location in the North Loop and cool converted warehouse. Management is prompt to respond to requests and the community is great.
Else Warehouse is a great place to live! Warehouse interior is a fun vibe, walking distance to bars and restaurants and extremely friendly staff!
I’ve lived at ElseWarehouse for almost a year now and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. Building management is super friendly, the events they put on are awesome and the units themselves are very high quality with top-tier amenities. If you like the warehouse vibe, these are the best apartments in North Loop hands down.
My time as ElseWarehouse has been nothing but amazing!! I love my unit’s tall windows bringing in great natural light, high ceilings that make the room feel huge, and beautiful/ easy to clean hardwood floors. The incredible rooftop view is the best summer hang out and great place to relax. The underground gym has tons of space offering high-end treadmills and equipment. Overall very happy with my experience and appreciate living in the heart of north loop. Thanks to all the staff and managers who make this place awesome!

Great management, clean facility and always hosting events for the residents
I moved in 3 years ago and the management of the building was stellar. It has since become subpar. The current manager, Larry, sits on his phone in the office and has not made an attempt to even say hello when you walk by. Our washer and dryer hasn't been working correctly for weeks and they ignore the ask for them to be replaced. The building is 10 years old and needs serious updates but will not do anything when you report something not working. It's unacceptable for them to call themselves a luxury building in the state that this is in.
