I love living here. The apartment complex has everything you need: modern, clean, well-maintained, with common areas that can be used as office, meeting rooms, events, or just to have fun. The gym, yoga studio, pool, the area assigned to be used as beauty salon, the massage room, and tanning room are a PLUS! The free coffee is something that really makes a difference. The events for the community are really nice and the effort from the staff to make them happen is greatly appreciated. I also like that the company has alliances with different establishments for discounts that we can use.

I just moved in a few days ago and couldn’t be happier. The leasing manager Tiffany came up during my move in date to see if everything was going smoothly and I mentioned a few small things that needed to be fixed. She made a list, took photos where relevant, and contacted Alex the maintenance manager to make the corrections. Alex responded within a couple of hours and was able to take care of most everything — very impressive!

We have been living here at Elysian for less than a month and we are so thrilled from our experience. The application is very easy (application charges at a reasonable price), the apartment has a beautiful layout, and the location is amazing (close to Target and Tivoli Village). Ashton, our leasing agent was very helpful and friendly throughout our process and he has always made us feel safe to come to him with any concerns that may come up. We enjoy the amenities such as the very spacious gym, the pool, the coffee station in the lobby, the sauna, and Pilates room (among many many others). I recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful place to live, we are truly loving our experience here.

PLEASE READ BEFORE DECIDING TO MOVE HERE…. everywhere outside there are ROACHES and Dog Poop! For a luxury apartment with high rent you would expect better customer service and taking care of premises but this new management is terrible. For months there have been dog poop everywhere outside which led to hundreds of roaches running around at night. 2 weeks ago I complained that they started entering the apartment, and after pest control came, there are now dead roaches everywhere leading to ants. I told management last week about the dead roaches and no pest control showed up. Last night hundreds of ants entered the apartment. Spoke to property manager and front desk but all they said is “unfortunately nothing we can do at the moment except wait til our scheduled pest control on Fridays. I asked why they couldn’t just call for today and they said they couldn’t. Just use Raid until then” Property manager has zero empathy!! Previous property manager actually cared but the new one does not seem interested to take care of it at all.

Been living here for a while and I love it. There has been some challenges, but the staff change was definitely for the best, especially the manager. They build a true sense of community and are quick to address any concern. The recent charcuterie board event was amazing! Price is on higher end of the spectrum, but you pay for location and amenities.

Location is fantastic. The amenities are amazing and the front office is super helpful. There has been a few changes of front desk people since I have lived here, but overall the management is great! I’m very disappointed. When I first moved in, the community had fun social events with open bars, no smoking on premises, and it was safe. Now, people are constantly complaining about community crimes, the events are garbage, and nothing gets fixed around here. Also, it reeks of cigarette smoke. I’ve had multiple asthma attacks already while walking to my car.

Location, Staff, and community amenities are top notch. If these were my only requirements, we'd probably lease here forever. However, appliances are low-grade for a "luxury" apartment and A/C indoor blower fan noise is so loud you can't hear yourself think when it engages. Closet shelving and cabinets are very low-quality. Kitchen storage is insufficient. I would not recommend anyone move here for their primary residence and unless these fundamentals are addressed during our current lease, I suspect we will not be renewing and will be moving elsewhere.
The Best!!! Elysian at Tivoli brings together a multitude of great things in one beautifully design place! From the amazing friendliness of both staff and other tenants, to the incredible and very well maintained amenities, there is little that one could desire. As new tenants we look very forward to indulging in all before us!!

The definition of Luxury is the state of great comfort and extravagant living. You advertise the apartments at Elysian at Tivoli as luxury, however my experience has been anything but luxurious!

This building is fairly new. I have been here for a few months now and I chose the apartment for the location. You can’t beat it! I feel things are going a lot better. There has been more attention to detail in regards to cleanliness and even getting a prompt reply for any of my concerns or questions (Candice was helpful). Also some of the amenities here you can’t find other locations. My significant other really looks forward to the monthly events held Play management.

There’s never any hot water, you get lukewarm at best, the water pressure feels like somebody’s spitting on you from far away. The dog park is completely disgusting. They have never once hosed off any of the turf so it smells like dog P. There’s dog P all over the concrete and I’m a dog sculpture. The dog poop bag constantly overflows. The office will never answer you. Our washer broke the day it moved in. Still has not been fixed. The part has been sitting in our apartment for over a month. It’s a non-smoking community, but everyone around you smokes in the office does nothing about it. So I hope you don’t have any type of asthma or any other condition that would make you sick like someone in my house does. So they can’t even sleep here 6 days out of the week. There are homeless people sleeping in the lobby at night. Now they’re closing all the gates without Every resident being able to enter from every gate because apparently it keeps us safe, which I guess is pretty much a good point considering we can’t even get in. Run as far away from this place as you possibly can. We regret signing a 13 month lease three months into living here

Homeless people sleeping in the hallways! No security. Incredible non stop construction noise from across the parking lot. 2:15AM under the lights. No one can sleep. Management doesn't care about anything. Place is filthy dirty.

Office staff not responsive, maintenance staff takes 3-4 weeks to complete work orders, gated community with gates that are never closed, dog park is disgusting and never stocked with bags, appliances in the apartment are very cheap

They don’t respond. They never awnser the phone they say leave a message and they will get back to you and they don’t. And patently never earase the message either because it’s full and can’t leave a message.

Overall the best place we've lived so far. Staff is super friendly, neighbors are all very nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommended to friends and family.
